  PROSOUND sold me a 3 piece bundle at a very good price. I received a sale confirmation and a UPS tracking number from PROSOUND. After nearly a week, UPS said they did not receive the shipment into their system. I notified PROSOUND and they informed me that one piece of the three piece bundle was damaged at their warehouse and was now unavailable. Why didn’t they tell me that before a total billing for 3 items and tracking number issued? Anyway, the issue was resolved with a partial refund and two of the three items shipped at a reasonable discounted price.

  I impulsively bought a Roland digital piano from this website (through Google shopping) because the price was about $200 cheaper than the other sites with a discount code. The morning after I received a text asking me to confirm the purchase with a misspell. That made me a bit suspicious of the site, plus the bad reviews on Yelp so I wasn’t sure if I had gotten scammed. However, the piano was shipped out on Friday (same day as purchase date) and got delivered to California a week after in good condition. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would consider using the site again.
