  Incredible selection of GOOGLE tablets, phones and accessories. Fantasy, contemporary, tech devices, headphones. Staff very knowledgeable. This is your source for hard to find tech accessories. I bought my first AMD Game Bundles and AMD Graphic Display Cards here about 4 years ago. I'm happy it's still around, the store, that is (and photography too).

  Amazing experience with Ryan and Steve. Ordered a new Lumix DC-GH5 mirrorless and it came in under 24hrs, both Ryan and Steve were very helpful and had to deal with my numerous questions.   I am not impelled to write reviews, but my experience with Park Ave Video was so positive that I feel as though I have to. While my interaction with them was only over the phone, I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service and downright promptness with which our purchase was handled. I ordered two 360° Vuve cameras on a short notice yesterday and they arrived this morning before 10am. That's faster than B&H Photo. A glorious experience.

  Helpful Friendly Professional Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. A bright and breezy ambiance, with a huge array of DSLR, mirrorless and full-frames on display, and lots of room to move around in. Josephs and Rose are very patient, with a great sense of humor, oh, and piece of confectionery on the counter! lol. Well worth a visit.

  This is an incredible shop. They have a vast selection of medium-large format accessories, mobile photo & video accessories and photography equipment. It is impossible to look at everything in one visit. I have been there twice and will have to go back a few more times at least. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. When they made up my bill they rounded it down in my favour.

  Had splendid service at this store. They were very well prepared for the COVID social distancing guidelines, with only 3 customers/groups in at a time. Once inside they require you to sanitize your hands, and the same goes for if you handle any products. The staff and the customers were all wearing masks. The customer service was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and they helped me make decisions on what I wanted. Didn't have a look around the whole store because it's quite big and I had an idea of what I wanted but they had so much stock and variety in videography there from what I could see. Highly recommend this store to anyone! The only issue I had seen could be parking, as almost every road was full, but this is because the store is tucked away at a high-street edge with shared parking on the sides of the road.

  I contacted around half a dozen shops for Astro-imaging filters and filter wheels -- only Josephs responded -- very helpful with advice. I had some issues with my purchase which was largely down to me -- he sorted it quickly and with no quibbles. Excellent service from him and his team. Very happy to recommend Park Ave Video, NYC.

  Unfortunately, there aren't as many brick-and-mortar shops in Manhattan as there used to be. I've known the Park Ave Video store for a long time. At first it was much bigger and with a very good range - including pro video stuff. Has now specialized more in electronics and home appliances. Is the first choice on site in this area. Always great rare items at a good price.

  I asked for advice on ROLLEI film and chemistry today because I was unsure of loss of quality in the image and because I generally like to take photos with my digital mirrorless and have not yet done so with the film cameras. I did not expect such comprehensive and competent advice. But the sales crew was so caring and passionate about it, technically adept and very well trained that I would like to share my very good rating. If there were six stars, they would be appropriate! He took so much time and we literally discussed various film systems. If you are looking for or need advice, you should go here and take the goods with you :)

  Park Ave Video is a very well known store when it comes to high quality prosumer camcorders, cine lenses and rangefinders/ monocular and finderscopes for astronomy. They have their first DSLR, Mirrorless, full-frame and medium-format arrayed with a description in detail and they also have their price tags conspicuously displayed. The staff was very helpful in making me understand the clear benefits of each optics and also let us use them around. If you are fond of Hasselblad medium-format cameras than there isn't a better place to go than their store.

  I cannot recommend Park Ave Video highly enough. When I walked in I was greeted by the men working there and made to feel welcome. I had an excellent experience with a young salesman named Ryan. He spent a lot of time discussing with me a potential purchase, never rushing me or acting impatient. He run me down the camera from stem to stern and educated me on each and every aspect of this particular Olympus E-M5 III. Never was I made to feel ignorant, although I was about some aspects of the OM-D & PEN Cameras lineup. I felt I was dealt with honestly and by people who love cameras, talking about photography, and teaching about cameras. I would and will highly recommend Park Ave Video to my friends and family who are in the market for any new camera gear. Well done gentlemen!

  I am a repeat customer. They really know the ins-and-outs of monoculars and make an effort to give each customer their constant attention.   Pumping cash into residential appliances/electronics always takes mental budgeting, negotiation and research especially when you are parting with huge chunks of money. For me, bespoke service and pre-sales support sets the touchstones with whom to buy from. It's my third substantial purchase from Ryan and Christopher at Park Ave Video, and like before, they were there to shepherd me through the home appliances, make recommendations and get the products to me very quickly indeed. Already planning my next TV set purchase and it makes choosing a supplier so much easier knowing that the service is right there at the end of the phone or an email.   PARK AVE VIDEO is always my first port of call when it comes to pro video gear. Disappointed when looking for a new Tokina Cinema ATX 11-20mm T2.9 I found they didn’t stock the model I wanted, so alternatively placed an order with a different company. The order failed to process, and as if it was meant to be, the lens appeared at PARK AVE VIDEO, NYC the following day, so I was happy to be able to place the order through them.

