  Perfect product and end-to-end service. This Cine lens works great with BMPCC 6k I went into the store and was going to purchase a Rokinon 50mm. I wanted to buy a cine lens that works well for filming interviews. I recommend this lens for this purpose. It works well, providing sharp, clear colors.   After hearing about the upcoming of the 200-500mm lens and a long wait for Nikon to distribute, I was finally able to buy it from Park Ave Video . They have good grading system for what your expecting, very fair prices, and cameras and equipment that are sometime difficult to find.   5D Mkiv I am no professional photographer. I am a hobbyist photographer. Canon has been my choice from the beginning and I will be a die hard Canon user.   The site is OK to shop, but you have to be very careful which seller you choose. They have no recourse if the seller doesn't answer questions timely, if at all. Some of the sellers are just not customer service-oriented. Kinda hard to buy online when you can't get answers to simple questions.

  Camcorder choosing experience I was recommended this camera from a friend for it's ease of use right out of the box. I needed a Sony PXW-Z150 to record plays, musicals and concerts. Very nice camcorders for the price! For us this is an expensive camera but this is worth every penny. Glad for all the help from Park*Ave*Video too!

  I ordered a BMPCC 6K which was a revolutionary addition as an amateur in filming. It took time to learn all the nuts and bolts but I came out a more competent filmmaker! I would recommend BlackMagic Design products and Park Ave Video!!!!!

  Nicest response from a retailer I've ever had. I had to contact Park Ave Video a couple of times about a church streaming camera purchase.   I love Park Ave Video, but please stop using UPS. If I’ve paid $15 for next day delivery, I expect FedEx. UPS just pop a note through my door and get me to pick it up at the post office. Unless you choose a different carrier I won’t be making big purchases through you online as I would only trust FedEX for handling expensive purchases.

  Great bang for the buck. I ordered my Vortex spotting scope on Friday 15th and it arrived 25th. Park Ave Video kept me informed at every step during process.   Visited PAV store to exchange a Samyang to native Nikon lens I no longer needed and was served by Cindy.   I bought a camera microphone for my cannon c200 camcorder for short movies, documentaries and various applications. It's small and compact and works great. I accidentally sat on it while attached to the camera withouth any damage, so it is definitley durable as well!

  They have one of the most largest collection of photography and videography equipment in the United States. Full range from entry-level, semi-pros & prosumer equipment. All the staff are very accommodating, honest and very knowledgeable of all the equipment they offer. They will assist you and help you make a decision on what you want and need. They are always very considerate of the customers interest. Don't forget to ask if there are any on-going promotions but chances are they will tell you anyway. Location is easy to locate and quite accessible from the NY subway station. You can also learn from the staff as they are accomplished photographers or videographers, so they really know their stuff.

  These two gentlemen were so wonderful and helpful. I am from Northern Ireland and have analog photography experience for at least 40 years. However when you come to another country most people want to be sure of the supplies and darkroom, lomography and colors that work....and get the inside information on the "hot" film rolls to utilize. I had a wonderful time in Michigan because of this shop I shot birds and wildlife! Thank you for the American Hospitality!

  After years of wandering among different shops in New York and NJ, I landed because of an excellent discount on a RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC2 Helium 8K S35 Sensor Upgrade in the first place and on other items then, from Park Ave Video. In this shop it was clear to me there was a common thread of "human" treatment towards the customer and the technical competence on the products as well as the level of prices, which are better than the competition. Recently I resolved with them the problem of the delivery of my new DSMC2 6K 2020 Version that booked on October 23 seemed to have been lost in the seas: they telephoned RED DIGITAL CINEMA, USA all over the world informing me once, even after shop hours, of the development of the delivery . Never had anyone followed me in this way, so it will continue to be my reference store. Now I await only the delivery of RED Camera Supports & Rigs. Thanks again to all the staff !!

  Bought an Intel Core i9-10900K as an upgrade to my PC build crushing under the weight of heavy software. Excellent price no more expensive than anywhere else but included a free bundle including extended 5 year guarantee, a Thermaltake TG-3 Thermal Grease and a Logitech G G502 HERO Gaming Mouse. On top of this it was delivered the next day. Not only that but the delivery people informed me of the hour they would be here, and they were.   I reserved a Starlight CCD Camera but was able to pick it on the arranged date they were happy to keep it for me .   Bright & breezy atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, I often get my marketing equipment here, as they actually let me try out the lenses and see if they fit my cameras, etc. I was there the other day grabbing a few things, as I watched as they helped a born-again 70-yr old with film processing and were great at explaining everything to him from what I could tell, and he nodded to the staff in agreement. Prices are very competitive and Christopher, the man who often serves me, is an awesome guy whose willing to have a chat and help you get what you're looking for. Thoroughbred camera equipment dealer in my area, highly recommended.

  I just visited this shop this morning for my Canon EF 24-105mm f4 lens firmware update as it was not working with EOS C200 EF Cinema Camera. The whole team is very friendly and get the things done within a few minutes. And the best part is they did it for free. They did not even ask if the lens were bought from them. Kudo !!! Before i went there i called another Canon's authorized store in Wyoming and the guy asked me if the lens were bought from them. when i said no, he told me they will charge $230 for firmware update although on Canon website says it's free. The guy was even recommending me to buy the SHAPE Camera Cage for Canon EOS C200 ($400) if i have a lot of lens to update. I was lucky that i checked with Park Ave Video. Else i would be paying $230 for 5 min job. Thanks Park Ave Video. I would definitely be visiting you guys for my next equipment purchase.
