  I'm extremely dissatisfied with PSG at this time. I placed an order for mics and 4 speakers that showed in stock and ready to ship. The following week the mics showed up but no speakers. The online chat said the speakers would likely be here the next day. After calling twice, I was informed the speakers had been out of stock and may or may not be back in stock in 30 days. There is no reason for a company like this to not know what they have in stock, or at the very least email your customers when an order cannot be fulfilled. This will be the last time I do business here. I'd rather pay a bit more for better service.

  They say on the checkout page that they will not offer help with damaged products if you don’t pay for shipping protection. When I questioned the customer service rep, she said that they would offer to replace damaged products. Which is it? Then she said that the $43 upcharge offers “better packaging” — but couldn’t explain what that packaging was
