  Was looking for a professional DSLR strap and was helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly person working there named Ryan. He explained in detail the pros and cons of a multitude of straps and also showed me cool new gadgets like a smartphone gimbal for pro video vlogging or action cams. A very good store with excellent and friendly staff. A must for every serious camera fan

  Visiting this place for people interested in photography is like going to toy store when you are a kid.. They have tons of products dealing in all aspects of photography and optics. I also go here to get professional passport picture taken. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they email you the pictures as well which is awesome. They also have a bunch of machines to print your own pictures through USB or even over Bluetooth at a very reasonable rates. Definitely worth a visit if you are interested in photography.

  Several times I've been to Park Ave Video 35th street in the last few months, and all the staff have been fantastic, every time. They've happily done price matches for me, and recently I bought a new Fuji camera. Ryan assisted me, and being a Fuji enthusiast he gave me so many helpful tips and patiently answered a ton of questions! Definitely going back, finding the service here very personalized & helpful.   I bought a Swarovski 2-12x50 Z6 Riflescope and the service, advise, where FANTASTIC, found out this riflescope is a lot more expensive everywhere else, GREAT value for money also.

  The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable retrieved out a tripod for my Nikon D7500 camera and me. He could answer any questions I had about a tripod , not like elsewhere. The pleasant surprise was it didn't cost anywhere near as much as elsewhere either.

  Great shop everything I need is there and there’s always something new in the shop. Nothing is ever to much trouble and they will always go the extra mile to help you. The staff there are very knowledgeable and always have any answers I need. Cannot recommend highly enough the extra bonus is it’s only 20 mins from me but I would travel an hour to here if needs be.   Canon 10x30 IS II Image Stabilized Binocular Purchase these image stabilized binoculars for my father to use on his boat. He loves them. They really do steady things out especially once the boat is rocking. They also are the perfect size not too big/not too small. Excellent service from PARK AVE VIDEO.   Very Good ND Filter for the money This Tiffen 82 is one filer replaces the need for three or more non-variable ND filters. It's easy to use and Tiffen supplies high quality filters. It does what you want from an ND filter. I purchased on a Park' daily special and got a great deal. I highly recommend them.

  Excellent service best prices = can’t go wrong Excellent service - on this occasion an item was deemed out of stock after I had ordered online. PARK AVE VIDEO contacted me by phone as soon as they were aware and gave me options: switch for another product, cancel that part of the order of part ship. I opted for the latter and they sent the i stock part of my order immediately, followed by the back order item as soon as it was available. Their service was great and I’ll happily use them again, as they’re able to pair good service with the best prices.

  EVERYTHING I EXPECTED!!! I've had my eye on this Nikon Coolpix p1000 camera since it came out a year ago, I finally bought it during Black Friday. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra for the NIKKOR 24-3000mm lens/(35mm Equivalent). I am still learning how to use all the different settings but that will just take practice. I also love that it came with two extra batteries besides the Nikon battery and a memory card. It was a much better deal through PARK AVE VIDEO than any other dealer because of the extra items it came with.

  I would say one of the best photo shop in Manhattan located near the old center. Same times stuff could not understand your question and have to repeat them twice. Location is good. It hard to find parking near the shop.

  ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! Been ordering on line with Park' for many years. Almost all of my photographic gear are purchased online from Park'. A fellow professional photographer told me about his track record with Park' and I tried the process. It is very quick, more than competitive and makes a lot of sense. Without Park Ave Video having excellent return policies the whole thing would not work. If you are not purchasing your equipment on-line from Park' you should give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

  Bought my first bridge camera here recently. Very impressed with their knowledge and the fact they don't try to be-little novices ( like so many retail shops do ) They didn't try to sell me the most expensive Leica in the shop, instead they recommended a quality used Canon that matched my experience. Very happy with the whole experience.

  Guy didn't really know his auxiliary lenses, got them round the wrong way and wasn't aware of the second hand stock that was exactly what I wanted for half the price of new. Still the best place to buy for real instead if online.

  This company offers good prices, however their mail-order service is from the past - it took 3 days to dispatch my order, no tracking, item arrived 7 days after ordering. It's a shame, but this is why Amazon, eBay etc are doing so well. Please invest in your website & mail order service.

  We went at the weekend to exchange my sons rebel SL3 for another more suitable 5D MK IV for what he needs... The staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole process was easy...   Great Camera! Great Park' service! I upgraded from a Nikon D3500 to this D7500 for wildlife and bird photography. Ask for Ryan he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is quick and friendly and goes above and beyond.! Don't let the fewer megapixels fool you, pictures are Just as sharp as the 24 megapixel D3500 (see attached Picture). Great camera and great value! Thanks Park' for the fast service and everything securely packaged.

  GoPro HERO7 Bundle!! Awesome video camera! I use it for live streaming and it works like a pro! Gets a bit hot but I don't think these things are really suited for live streaming with such a small design. The app makes it easy to transfer video. Great purchase!

  Good selection of equipment. Went to get some help for astro-imaging camera. The member of staff dealing with us was so condescending said the information was available in the manual... which it wasn't... But got it sorted eventually. Another member of staff however was quite helpful. Was looking for a Barlow he brought us to the whole selection and didn't force anything on us that was too expensive. Just gave us the one we were after and was really friendly about it. But very off put about going back due to the other guy being condescending

  The services and prices tend to be on the lower end of the going rates. Knowledgeable staff but the service quality tends to vary depending on when you get into the store. Some of the guys were friendly, the others gave off a strong vibe of suppressed irritation at a customer's presence.

  I love this ball head! It's just what a I was looking for to replace my older ball head. It's solid and firmly holds my camera in place. I also like the size of the knobs. It took me quite a while to pull the trigger on purchasing this one, as it's quite expensive, but I decided it's likely going to be the last ball head I ever need to buy! I'm very pleased with my purchase!!

  I just received this item last week and I am extremely pleased.
