  Was shipped a unit not in original box and missing rack ears and all documentation. Just the DL16R and a power cable, that's it. Customer service keeps telling me it is a new unit even after acknowledging the missing items. Also never received the iPad. Customer service very demeaning. Not sure I'll ever get a refund.

  I did not receive a tracking number for over two weeks. When I finally was told my tracking number, the package had supposedly been delivered 6 days ago. Never saw it, wasn't expecting it, especially because I was told it was "still being shipped to our warehouse" the day before the supposed delivery date according to the tracking number. It turns out Fedex also has a claims agreement with PSG and they are not liable for damaged or missing shipments. So here I am going on a month and a half, just made my first payment on the loan to Bread because I don't want to mess with credit issues, but still have not seen my package or gotten any real help from customer service. I strongly advise finding what you want anywhere else on the internet. Even Wish and AliExpress were better than this. Not sure what I can do except continue to pay for something I don't even have, since I don't think I could afford a lawyer. What a joke. :)
