  I ordered a pair of toe links for my 2010 Toyota rav4. The description of the toe links specified that they were for models from 2006-2012. After receiving the toe links, I attempted to install but they would not fit. After researching the part number, they actually were made to fit rav4 models from 2013-2018. I find the description deceptive and since I attempted to install, can no longer attempt to return the toe links due to the return policy.

  Joel, I am sorry to hear about your situation. When the item was first listed, the manufacturer had provided us with incorrect years. They have since corrected this info and is listed correctly. I do also wish to note that I looked through our system and was not able to find any communications from you. The returns policy applies only to parts that have been received and then were decided they did not want them anymore. It would not apply to parts that arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing parts. If you part is not designed to fit your vehicle, we can certainly still process a return for it. Please ensure to notify us if anything ever comes out incorrect or damaged in some way. We work hard to ensure our customers are taken care of regardless of the situation. If not already, I recommend to email our returns department or reply to emails that we have sent you.   5 stars for these guys! Parts arrived a bit late, but it was because of DHL. Unfortunately it was the 2nd incident with DHL, so I hope PRO Import Tuners will stop using them lol! So aside from DHL screwing up, PRO Import Tuners "delivered" way way better than the famous courier company. For sure I will buy again from them! Hopefully they don't use DHL by then.   John, I am sorry to hear about your experience regarding this matter. I reviewed your ordered and did want to clarify on a few things here. The parts being ordered are either stocked by our warehouses or shipped directly from the manufacturer. This particular manufacturer has recently been a bit slow a bit slow to confirm stock or ship parts out due to a high demand on visors. Shipments are generally fast to ship and process through. However, the manufacturer did confirm that your particular visor did have an inventory error and was not able to ship out. As soon as we were notified of this, we did attempt to contact you to let you know about the issue. However, we were not able to get in touch with you during the initial call and email. You did reach out to us when you saw our email and we went over the details. We provided you with the option to wait for it, cancel, or switch to a different product. In the end, you decided to wait for the product to be ready. We are already scheduled to update you with further details close to the date the manufacturer told us.   Site was fine, pictures of products could be better, prices are fine. Product itself seemed very cheap, i ordered kia window visors. When they came in the box was fine but when opened the product came in what was supposed to be a sealed piece attached to some cardboard. The seal was peeled back and it was easy to open which is fine cause the product wasnt damaged. I took the product out to check fitment and realized it looked nothing like the photos. Instantly requested a return and refund. They stated i had to verify the product was fine working condition and not installed which i did. I then was given instructions to bring to Fedex or ups and send it back for a refund. I had to spend $30 more dollars to send back an item i paid $65 for. So now im in the product $95. You also have to put a number on the box so they know whose return it is even though they have you send them a tracking number to travk the package. When the product gets there they charge a 15% restocking fee... so now im out 15% more. This is just crazy to me. Ive purchased many aftermarket parts and for something so simple and cheap that they most likely wont even restock is just crazy. I went elsewhere for a replacement of what i bought from here. It seems they sale cheap Chinese knock off parts. I would have been better off throwing these parts away after all the hassle of the return.

  Great customer service and fast shipment. My mechanic told me the exhaust system fit very well. He only had to slightly bend a tip of one of the mounts. There is a noticeable difference in acceleration. My Xterra now has a throaty rumble to it thanks to the 3" tailpipe. I would suggest also offering a 2-1/2" tailpipe version as a quieter option. Would definitely do business with Pro Import Tuners again!

  Jamie, I am sorry to hear about your situation. Though we do try our best to always have accurate info, errors can still occur. We rely not only our inventory, but the inventory from the manufacturers. On rare cases, though an item is shown to be in stock, when checking the shelves, it turns out to not be there. Inventory can move fast and the system updating could be slow to reflect this. If this does happen, we ensure to notify the customer immediately. We also provide ETA's and possible alternatives if available. We make sure that our customers are not left in the dark and well informed on their order.   The site was user friendly; not complicated, and the buying process was easy as well. However, when I received my product it was a little dented. We rely on them to provide us with accurate info on fitment and installation details. Per what they showed, the parts we designed to fit your model, even confirming that they were sold to other customers with the same vehicle. The manufacturer did not mention anything about changes to the parts, but they did change the fitment of the part without notice. In these cases, we make sure the customer is fully covered and we work to ensure that you are taken care of. We'll make sure to help correct and fix any potential issues that may pop up.   Stephen, We do use multiple courier services. We commonly use FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on the product, location being shipped to, or the warehouse where it is shipping from. In some cases, you can also leave a note on the order to see if we can use a specific courier service you prefer.
