  Michael, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I looked over the order and wanted to provide some details. The order was placed late in the day on Thursday, 3/7 close to our closing time. The order was processed through and the following day, the order was prepped and ready for pickup. You can see that the label was made on 3/8, which shows that the package was ready for FedEx. However, FedEx did not pickup our shipments that day for an unknown reason. Though we contacted FedEx, we were unable to get a proper reply from them. Since we and our warehouses are closed over the weekend, the next pickup would occur the following business day. The order was picked up and was in transit as normal. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We wish to stress that this is not the norm by any means and most shipments arrive very quickly. Delays from the shipping companies may slow deliveries in a few cases, but we can assure that the vast majority of our shipments arrive quickly.   I called Monday morning to cancel the order because I saw a label was made but it did not ship Friday. The person I spoke to assured me it was shipped Friday to give Fed Ex time to update. Now I am going to have to pay for another alignment after installing the part.

We get all our fitment information from the manufacturer. As such, it is listed exactly as they list it as well. We receive the fitment info directly from them and use this to list it on our site. Since we are direct dealer for them, we do have to follow some of their guidelines. Per their request, issues with products like fitment, defects, or damages are to be directed directly to TruHart. This ensures that troubleshooting can be done and if a replacement part is needed, they can help provide one. Though we understand this can be frustrating, they're designed to ensure that proper measures are taken to help resolve the customers issues. In some cases, instructions are not included due to the installation process being the same as the factory components. In the case of your product, this was the case. The installation should be the same as the factory option and the overall factory process should be followed. In some cases, these may not be readily available and should either be looked up or contact the dealer for details.   The website navigation was easy to use for me, even on mobile. My shocks were delivered quick, took about 3 days to where I'm at in central California. I don't usually write reviews, but their customer service was great and stands out from other websites. The day after I made the order customer service reached out to me thru email letting me know that the shocks i ordered can vary for my front suspension mount style with either a ball mount or fork style mount so they wanted to make sure i was ordering the correct one before sending it out. I verified it with them and they got back to me quick as well. I thought this was great because i watched a YouTube video on a tutorial for replacing the shocks on my car and the guy in the video took out his shocks and spring from it just to find out partsgeek had sent him the opposite mounting style shock for his application. That really stood out to me because I would hate to be taking my front suspension apart just to find out I don't have the correct part 2 hours into it and having to put everything back how it was originally. Thanks pro import tuners! Will come back to buy more shocks for my other car in about 15-20k more miles lol

  Barely starting the build with my 1998 accord 3.0 coupe and the injen cold air intake was fs the way to go as my first step. The only downside was the hose attachment was a bit too tight. i just headed over to autozone and got one a bit bigger. Other than that it’s cool.💯

  The product is great but I have an issue with the headlight to fender seal and customer service chose not to go the extra mile and supply me with an additional seal. I spent my career in customer service at car dealerships, working with manufacturers, and I know my request is not that difficult to accomplish. I’m willing to pay for the efforts but Pro Import Tuners isn’t willing to make it happen. The internet is full of retailers selling the $900 product I bought - I guess I chose the wrong one.

  You guys did a great job. Order was sent out the same day within a hour. Phenomenal. And great price on the set. Only complaint would be to tein, one of the coilovers was assembled upside down , which caused the spring to get stuck on one of the collar nuts. I had to completely dissamble the coilover , and beat the spring off with a hammer to correctly install a product that came from factory … kind of annoying

We do not sell or offer any used parts and any returns we process are sent back to the manufacturer.   Very easy to find what you look for especially if you make an account and put your car then it comes up with what mods they have available for your car. my experience was good i was able to find a coilover that i liked keeping the comfortably as well as making the car look better and feel better. A big thing was price and for what i paid i’m very happy especially after a week of driving the car on them, it was a good investment. the only thing id say i had a little trouble with was my delivery it took5ish days to get here just because my order was more than 500 but besides having to verify my order It was a very nice experience shopping with pro import tuners .

  Ordered parts on the 8th didn’t get shipped out until a week later and it’s been about a week since then and still haven’t received order. Communication was okay, but for a company who advertises “fast shipping” they should really rethink that because they sure fooled me. Other reviewers said they got their packages within a week.   Hello, I am sorry to hear about your situation. Though we do try to keep any delays to a minimum, they can occur. For this reason, we always ensure to notify the customers if anything pops up. The order was was placed late on 1/8, after we closed for they day. As such, the order began to process through the following day. However, due to a delay from UPS pickups, the shipment did not leave on time. We did send you an update regarding this on 1/11, when the tracking is normally available. The shipment was confirmed to leave on 1/12 and the tracking was sent to your email at the same time. We do see that UPS is delivering much later than the normal transit times. Though we have no control over delays or delivery issues with UPS, we do still ship these via the best possible service. With severe weather conditions in some locations and this item shipping across the country, some delays may be inevitable. Please understand that this is by no means the norm. As is with the vast majority of orders, they arrive very quickly and safely. We will make sure to communicate with the delivery service and ensure that these types of delays are mitigated as much as possible.   Just installed the suspension, excellent customer support. Ordered for my 2018 ACURA ILX same set up as 14 CIVIC SI. You do have to grind down the metal guards for the rear from the top. Other than that don’t let a wrench slip and split your knuckle open like me lol.over great ride! Took 5 hours to install with some grinding for the rear top support. Did not do any modifications to the coils itself.

  I like ordering from this company. They have great customer service over the phone and always take care of me. Their part selection is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of parts. My only complaint is the shipping. It kills the deals that they have here compared to other places. I ended up finding the part somewhere else similar price but free shipping so over $20 cheaper. However, they took care of my request to cancel the order very quickly and I received my refund the same day.
