  Excellent advice from the telephone sales reps; fast delivery, accurate orders, and the best product choice. I ordered a GoPro from their website and all phases of the process from the payment to the dispatching, were easy and clear. The camera arrived as per their instructions and on time. Tested it in the car while street driving and it looks great. Will run it at the track this weekend.   Tamron Lens Warranty registration issue. I purchased the Tamron 150-500mm Sony E from the Park Ave Video site as I live in Jacksonville. The lens was promptly delivered but that was when my issue arose. When I tried to register the warranty with Tamron USA I had problems doing so as the lens had already been registered with them some months before my purchase. I made contact with Park's customer service in order to get this sorted but they were of little or no help. I was told that I had to contact Tamron directly myself , and both phone numbers I was given for them were incorrect.

  Service from Park was very good. Should be 5 stars, however chopped off 2 stars, as the delivery via FedEx to Arizona meant that I had to go to a local FedEx depot to pick the camera. As I was out when they delivered, the delay was then 3 days rather than the following day. Highly likely won't use Park again until this changes.

  I found them via Google search by serendipity. It turned out to be the best camera store and customer service I came across in my wildlife and bird photography career. I bought a Canon EOS R7 online but figured I could just go and collect it. Ryan replied to all my emails even it was late evening on a Friday. When I walked into the store the following day it was like a Disneyland. Tons and tons of Canon mirrorless, Nikon Z series, Sony, Olympus, etc. accessories and all sorts of cool gear. I was looked after by Ryan who even fixed one of my faulty Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens- on the spot - free of charge! Ryan recommended few additional accessories for my new EOS R7, showed me photos of his own model and lenses, he is a good seller - I left the store broke and on a path to being evicted by my wife. Ryan asked me if I wanted to see a new release Canon EOS R8 , beautiful piece of engineering, highest quality craftsmanship - he unpacked it in front of me and let me hold it. Those guys are very professional and friendly, clearly enjoying shopping there and it makes me as a customer want to come back for more. I think I found my new favorite store!

  Best Place to purchase PTZOptics cameras for great prices! When I decided to purchase a Pro Video PTZ Camera 4K your prices were the best of about 30 places i had researched and so I purchased it with delivery very quick. Again a great price!   We just received ours. Was going to be a gift for the missus but it arrived in a plain white box, sticker "Nikon Refurbished", then inside the components (battery, cam body, cables) were in 'reused' crumply zip locks and taped bubble wrap. I know I'm saving $250 by not buying new, but just a caution there is zero premium feel for a $900 gift.

  Bought my first DSLR (D780) here recently. Very impressed with their knowledge and the fact they don't try to be-little novices ( like so many retail shops do ) They didn't try to sell me the most expensive cameras in the shop, instead they recommended a quality used DSLR camera that matched my experience. Very happy with the whole experience.

  I've brought a few cameras from here before and I have had a few fixed here. The staff are ok but not overly helpful and I didnt like being accused of tampering with my filters on lenses as they had scratch marks on them. Its not because they've been tampered with, its because I have been using them. Furthermore I also have brough cameras from there that haven't worked properly which may be just coincidence however its happened to two of my cameras. I have fixed them myself now as the camera repair costs there are ludicrously high. Aside from those problems the store does have a large variety of DSLR, mirrorless, camcorders and photography items if you're willing to pay the prices there as once again they're very steep. Personally I'd look elsewhere which is what one of the employees told me as they said that there was a high mark up on one of the cameras I was looking at. In summary its worth a look around there but its not quite as good as other retailers.

  I've bought from Park Ave Video twice now and have been more than impressed by the service and speed of delivery. Purchased the excellent Lumix G Vario 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens for an overseas trip next week and was happy to have it delivered today - less than a week after I ordered it. Considering I'm in MI, the delivery was impressive. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  A quite rare retail outlet in this day and age of online driven commerce. Yes, quite a niche market, but nothing beats the hands-on experience of seeing, feeling and getting up close and personal to the things you like / love. If you are in the market for prosumer cine or camcorders, specialist goods, then give this place a try / look round. Not many left so make the most of this shop while you can.

  Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went in with a older lens looking for an adapter to put it on a modern camera body I didn’t know the lens Mount but just by looking at it they knew it instantly, unfortunately they didn’t stock it but offered to order it in for me and also pointed me to another store online if I needed it sooner. They answered all my questions and overall great in-store experience, now my go to camera store.

  When I called customer service was excellent and helped in ordering my Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens. I have been using the lens a lot since I got it and I'm really happy with the quality. Gorgeous bokeh and sharp focus. Perfect for low light conditions. Could not be happier with my purchase.   Park Ave Video is the the best camera store in the world to purchase camera equipment. I ordered my Sony a7 II camera, however, it was backordered because Sony could not keep up with demand.   I just purchased a Canon EOS R from this store yesterday. I have been tracking the price changes for the last four weeks waiting for the prices drop for black Friday. Their website has the option of tracking the price drop, which became very useful for me. Luke was a person who handled the sale.   Camera is excellent. FTZ adapter works great with all of my DX lenses. Z Mount lens take terrific pictures. The bag that I received was a surprise.   Agreed he was also quite rude in his manner as well as what was said. I can see your a fair company but obviously there are some issues. All the operative needed to say was I'm sorry for your experience if you give me your phone number I can make sure it won't happen again. I would then have put in the order for the item I wanted.