  I've used I Park Ave Video, NY for many, many years and I have always found them very honest and proactive in aerial imaging and quadcopters. I always feel that they have treated me extremely well and have always returned both my calls and emails. Though I would usually be only buying say one drone and an aerial lens, I have always felt that I was given the same respect as say a company that was buying multiple amount of gear. They are always moving with the times and have saved me thousands in finding cost-efficient solutions of tucking kit together but still setting to a gold standard. I'd never go anywhere else and nor should you.

  Just wanted to share my great experience with this company. I was initially looking to buy a Feiyu gimbal and they had it brand new on their website at a VERY competitive price, but unfortunately when I went to buy it, it was out of stock. I went to their online chat and had great customer care from Peter who answered a few of my questions and I tried to ask if he can check when they are going to restock, I was lucky enough that they just had restocked. Ordered it on Tuesday and it was in my hands by Wednesday morning, what more can I say. The product was as described - brand new and in total working order. Packaging was put nicely to protect the product! Definitely recommend, if you are looking to buy something from them!

  Phoned up Park Ave Video on Wednesday 21st October to enquire about the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K. The camera was in stock (other stores are either out of stock or awaiting stock), purchasing and processing was swift and easy. The only weak point is that because shop consists from both electronics and appliances, online selection does not reflect the actual availability, like we bought Samsung TV that was not on website. You have to either call beforehand or go look in person. Because of that, it was our last stop to look for what we needed, just chanced it and were lucky.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, personable and made the whole experience of buying camera modules & upgrades for myself and my employees really enjoyable. I didn't get the name of the salesman who served us but he was super friendly, listened in detail to our requests, gave really nifty advice and we came away with very good deals.   Visited this place a couple of times since 2015 and feel indebted but will write a review. The service and advice we received regarding dozens of Intel items such as CPU processors was outstanding. Special thanks to Christopher the salesperson who served us. He's a trove of knowledge regarding all the different RealSense cameras was pretty amazing! This is a real camera shop, I will make sure I visit next time I am in the area. A very happy customer indeed, purchased a Intel RealSense Depth Camera D415 for facial recognition and 3D scanning!

A little disappointed that they didn't tell me I could get $300 cash back off my camera after purchase but I was carrying a coupon that told me that so he may have assumed I knew. Pricing is a little high but shop around and they will steer you prudently within your budget and goals.

  I had an issue with the viewfinder on my new compact Lumix DC-ZS70. PAV offered to replace it for free or I could take advantage of a generous discount on an upgraded Lumix they had in stock.   Pleasant experience and customer support. Visited with my dad to discuss price for our weaponry scopes an sights. Walked out with a new Swarovski riflescope and scope mounting, excellent advice regarding my old scopes, a new archery sight and zeroing instruments and a new pair of binoculars. We were permitted to try out different models when deciding, and the shop was very well-equipped. We were assisted by Chris, who couldn't have been more helpful - anything we mentioned he brought for us to test or try out. He showed us examples of field combat using the equipment I was interested in, including his own gunsmithing work. He was respectful, informative, able to recommend and explain products very well, and a joy to talk to. I will definitely be returning to Park Ave Video, and I would highly recommend it to people interested in riflescopes, hunting and similar areas, no matter their level.

  I have just had a very delightful experience with the staff at Park Ave Video as I had a small problem with my Mamiya 150mm f2.8 lens, which couldnt be fixed in Wisconsin. The staff could not have been more helpful. They sent it to NY initially to be fixed but on its return they tested it and were not happy wiih it ,so they sent it back again. the problem was sorted with the minimum of fuss.It is working perfectly now .Thanks Park Ave Video much appreciated.

I can tell you that the staff at Park Ave Video has absolutely excellent, belligerent, helpful, and such a professional resource!   Videography equipment is one of the products that you really need to be able to hold in your hands to test video quality before you buy. Park Ave Video has a decent assortment, professional and helpful staff, and prices that usually match the online price. I seem to be traveling there from Dakota at least once a year for something that they have in stock that I can't find closer to home. And their pro video cameras are excellent, not just for the prosumer level but they also have commercial and industry PTZ solutions led by well known filmmakers for the more advanced people in your favorite niche. My Blackmagic 4.6k captures cinematic images with subtle gradients, fast-action shooting, and can record high-resolution raw sensor data. raw files preserve the full dynamic range and color tonality output...   Chris is very good at what he does. I approached him a little over two weeks ago to fix my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K as it was almost completely dysfunctional. However in just a short period of time, Chris has essentially fixed my camcorder so it appears and runs like a brand new.
