  My physician Dr. Tahira Bokhari, MD sent me to Labcorp for a complete CBC bloodtest. I was very fortunate to find the Labcorp in Fairlawn, NJ. (19-21 Fairlawn Avenue). The palce is very well organized. Very little waiting time and the technicians are exceptional. Ms. Kirti took care of me. She is the kindest person that one can wish for. Thank you.

  I went to lab Corp. There was literally one person there the I went and she was able to handle everything efficiently and effectively. Even when one of the old lady started to complain, she settled her down as was still able to take care of the rest of us. I will continue to go there.

  When checking out, and you choose Paypal, then your login is not exact, you switch to changes passwords, then xfer back to Paypal, it makes you pay twice for a single lab. The login seems to be 100% sure that you are logged in correctly, THEN pay with Paypal. Some crazy logic to jump out of a payment screen, change you login, then jump back to Paypal seems to be idiotic. Had to get on a chat session to resolve my order number and how may times I paid for a single test. Heaven forbid you want then to order the wife the same test, while still logged on. WOW! Who wrote that?

  I came to the office just as they were breaking for lunch and was so grateful they were compassionate to me in completing the test rather than having wait or travel back. I considered that great customer service because the phlebotomist did not have to do it.

  Easy to use. However, the autofill is wrong on 2 spots (first is when it fills in the whole spelling of the state instead of the state postal abbreviations and second, it autofill's the zip with the phone number). The first one is the worst because it won't generate lab order and everything is correct. Unless you know the state has to abbreviated, you would have to contact customer support.

  Website is quick & efficient, and the gals at the blood-draw center know their stuff. Turnaround has been good in the past & we're hopeful to have the same experience with this order. Only issues were barcodes not reading or appointment showing up on sign-in...but that's the fault of the ever-changing system, & the girls at the center were able to look things up & find us on their computer. My husband & I always schedule our blood checks at the same time.

  On your website I selected the test through Lab Corp that I wanted and then was told to select a testing site. I selected a DLO site and showed up for my appointment. They said that my test was not in their system and that they did not do tests for Lab Corp. Your site should only allow appointments to be booked at sites that accept the test that was selected.

  Not worth the cost. Get a real blood allergy test from an Allergist. The results didn’t help narrow down anything, aren’t accepted or recognized by a real Dr, and are of low quality (ige vs igg).

  We were very pleased with the entire process. Created an account, got the test we were looking for, paid online and printed the lab requisition. Upon arrival at the LabCorp office, we were uncertain of the process to check in, so one of the clerks assisted us immediately and made us feel so welcome. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Fantastic service !!

  My experience was very good. It saved me so much time to be able to schedule these tests on my own. Ordinarily I get similar tests once per year as part of my annual physical, however since I'm in relatively good health my primary care physician is always reluctant to call for tests 'mid way'. In my opinion this is not wise - take hbA1C for example: in my case I do have a significant type II diabetes probability based on family history - and a year is long enough to get into trouble. I'm also just really curious about the effects of changes in nutrition and Personalabs service affords me the option of studying results on appropriate timetables.

  Easy site to navigate and schedule an appointment but it was unclear on steps to take after the order form was created. I paid and generated a new lab order and figured it out myself that I need to find a location near me to get the order filled. Made me nervous that I had already paid without getting directions for how to get the labs done. Would like more clarity around that before paying and for ease of the patient/user experience

  I missed the 30% discount because it wasn’t obvious at checkout. I thought it might be automatically applied when I didn’t see the link for it.   I was a little hesitant at first because I've never ordered my own lab work before. However there was a good deal, website was easy to find what I wanted, setting up an account and ordering it was very easy. I set up an appointment online for a Quest lab near me, where the lady was wonderful at drawing blood. I was given no hassles when I presented my lab order. Had full results less than 24 hours later. I would definitely recommend and will use again when I need future lab work.

  The site should suggest users check the availability of the labs BEFORE choosing between Lab Corp and Quest. If I need to get the test done before a certain date, then I need to see which lab is available before that date. If I choose a lab, and place the order, then find out the lab has a long waiting list for appts, then its too late. And I don't like to be referred to as "patient." I am not (yet) sick. I just want to do some preventive test. I think the company used to send out email announcing promo but no longer now. Too bad.

  I currently don't have insurance and I wanted to get a full lab workup for my personal annual check up as well as TB blood work for new employment. As I google for cheap lab workup, I came across Personalabs. After reading their great reviews, I decided to purchase my lab bundle here and was able to find a coupon for 30% off on their website which made it even awesome! Once I generated my order, went to Quest Diagnostic lab in my state and got my labs done and my result is up in 2 days. One of my coworker also decided to do his TB blood test via this route after I told him about it despite having insurance since his insurance only covers actual sickness and related labs. I'm more than happy I found Personalabs and how smooth and easy everything went. Highly recommend them and definitely use them again! (FYI:I didn't get any promotions or incentives for submitting this review; just a happy customer). Thank you Personalabs!
