  If I could leave a 0 star I would. I purchased a product from this company with the option of an "open box" at a discounted price or a new factory sealed unit. Being experienced at buying electronic gear I always choose new in box items. My item was paid for and shipped. I received the item and opened the outer box. I found the unit had the seals broken open and inside was a used unit with some random power cord that didn't match or work with my item along with a USB cable in a grocery store sandwich bag. The included microphone was nowhere to be found and this was completely unacceptable and nothing of what I paid for and ordered. I took pictured of everything and immediately called the company. I sat on hold with a message saying they would be there to help within 3 minutes FOR AN HOUR AND ONE HALF. I used the chat option while I sat there waiting and was, after sending pictures and wasting more of my time talking to a bot, that a claim was filed and someone would be contacting me asap to make this right. I even tried texting another number and was blocked after the first response. 4 days later I have had zero contact from this company. I called again today and eventually someone did answer with no authority except to tell me to again I had to file a claim with some other department that cant be contacted. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering any product. I still have no resolve and am left with a brick in a box for $1800. I will get justice at some point but my suggestion is buy your gear anywhere else. I contacted the BBB and this is not the first report of this kind for this company. I should have done better background research on such a large purchase.

  Very good, I initially ordered a wrong item and asked for a refund, the customer service rep was able to take care of it but then he informed me that I could get the same item brand new with a discount. I went back to the website and followed his instructions, I got a great price on the piece of equipment and I will forever be grateful for this.

  Horrible company. I will never make another purchase from such an awful place. I should have listened to all of the other bad reviews and not dealt with Pro Sound Gear. Please take the "Pro" out of your name because they are anything but.

  That’s is an absolute lie. This has been going on for a while and no one is looking into it. This Just confirms how horrible Pro Sound Gear is. Never by from them. Use a reputable company like Musicians Friend. It’s in the name.

  Ordered a 8 pack par bundle, and the lights that came were not the lights pictured on the website. Also after paying for the order, I received a call telling me that the clamps included in the order "actually weren't included after all, the website was wrong", and I was never offered a substitute item or a refund for that portion of the order. I paid over $100 for overnight shipping on a weekday, and the order didn't come for 3 business days. I reached out to customer service about my issues and never got a response back. Terrible customer service! Giving two stars because I have had good experiences with them before, but this was awful!
