  Had issue with website generating blood test order.I used service previously 3-4 other times. After talking to customer service which by the way were very helpful turns out they don’t issue to my state.Maybe you should filter out before you take money. Was kind of a hassle

  It's a great service. The only concern is that I can't pic the exact time for the appointment. When we arrived they asked us to wait until they have a window between the other patients who had appointments directly with Quest Diagnostics.

  Awesome service and reasonable priced! Also, I love your business model … that is, using Quest or LabCorp for the actual blood drawn. I was never comfortable with the purported accuracy or validity of the at-home testing companies.

  In a previous review I noted that I had requested a waiver of an order-reinstatement fee but had not heard back from anyone. After leaving that review, I was called and told that the fee had been waived at my request (but that I had not received the email notifying me/responding to my request. The follow-up with me to make sure everything was in order was handled well. Thank you!

  When you have to have a routine check and you have limited time. You can quickly set up a appointment , get the test done quick and get back to your day. Have the results the next day , making it easy to send to who needs to see the results. Better then setting around the doctors office waiting. Depending on what test you are having done might cost less.

  You need to warn people that Quest draw stations require an appointment now. Maybe others too. No walk-ins! Results slower than usual, no status report. Quest was dunning me to become their client. I see these as Quest problems. Otherwise fine.

  I care about my health and having the choice to get a blood draw if I choose too when my doctor isn’t listening to me, this is great, I get the results fast and I take them to her, a lot of times I have been able to make her give a crap then. I appreciate this service as a patient because of doctors who don’t listen. I just wish more blood tests were made available that are more health sensitive that only a your personal doctor can order that I can’t get here myself. I will always use personalabs for my lab needs!

  I have used this company a lot in the past to order blood tests for on going health issues. I appreciate that I have this available to me and don’t have to see a doctor and tell them what I want done. I wish some more tests would be added, but because of the sensitivity of them, I can understand why they are not. I love using personalabs for all my labs. It’s a great resource!

  My local health department stopped doing my dilantin levels and hung me out to dry. The hospitals wanted my first born for costs of their tests. Then I found personal labs and quest diagnostics. From the ease/costs of purchasing tests to setting appointments to having the blood drawn, this is the place! The icing on the cake is you get your results, not the Dr so you have some control over your information.

  Amazing !! Found the tests I was looking for... all were for a wellness check so they were grouped together as a package instead of having to select each individually. Purchasing as a package is very convenient. Ordered the tests at 7 am. By 9:30 same morning, I was having a blood draw. By 10 am completely finished. How amazing is that ?? Yeah, I know, the alternative is to spend hours trying to just get an appointment with a doctor. then spending hours in the waiting room.. just to have her send you to a lab.. and then wait another few weeks for results which are ' nothing unusual'. Well, what the heck does ' nothing unusual ' mean. On personal labs I can access all test results for the past many years and get online assistance if any abnormalities are flagged. A vast improvement over the old, antiquated ' doctor's office visit ' business model !!

  I wasn’t sure how to proceed with the doctor’s order which I had to generate in order to take to the lab so I couldn’t do the tests on time. The first time I did some blood tests with your help, I didn’t have that problem. But otherwise everything’s fine.

  The hospital quoted me over $900 for the tests I ordered from PersonaLabs for $119. Quest does the testing, the results arrive quickly, and I send them to my doctor. It doesn't get any more reliable or easier than this. I wholeheartedly recommend PersonaLabs.

  Site navigation is good. I ordered the candida overgrowth test, showed up at Quest Diagnostics for the blood draw. Got results on my PersonaLabs acoount within 7 days. This was a very smooth and easy process. Happy customer here.

  My experience with Personalabs couldn’t have gone better. The website was easy to navigate as was the ordering process. I made a mistake while ordering a test for my wife and I and was pleased that when calling customer service, an actual person answered my call. He was able to fix my mistake and correct the situation. From ordering the test to getting my results it took just a little over 24 hours. The price, convenience and rapid results from Personalabs far exceeds the time, effort, expense and waiting one would experience going through a doctor. I encourage anyone needing testing to try Personalabs out. I highly recommend them.

  There are no Quest Diagnostic labs in Phoenix Arizona, therefore the test had to be sent to Los Angeles, Personalabs didn’t specify who to contact to send the blood sample to L.A. Secondly at the time of order Personalabs should’ve informed the absence of testing facilities in Phoenix Arizona

  Hi Syed, Thank you for your recent review. We apologize for what happened. We are contracted with Quest Diagnostics and they have labs in Arizona. I believe the name of the lab is Sonora Quest. We have never had anybody have to send anything directly to Los Angeles unless the actual specimen had to be sent there. With lab testing, some tests are send out tests and considering Los Angeles is close to you in terms of lab testing it was probably sent there. The lab that performs the testing handles wherever it needs to be sent so we apologize for the confusion but some tests are always going to be send out tests. I hope you understand and maybe there is something we can do to help you in the future:)

  Ordering test is very easy, however I used to be able to schedule appointments on the website. Now it seems it only finds labs. I have to go to the lab's website to schedule, so the lab doesn't know what tests I ordered.

  I understand there’s a charge for cancellations because of services already provided however I cancelled my order within a few minutes after purchasing where no services could’ve already be done on my order. Unfortunate I had to pay the fine but later when I finally did go through with the blood work I went through a different website that not only was a lot cheaper but also had discounts that saved me over $30, more than made up for the cancellation fee at personalabs.

  Hi Felicia, Thank you for taking the time out to provide a review. We are sorry that once a lab order is generated we are supposed to deduct a cancellation fee to cover the lab order because once a lab order is generated we are charged that same fee. The tests that you got were actually included in a panel that would've brought your cost down dramatically. Hopefully next time we will be able to help you navigate to a bundled panel that will help you save money. If you type in a specific test in our search engine, it will show the panels that specific test is included in which usually results in a better cost. Hopefully we have better luck next time:)

  Ordered my healthy male checkup and healthy selfie and got my results in 24 hours. Wow that was quick. I also schedule an appointment and got in and got out at the lab. Excellent, informative, and valuable experience.

  What lab? The kit was supposed to be mailed to us. At this point, we don’t even need the kit anymore.

  Wow! Is all I can say. This was extremely easy to get my annual check up minus the doctor office fee times two. I was very please with the process of finding the labs I wanted and scheduling an appointment with quest. My results were smarts and easy to read. The price was great! I would highly recommend personalabs for all your lab/ blood work.
