I was asked if I want to update my review, so here it goes. I cancelled an order from ProSound Gear within hours of making the transaction. I did so both by phone and email. Despite speaking to a representative that "assured" me a refund and cancellation had taken place, AND the item had not been shipped, a day or so later I got an email for an expected delivery date. Turns out they sent the product anyways. After MANY hours of phone calls and emails, "Pro"Sound Gear tried to assert I hadn't followed their return policies, which I copied and pasted in rebuttal showing I did in fact follow their published policies. After many more aggravating and pointless emails, I contacted the credit card company and reported the incident. It was their involvement that resulted in a refund and return shipping label- which PSG was trying to make me pay. Today, PSG contacted me to discuss the issue (keep in mind this happened in October, 2022), which inspired me to update this review. At the time of my first review, there was no resolution. To be clear, there is nothing professional about "Pro"Sound Gear. They are dismissive, albeit polite, but they had no interest in solving the issue that they created. If it weren't for my credit card company stepping in, I would probably still be fighting this. Based on my experience, they are not truthful and operate with no sense of honor. Rather than owning what they did, they tried to blame me and could not rebut the facts I presented. I have dealt with most of the major online music shops, and I have NEVER seen such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. In fact, they didn't even send me the complete order. The purchase included a guitar case, but when the package came, guess what? NO CASE INCLUDED. In summation, they sent a purchase I cancelled within their stated time limits and methods. They stalled me by stating they did cancel it, but in fact sent it knowing full well I had cancelled, then they threatened to charge me for the return label upon delivery, which was about equal to 1/3 of the total purchase. It was only because the credit service they deal with stepped in that they acquiesced. Very shameful business dealings. I will never deal with them again, and I thank Verified Reviews for allowing me to complete the story. I would definitely steer clear of this vendor. There are so many other reputable businesses to deal with, and your time is more valuable than the aggravation "Pro"Sound Gear creates.

The customer service was flat out awful. We were clear with the company when we needed the gear by. Explicitly asking if we would receive it by said date. We said we didn’t want the order of that date couldn’t be hit. We’ll long story short they missed the date by a week. Their communication was very poor. They have fine products, but don’t trust them on shipping and customer service.

Website showed PA1000 was in stock, called to confirm and they said definitely in stock. Ordered, paid and called to check when it will ship, they said after payment clears. Got an email the next day was told they don't have it in stock and was on back order. Next day I get a tracking number, said it shipped, day after I got an email that said item was damaged and had to wait til after the new Year. They have it, they dodn't have it, again they have it and again they don't have it. I had to cancel the order no clue if I would ever get this keyboard and didn't like the games they played.

I ordered a kit that included a keyboard, pedal, stand, bench and headphones. I never got the bench or headphones. They did finally refund that portion but trying to communicate with them on the missing parts of the order was hell. I wont recommend them to anyone.
