  I only buy LG brand for all my home entertainment. Once you feel it you get addicted to it. Not the all vine-and-no taters! The new Smart OLED is a quantum leap in TV technology but still retains the OLED flagship image quality. It boasts 4K and 8K resolution, OLED smart TV technology, ultra-flat OLED displays and stunning picture and sound quality. Park Ave Video is my go to store for all things tech so I didnt hesitate to order the new 65" OLED TV from them. Perfect vendor for perfect tech, a match made in heaven.

  Bought my first Lumix camera here. The sales expert was very patient explaining the different models of Lumix cameras and how G9, G7, G85, G95, and G100 differ, sensor size, full-frame (35mm)/Four Thirds ect. I walked in expecting to buy a Lumix DMC-GX85 which they didn't have. The clerk suggested a bunch of Lumix mirrorless. I really liked the DC-G95. So I bought that instead. Great place I will be buying my next 20-60 here really soon. Hopefully it's for my wife! She hates cameras to cuddle with her phone all day. Lol

  This was a great experience for a bunch of first time ladies. Thomas was the perfect version of serious, kind, witty, and stringent (when he needed to be) for us learning to shoot and being around camcorders and live production for the first time. Recommend for everyone who wants to learn to videography. The service in the shop was also great.

Very enjoyable and engaging teaching style lots to learn but James took the time to include everything and took all the questions Store has a Huge selection, DSMC2 w/ HELIUM 8K Essentials Kit, RED Digital Cinema DSMC2 BRAIN 35.4MP Camera, Pro Audio, Video, Lighting Equipment and more.   Had a really great experience here as a beginner in Macro photography. Even though we came in on Saturday afternoon without an appointment, they were able to take us right away. We dealt with two staff members who were both polite and accommodating, and also quite patient with novices. Altogether, exactly what you would want, and definitely thinking of going back.

  Had some repair on done on a Sony ZV-1 stock here last week. Very very happy. Ryan did an excellent job for me for me within the one week timeline that was specified at the outset.   Spoke with one of their own, named Thomas, today. I had some questions regarding my Vuze XR 3D VR180° / 2D 360° 5.7K camera. He took the time to answer my questions, clearly knew what he was talking about, and honestly answered my questions. You know when he gives you answers that will actually make it less likely that you order a part you were maybe thinking you'd need because he realizes you won't actually need it, that you're dealing with an honest guy, not someone who's just trying to sell as much as he can. Thanks Ryan and Thomas! I'd recommend these guys! Honest and knowledgeable.

  Ordered a Blackmagic Micro Studio Camera 4K for use in our church in Long Island to pair with ATEM boards for auditorium. We can easily mount them from trussing, or on a stage in a concealed location and remote control them from our ATEM switchers. The sensor isn't great in low-light, but using the ATEM's color corrector rather than just boosting the camera's gain can yield amazing results. Worth the money!!!

  Ordered a product from their website which was apparently out of stock. Same day they called me to give status update of expected delivery date.   Ryan provided a friendly and fun customer experience. I purchased a used Leica 1x42 Thermal Monocular with a Olight Pl Weaponlight and just love it! The thermal riflescope was perfect as was the price. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful as well and I'm sorry her name escapes me. I purchased a set of Vortex binoculars while I was there too! I recommend Park Ave Video store to anyone in the market! It's worth the drive. 💥

  This is the only place where so much knowledge and pro video can be found under one roof. Brilliant advice consistently and coherently. Really take the time even though it is busy. Always find a good way to help without the intention of hoodwinking you into bells and whistles. Very nice staff. POV cams, camcorders, cine, studio &EFP, PTZ solutions and microphones in stock or in no time from the warehouse. Service as sensor cleaning is also performed quickly and professionally. Come here too! If only to look around with a cup of coffee.

  Park Ave Video all drives & storage, optical media drives & accessories. CDS, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. I bought good quality recordable discs (JVC). I've used these since manufacturer halted production. Best recordable media for a high quality final product. Dry fast and don't decolorize. I have over thousands printed in my archive. Works perfect with Epson 1430, Canon 922, and several others.

  I was expecting to find a portable, rather tiny, but sturdy tripod for trips and occasional macros. Unfortunately, the selection in this regard was very disappointing. Seller said that only the available supports are in the assortment. I bought the perfect tripod at B&H Photo-a big electronic chain. Too bad.

