  One of the major reasons I purchased from ProSound was because they said they shipped by FedEx. I got a noticed they shipped through UPS....now I am anticipating taking 4 days of work because UPS is never on time. There delivery schedule is already spread across 3 days and yes I have been waiting all day for a package I didn't expect.

  I was looking on line for a particular sound mixer and stumbled upon prosoundgear.com.   Ordered an alesis Dm10 mkII pro kit bundle. Included was 2 HD monitors, a bench seat and headphones. I received everything that was included in the bundle for $100 cheaper than what guitar center wanted for just the drum set and delivered to my door for free. I placed my order on a Sunday. Realised I messed up the zipcode on my shipping address. Used the instant messenger on the site and talked with Pablo. He responded quickly, fixed the mistake, and told me I would be getting my tracking number that night. I ordered Sunday night, got the tracking number Monday evening and received my order in maine on Thursday. My honest thoughts after reading reviews was I just lost $1200 I almost canceled the order. But the unbelievably quick response when I had a problem and getting a tracking number so fast eased my worries. So glad i took the chance cause these guys are awesome. They saved me $100 off the top and gave me about $200-250 worth of extra items. I would recommend these guys for sure! Everything was as advertised. Only issue I've had is with the hi-hat. The trigger is faulty, only the bow is registering even with the trigger settings min/maxed out I can't get the edge to trigger, when I hook up a hi-hat from my roland td11 it works just fine with normal trigger settings. IT IS NO FAULT OF PROSOUND. IT IS AN ALESIS QC ISSUE. I just contacted them to try and get it fixed we will see how it goes. Prosound was a great experience and ill continue to order from them.

  I don't like communication via chat. This is a personal preference. Couldn't find a phone number for personal communication. There was a "glitch" in the ordering so I couldn't order unless I did it through Chrome. Again, this is a personal thing. The shipment came in quickly with no problems. I am having a problem with the unit itself and again had to work through chat. The static problem is intermittent so this is an issue.
