  I'm very disappointed! 1st one of the items from my order did not arrive last Friday with the rest of the bundle package that I purchased. 2nd I called this last Tuesday to find out why my order was incomplete and was told that it will be shipped from the warehouse today, October 28. I shared my disappointment and request to expedite the item over night...i was that they will look into and call to confirm my request....well no call back still and that was Tuesday, today is Thursday.

  Was very hesitant about shipping a guitar but it was packed very well and came in great shape... Some new strings on the guitar woulda been nice but I'm happy to have my new guitar all the same.

  I only received half of my order, yet the packing slip says they completed my order. I was told that they are waiting for a new shipment to come in and will then complete my order. I hope they keep their word, because no one reached out to tell me they only sent half. Bad business.
