  I purchased a used Nikon D5300 from Park Ave video, and received it in good condition and in a reasonable timeframe. The shipping was free and took one more business day from the initial expected time at purchase, but overall only took 4 business days to arrive. I had to contact support a couple of times to fix my shipping address due to an error - but it was fixed in the same day. Based on this experience I would use them again.

  Very quick delivery, great priced products, I ordered my Vortex 8x42 Binoculars expecting to wait 4-6 weeks minimally and got them shipped in less than two weeks and I was blown away when I first tried out the binoculars, took a look at some animals from where I live and I was blown away by the clarity and quality. It's also nice that the binoculars came with a carrying case to be used for hunting and bird watching, Would recommend this company for all your photographic requirements.

  I've been planning to order a Canon EOS R7 for several months. When I was ready, Park Ave video had them in stock. Called the customer service number and they were super helpful and efficient. Love the camera, as expected. Only reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that they do not ship free overnight like several other stores will.

I talked to a photographer friends of ours and he recommended this site and camera, now the research on the camera spoke volumes, so let me say its an amazing camera and very easy to use, but Park Ave Video is where its at.   Great product support and fast shipping. When a friend recommended Park Ave video, I bought a Canon EOS Rebel SL3 and It came with the 18-55mm lens, I am grateful for it. After finding a great deal from this website for a Nikon camera I went for it, was a bit hesitant at first but received the camera after a week or two and I am very happy with it.   Good experience overall. I ordered a Camera body and lens on the 21/06 and received it on the 30/06, very well packaged and brand new as expected. The savings balance the absence of manufacturer warranty for me, it is a compromise you need to make and be aware of. Customer service is responsive as well.

  Excellent Lens Purchased a secondhand Sony 200-600 mm lens for amazing images of birds in Georgia and all sorts of wildlife in Alaska. This lens is incredibly sharp, fast, and an overall great value. Very happy with it.

  Great shoulder rig at affordable price but needs a counterweight. I don't know why Park Ave Video doesn't put it in the accessories, but I would not be able to use the rig comfortably without the counter weight.

  Excellent camcorder on a budget If you are comfortable with Canon products you will find the Canon XA60 easy to use. The features of a professional camera in a compact great shooting camera. This was an excellent kit purchase. I read many reviews beforehand; good, bad and ugly. I purchased the camera and am very happy with it! Love it!

  GoPro Hero9 Black Touch screen is the unresponsive and at times dead however network of transmission of video is incredible. Voice control when it works is huge. YouTube videos is a must for getting started and for advanced decisions. At a minimum the "in box" delivery could include a lens cap and a remote battery charger.

  I upgraded from my old and dying Sony a7R II a few weeks ago. Andrew was helpful in getting me a replacement. He identified a Sony a7S III with less 4k shutter actuations on display and competitively priced as well. 3 stars as I had to pay for accessories and didn't get freebies.
