  Park Ave Video shipped my Canon RF 100-500mm lens same day as order was placed. Had it within 4 days with free shipping. Impressive product by Canon and order processing by Park Ave Video. The lens performs extremely well. I'm used to primes and was hesitant to purchase the zoom lens but glad I did. Still learning the limitations of using this lens but overall it is well worth the price.

  The first tripod they sent did not work, one of the stands would not expand. Adjusting the angle of the legs was not a smooth process and one leg at the adjustment point may have been broken. I called Park Ave and told their customer service team what was happening. They did not panic, they gathered my information and shipped a replacement out to me the same day. I received a new tripod on Friday and it worked perfectly.

  This is my second Nikon Circular Polarizer that I have purchased from Park Ave Video. It does what it was intended to do. I use it on my new 200-500 f/5.6 lens for street photography and am happy with it's performance so far.   Excellent choice With great customer services Sony wants over $300.00 for their VGC3EM grip. The Vello BG-S6 is less than the cost at $80.00. The customer service is also up is excellent, however I was a little more of a can do better, I am not saying its a bad service, very excellent but I wish that I can purchase everything from Park Ave Video like my Watson cannot be shipped due to lithium battery restrictions. I hope my reviews are well within required. But at the of the day I am grateful.

  After receiving my Sony a6000 camera about a week later I noticed that it could not recognize the 16-50 mm lens. I contacted Park Ave Video about it on a Sunday night, and I received a response about an hour later. I was wildly impressed by their customer service. Without any questions they processed a replacement to be sent and handled all the return shipping. It was a really easy process, which was a huge relief. Thanks for being awesome!

  So Happy I bought the Manfrotto tripod, Park Ave video recommended this tripod for my camera (Canon 90d) and it works great. I used others in the past and they broke fairly easy, The tripod works excellent with my camera no problems whatsoever.   I've had many interactions with Park Ave Video over the years. The staffs are nice and responsible plus the shipping is free and fast. The price is very fair.   The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema camera is one of the best cameras I've ever had the chance to use. I work in a church and it's been a huge help to our video and creative departments.   I ordered my new telephoto lens online, The delivery time was amazingly fast and I’m really pleased with it. The lens is fast to focus, and is not noisy at all.