But I have to because of this business, or the young consultant who specializes in film and video technology and whose name I can not remember, his high-level competence and sympathy is a selling point! A specialist shop with this staff can be more than happy! The rest of the team was very nice and friendly. To the inventory: Very well stocked (as far as I can tell) something for everyone! And again, one of the best if not THE BEST advice I've ever had. There is nothing better than people who know what they are doing! .. I would like to support a flowering local store for this competence ignoring the Amazon price and pay more for the excellent advice!

  Love this place!! I went in recently looking for a Sony URX-S03D UWP-D Dual-Channel Slot-In Wireless and was quickly greeted by Thomas with a smile. It seemed like he was the only one dealing with camcorder & cine camera components/Sony peripherals but nonetheless he was amazing at helping me find what I needed! Always have to get adapters too.

  Excellent place in New York for cinematography gear. Their prices are a bit higher than average but their sales are fantastic. A great selection of quality cameras & camcorders gear. I'm sure they have great binoculars, rifle-and-spotting scopes too, but I wouldn't know as I don't hunt. If you want tactical gear accessories, laser sights, red dot/holographic sights & binocular accessories, Park Ave Video has it all.

  The staff convinces with their excellent expertise. All my technical questions were answered very well. Despite high customer frequency, the sellers take sufficient time for us.   Park Ave Video is finally open near JDI Barbell. The store is very large, and nicely laid out. The staff is already very knowledgeable and very helpful. The parking is great, with a section on the edge reserved for the store's clients. The entrance is inviting with a giant exhibition space for photo art and comfortable atmosphere.

  This is the heaven for darkroom practitioners I would say. I was here with my dad, he was looking for some specific photographic darkroom chemistry. An employee Ryan, he was very helpful and has good knowledge. He helped him until he find his color film chemistry and B&W film .

  The level of customer service at this store is second to none, I'd give 5+stars if I could. I didn't have much knowledge on the products but they answered all of my questions even the ones I didn't ask. Travelled from NJ and it was worth the trip. This is my videography &fil-making supplies store from now on, they have nearly everything in stock ready to go. I'll be back up there on pay day next month :)

I had an issue with my full-frame Canon EOS 5DS R 35mm, I was given exceptional service from Tom, I cannot praise him enough for his customer service and technical information. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the dude that was dealing with my issue but he was fantastic. He sorted the issue in under a week which was amazing. Gave detailed information and advice. I’ve never ever had a bad thing to say about these guys at PARK AVE VIDEO store. They always provide a high level of customer service along with great prices and a huge range of products.   Epic store , has to be seen to be believed. Staff are pretty friendly and extremely witty. They have a huge range of large-format lenses and accessories.. an even more huge range of large &medium format camera accessories. Large format lenses from Cambo, Horseman, Linhof, &Rodenstock along with mounts. I shop for digital photo and traditional photo lens here. Amazing shop and I will definitely be becoming a regular here once I have my large-format photography experience in order. Honestly one of the best large-format photography shops i ever been to in my life

  Just ordered my first Osmo from Park Ave Video. Takes great video for a device that small. So versatile and handy with the mount. I will now film most videos on this device now, rather than a cumbersome DSLR. Very happy to have purchased and would recommend Park Ave Video as pro camcorders source. The only downside is the device will overheat during marathoning workflows.

  As a rookie in planetary and deep-galactic imaging, until recently I was on the lookout for telescope sellers. I found these people in the Park Ave Video shop. Recently, a colleague slightly damaged a Celestron t-mount adapter for Schmidt-Cassegrain. That bothered me, of course. In Park Ave Video I was offered after a long search this special t-mount adapter for only $20-. In other shops, I was always offered only the whole gear for whopping $160.-.   Great staff, first ever specialty photography store i went to and i went to ask questions not to buy and staff seemed happy to help rather than reluctant to. There is also a wide range of TOKINA & SAMYANG lenses that are well displayed as well as polarizing filters, camcorders and Small Rig accessories based on what you want. They also have a comprehensive Blackmagic, JVC, Canon, Sony & Panasonic range so you can test your lenses before you are sure you want to buy them. All n all : Great store. Highly recommend for your first photo/video equipment shop visit.

  A wonderful camcorders & cine store and equally wonderful staff make this a good place to look for your Vlogging needs, maybe it be cine lenses, GoPro hero, pro video, etc. PARK AVE VIDEO is worth stopping by. In the event they don't have what your looking for ask the staff and they could see if they could have to shipped to the store and they would contact when it arrives.
