I bought a brand new Nautilus 73 and they send me an open box without a physical manual, I requested a physical manual (I like to have a book vs any digital, besides that I paid for a new keyboard) and they don't want send me any, I sent pictures of the open box product and they don't really care about the Customer satisfaction, they false advertising products and have a really bad customer service

Overall, very stressful and bad experience with them. I received my product quickly, but the product was damaged. Even after purchasing the shipping protection, the company still gave me a hard time about returning or receiving a replacement. When I received the replacement, it was also damaged. Again, I was given a hard time about returning the item or receiving another replacement. Long story short, I just ended up settling in their favor to move on and get past this. It’s just very unfortunate that the company wouldn’t uphold their end of the bargain and take care of a customer. If you are receiving larger or heavy items, beware of the shipping and ensure you examine the product once it arrives, as their return process is suspect at best.

Good customer service. Was able to email regularly to learn about status of product shipment, and then get partially refunded and sent the items that were currently in stock. Glad they were so quick to get back to me. Wish the website had listed that the mixer I wanted was out of stock before I made my purchase, but no problems besides that.

I purchased a case for my new Pioneer mixer. I paid the ADVERTISED price. The next day I received an email telling me I needed to pay more because the listing price was incorrect. Really? Is this bait and switch or just false advertising? Either way I would never spend a DIME with this company. Asked for and received my money back. Maybe Pro Sound Gear should consider HONORING THEIR ADVERTISED PRICES! Don't waste your money on companies like this. There are plenty of other reputable and honest sellers out there. I wish I could give them less than one star.

ProSound Gear's website was easy to use. Pablo Cruz, who manages the chat was very helpful. My gear was shipped very quickly, although UPS was a bit of a pain, delivering my items spread over 3 different days. As for ProSound Gear, I think they are great offering the bundled deals they have and I will not hesitate to buy from them again. ProSound Gear with help from Pablo Cruz was a very nice company to buy from. To me it makes no sense to spend the same amount of money at many of the other venders where you would only get the keyboard, when you can get the keyboard, stand, bench, studio monitors with stands and a sustain pedal at ProSound Gear. That's probably a few hundred dollars worth of gear "for free".
