  Your response time is horrible, I had to reach out to find out rather or not I was approved for a small financing loan 2 days later. Then being declined, I just paid in full and waited yet again, 4 days this time, I was told the order was shipped. One day later, I would receive another email stating that the product is too damaged to ship and I can get a full refund or wait 1 to 2 weeks for it to come in. I went right to Amazon and ordered the things I need and I have them already.

  Hard to beat Prices! Great selection of bundles where you basically get an item for free. I only ordered a subwoofer. Fast shipping and good communication. I was put off by a lot of the other reviews on ProSoundGear.com and almost didn't place an order in fear I would receive a demo item or missing items but everything was 💯!! Just make sure to reach out and get confirmation that everything is in stock before purchasing one of their many bundles. Overall positive experience!
