  Went in a few weeks ago with an issue with my old Nikon D7100 and the staff was nothing but kind to me :). They managed to show me my faults that was causing the malfunction of the camera and save my roll of film ! Would highly recommend the visit!

  I Would Recommend Park Ave Video to my friends I have Rokinon 7.5mm f/3.5 fisheye mounted on my Olympus EM-1 and having lots of fun. Park' should be highly commended for the manner in which they processed the order and executed the delivery of the lens. It arrived so quickly (and in pristine conditions) that it amazed me. Thank you Park Ave Video and staff for the efficiency.

  So glad I used Park Ave V I understood that my Nikon D500 was grey market and found out that it was die to be sold in Canada. In my mind the reviews of Park' gave me sufficient comfort especially regarding the warranty that I was content to order. Good communications until the camera arrived in perfect condition with all necessary accessories. Would I recommend Park'- DEFINITELY!

  The best of the best. I found just casually Park Ave Video. I wrote them by email if they are able to deliver in Canada and they promptly explained me all the process. They gave me their best price and shipped immediately my Sony A7R IV. I received in only 2 working days, today. I had an issue with my item and Park' fixed immediately without even investigate.   Brought a Sony A7S III and will never shop anywhere else Was searching the internet to purchase a Sony A7S III and the standard freight was around $3,498 I came across Park Ave Video and they were selling it for $3900 I couldn't believe it (Sony Alpha a7S III Mirrorless Digital Camera with Atomos Ninja V, 1TB SSD & Acc). After looking at reviews they're a trusted site with perfect 5 stars. EVERYTHING is included in that price, I didn't have to pay for any shipping or taxes. I will be shopping here from now on.

  Wrong item In August 2021 I placed an order for a camera and lens. Although Park Ave Video advertise a Manhattan address, items were supplied from (and returnable to) the store in NJ. The items were supplied promptly. But there are two things to note here. Firstly, the items arrived unannounced in two separate packages on different days. Tracking numbers were not given, and there were no packing notes. Secondly, the packaging was basic – not a box containing the manufacturer’s box, but rather several layers of bubble-pack around the manufacturer’s box, sealed in a soft plastic cover. Unfortunately, the lens supplied was not the one that I had ordered. In view of the time required to supply the correct lens, I cancelled that part of the order. Some correspondence was required. I should record here that Park Ave Video were always prompt in replying. And Park Ave Video were also punctilious in arranging refunds. I am sure that it is very unusual for Park Ave Video to supply the wrong item. However, it should be noted that things can and sometimes do go wrong.

  I chose to go to this shop after reading a couple of good reviews about it, and some very bad reviews about other camera shops in the area. The good reviews are completely accurate: I was only popping in for a little advice and the staff member who I spoke to was incredibly helpful - going beyond what I would expect from any member of staff, and giving great independent advice. I would really recommend this place, Especially as other shops seem to have such bad customer service - this is the complete opposite.

  Love Cokin Filter products I can't stress how much of an important element these filters bring to my astrophotography, in general. I keep reordering the Cokin Clearsky Filter, this helps eliminate unwanted light pollution, suppressing sodium vapor that city lights produce and creating a much cleaner image to edit in the post process. Extremely knowledgeable & helpful staff. No.1 place to go always.

  I would recommend this small NY shop to Canon owners. I am on my third Canon digital camera and have used a BG-E11 battery grip on all three. It does add a bit of weight and bulk but the extended shooting time and additional balance when using larger lenses is worth the extra wt. and bulk. My experience in dealing with PARK AVE VIDEO was once again a pleasant experience. Shipping was prompt and free and PARK AVE VIDEO will continue to be my staple source for all my camera and photography needs. Thank you PARK'!

  Customer service was non-existent. Tried talking to a counter guy and he was a brick with human features. Turned my back to go look around, and all of a sudden he was lively and engaging in conversation with his other 3 co-workers and A SINGLE OTHER CUSTOMER. But the security guard tho! Beyond helpful, basic info but better than the sales rep by far. The only thing this outlet is capable of is referring you back to the website. Business must be good for them to afford those employees.

