  Scam company. Advertised a brand new Nord Drum 3p with GB3P soft pack included. They sent a B-stock drum machine and never sent the soft pack. This is apparently what they do. Google them, you’ll find countless others complaining of the same behavior.

  My experience with this company has been terrible so far. I ordered the wrong set of equipment (which is totally my fault) but called immediately to cancel the order. Was told there was no need to cancel the order, since the other set was the same price, they would just swap out sets. I called the entire day to make sure this was done or to find an alternative option. They still shipped the wrong set. Once I asked if I could return the items once arrived, I was told they do not take refunds. Then the order shows up and I'm missing items. I call again and I'm told that the item is being shipped from some where else and they don't know when I will receive it. So now I have to go buy another case for a set I don't plan to keep long because this was not claried and I have a party to do this weekend. The communication between their customer service has been terrible and none of my issues were resolved. Would not recommend this company at all.
