    The item is pictured with a 8mm type shank but the item that I received is a 3/8mm shank that unfortunately will not fit the machine fixtures I wanted it for. Non of the descriptions tell you want shank the indicator uses either, so the pictures is the only indication as to what it could be. Device works great. Just will not fit for my current application.

    Made the order on march 28 and still have not received entire order by may 11. Am returning what I have received as I finished my project using product from other vendors. I believe Penn Tool sold me this product through MSC (Manhatton Supply Company) as my order came in MSC packaging and Penn Tool marked up the price as compared to MSC's catalogue. Won't buy from them ever again.

    I found out the manufacturing department needed another positioner after ordering the first. I ordered the other 4.5 hours after the first one and made a request on the order to ship both at the same time. No one responded and it did not happen. Infact they came 1 day apart from each other. Look at order number 402301 for evidence. Your online system does not work well. Two days had past since I placed the orders and the status says order received. I emailed on March 23 and no one responded I emailed again on the March 27 because IT STILL SAID ORDER RECEIVED. At 8:31 PM on the 27th Nick Pameshwar answered with this "Your orders are entered in our system and with our purchasing dept. There is vendor stock on these and we are working on getting this shipped out for you." I will most likely not order from Penn tool due to your lack of people and system working correctly. Since the order, 5 weeks ago I've received 13 Penn emails which is also a turn off. I know it's part of the general terms of use that a customer is forced to agree to otherwise the order or in this case the review wont be submitted. (Please check this box if you want to proceed)

    Very dissatisfied. Absolutely no updates in regards to my order status. I had to repeatedly call them to get things moving with my order. When I finally did get my order an item was missing and only after contacting them again did they realize the item was discontinued. This was a month long process and I will not be ordering from them again.

    Products arrived in good condition, but I had to place multiple orders and repeatedly email to get a single item. They seem very disorganized and don't seem to keep records of what's actually in stock, so you can place an order and not hear anything for weeks with a pending charge hanging on to your card. Reps I dealt with were clearly doing their best but the whole ordering system seems unreliable.

    Customer service was good. Albeit at first it was taking longer to get my initial order then discovered there was a backorder issue. Would have been nice to provide notification via email. Called to follow up and was told taking longer. Their in-stock showed more than what I received. There was follow up from PENN explaining only had one in stock and sent. When I explained why I needed a minimum of 3 for a facing mill they were able to provide an alternative - which has turned out to be good. However the alternative came in a pack of ten. As it turns out it was still the best way to go. All is good. I will still recommend ordering from them - and will do so myself when I need more items.

    Waited 2 weeks and nothing received. Reached out and asked where order was and told there was a mix up from manufacturer and I would have it in a few days. Never recieved and after week, reached out again and again given similar excuse and told will get in a few days. This repeated twice more always prompted by me reachign out to check status. Finally, after 6 weeks, I ordered it from different website. Received it 3 days later but still waiting for my refund from Penn Tool. Worst shopping experience ever and I will never shop from there again. Later checked out some online reviews and apparently this is very common for them.

    My experience was poor from the beginning to the end. A few days after placing my order I was contacted by a salesperson informing me that their price was too low so they couldn't honor the $50 discount code, and their site underestimated freight, so I'd have to send them an additional $110. I then had to send multiple emails over a week to get them to send me an invoice so i could sent the additional payment. Once I finally got my order confirmation, I requested the eta and tracking info. Requested that info a half dozen times over the next month. No reply. One day a machine was delivered. Without any advice notice. I open the box and instead of the blue Birmingham 3in1, it's an Inco 3in1. I double check my original order confirmation, it was supposed to be a Birmingham. Check my second confirmation from when I paid extra for their mistakes, it says it's a Precise 3in1. They offered me $140 discount to keep it. I wish i hadnt had customers waiting so I could have sent it back.

    We placed our order on October 10th. Approximately, 8 days later we received a call to verify our address. Then two weeks later, I called in to check on the order to find out that it hadn't successfully been communicated to the packing department to ship out. I was informed during that phone call that it would be shipped by the end of the week. I called again one week later to find out the product had still yet to be shipped and that they did not have stock of the product but that we would have it very soon. I requested to have complimentary overnight shipping but that did not occur. It took another week for us to receive the product. On our invoice, a day after receiving the product, we were given a $10 coupon. I'm not sure what for but I will not be ordering from Penn Tool Co. every again. The last person that I spoke to in customer service just pushed blame onto another department and I felt as though they brushed every thing I said off to the side. I am very unhappy with the quality of customer support that I received.

    I will strive not to use Penn Tool in the future. After being told this part was in stock, I was then given what I feel was a complete run around as to why it hadn't shipped. It finally comes to light that the tool wasn't in stock and had to be ordered or transferred in. Had I known this to begin with, I would not have placed the order. Instead, representatives for Penn Tool prevaricated multiple times, until I finally cancelled the order and sourced elsewhere.