  Due to several years as caregiver to a couple family members, I have been away from photography for some time. Started with an FE in the 80's moved to a digital in early 2004 in a D70s. Only got to it occasionally, but now I am hoping to get back to it and Park Ave Video was instrumental in moving up to the D750. Had a bit of a hiccup with my first camera purchase from them.   The NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR lens bundled with the Nikon D810 DSLR is an excellent quality kit lens that pairs well with the body. I like to use it as a single lens solution for travel. The image quality is respectable, it is compact, and not too heavy. The guys are always willing to price match. best place for Nikon in the NYC state. Keep it up, it is hard to beat the price/value the lens offers.

  Jury is Still Out! The 1st time I used the camera the lend would NOT retract. On off on off did nothing, just dead in the water. I contacted Panasonic. not Park Ave.. They rushed out a brand new camera which I got the next day. All I had to do was ship the 1st one back postage paid. GREAT customer service. So far so good with the new one. There's just so many features on it I'm still learning.

  Amazing DRONE for the Dollar! I have made a purchase from PARK AVE VIDEO prior to this and it went well. Other sites had the combo for same price but PARK's site had an additional package of items no charge and made it a no brainer. I had a problem at first in getting the extended warranty and sent email of my trouble. They responded quickly. am a novice and never flown a drone before. NYC Club and practice and starting to get hang of it but the product of great. Very responsive to your joystick manipulations. I am satisfied with purchase and will again look to purchase from PARK AVE VIDEO.

Good discounts on black friday. Very close to downtown New York. They have a good collection of Point & Shoots. I found some superzooms which are not available anywhere (from KODAK). I am surely their client for a lifetime. The owner lady is super nice too. Neboja was the one I dealt with (100% recommended) but all others were eager to help and very friendly. I've been to Adorama, B&H Photo Video, KEH, Willoughby's, to name a few but the best customer service is here. I didn't believe when they got my back-ordered COOLPIX P1000 dispatched in 2 weeks time. Awesome folks.

  Store has a wide range of fisheye or ultra-wide angle lens for ultra-wide scenes, waterscapes, and skyscapes. From high-end beauty to low-end starters, you can always find the suitable one for yourself. Staff in the store is very helpful. Would like to express my gratitude to Ryan specially. He is super knowledgeable, definitely go to him if you are new to any field of photography. Price is somehow competitive in the area, at least I like their commitment to give the customers the best they can do.

  Found Park ave video online. They were promoting high quality brands at very competitive prices. After reading many excellent customer reviews and seeing they had a retail store in my area, decided to place an online order.   Ryan and the crew at Park Ave Video, Manhattan have some of the best prices I have found on-line. They offer a substantial student discount but you need to call before placing your on-line order. The experience of purchasing the ARRI AMIRA Live Premium Camera Set in a SPECIAL ORDER was smooth. The company took ten days to make that happen. Each time I sent an inquiry Ryan was quick to respond with whatever update he had. They did the very best that could be expected from a customer service perspective. Overall I was very happy with the prices and service I received and happily recommend them.

  Thrilled like a newbie again I got my drone license 4 weeks ago and immersed into rigorous research to upgrade my entry level Phantom 4 Pro. Finalizing on the purchase, I spoke to 3 different people at 3 different times and every individual took the time to give me informed and detailed information about the product. Not only that but they even went to the extra effort to call me when there was something more to add to the information. I ended up ordering Mavic Air 2 online and was very pleased to see the order was processed within hours and shipped almost immediately. The product was exactly as described.   The Sigma 150-600 C is a Perfect fit for wildlife photography! I look forward to using this more as I am an avid outdoorsman and recently moved to Michigan! Great price and great lens. .

  First time here. Came with my friend who was picking up an order. Small shop but they had what my friend was looking for in stock, everywhere else was sold out with no stock in sight. Pricing is better than bigger box stores as well. Staff could be a bit more friendlier as they were pretty much stone cold. In any event pick up was pretty fast and easy. Overall I would probably return if I ever needed something from here but I do recommend this place to others.

  Was disappointed this time with Park ave video. I called to get help with camera support gear and the guy that took the call knew nothing about any of the gear, all he could do was quote what was already on the website and didn't even offer to try to find out, just could not be bothered with me. I buy from Park ave video a lot because of the great prices but customer service is not what it used to be.

  P.A.V is a good camera shop with plenty of photographic equipment for the beginner, enthusiast and pro. Pricing is quite good. Found that battery prices were the best anywhere! Friendly staff are always willing to spend time giving good advice on all things photography. Recommended!
