  I wanted a Great outdoors sports lens to pair with a Canon 70D. This Sigma 18-300mm lens is a great lens for shooting baseball games. I can really see a difference from my kit lens. This is truly the all-in-one lens. I kept it on all day and didn't have to miss a shot by changing lenses. Excellent price.

  How first class service should look like. I have had two reasons to visit the Park Ave Video Store recently. Neboja excelled herself in organizing a range of used equipment for me to view, and Neboja gave valuable advice and guidance. Sadly! Sadly a lens I had chosen developed a fault and Anna arranged a swap out for me s I live a 40 mile round trip to the Shop.. Ryan assisted me on my second visit to the Shop and organized all the paperwork etc. First class!

  Could do better Ordered 2 things one was Awaiting stock - available to order a week later they cancelled and returned my money with no explanation and have stil not returned my email regarding this. The other arrived on time well packaged. If it was not for the cancelled order or not even getting an email regarding the cancellation they would have got 5 stars

  I did trade twice my old photography equipment with Park Ave Video, NYC and I only have to say good things. They were quite fair, quick answering, picked up my equipment from home and the next day I had answer. One day later I had my new equipment delivered on my door.

  Thrilled with my tripod. It was an incredible bargain. I had an old very clumsy one before that was not really fit for purpose (difficult to adjust, not very steady on uneven surfaces). This Oben one enables me to use my camera because I can’t lift or hold it due to a problem with my hands. The tripod is easy to use, even with my hands! The fact it extends to a good height (I am tall) helped me make the decision between this and another OBEN tripod, which didn’t extend as far in height. The order and delivery process were brilliant. Social distancing observed. Well packaged. Really blown away and finally I have a really good tripod :)

  I got contacted by P.A.V customer support and they arrange collection of my faulty battery and its just been collected. Earlier review below. Bought two branded Canon batteries during P.A.V web sale, and one does not charge. Spent a week emailing trying to get a returns authorization. Gave up now. There's no live chat just email only. And all the closest stores to me have closed.

  I was sent a faulty Mavic Air 2 drone, now they are not answering emails and cant get to talk or chat online, nightmare, wish I had went to BH Pht. They were quick to take the money. I only went with them as thought they would be great to deal with, Hopefully they answer my email shortly.

  Very poor customer service Ordered a drone and CFast card which arrived on time. The Cfast is faulty though and I tried emailing numerous times requesting a return but I didn't receive anything back. Everything's fine when you buy stuff off then but if you have any complaints then they won't bother.

  My new Sigma 18-300mm lens for my Nikon cameras is a great lens. I have been able to use it on a few trips to the Copper Mountain and I was happy with the results. I am looking forward to using it more in the near future.

  Great price on a Canon battery grip I was not really a big fan of online shopping but have been forced into it by the Covid-19 lockdown.   Buying from P.A.V online I bought this camera off you as used (Canon G1 X) and I have also bought a used lens off you for my Canon DSLR in the past. I can honestly say the process of buying items is utterly straightforward, and the items have been delivered when they said they would and received really, really well packaged. My G1 X camera did have a tiny tiny mark on the front at the top right hand side, but it is a "used" camera and I respect no used camera can be perfect, it works perfectly and I am really happy. Just keep doing what your doing P.A.V because it's working really well, and thank you for an excellent service. I will be using you again.

  Great service for Delivery but I also ordered the DJI care and refresh package, and needed a verification code which arrived late, DJI insist it must be activated within 48 hours so I had to make a verification video which was a bit of a nuisance so they could approve the care/refresh package. but it would not stop me using Park Ave Video again

  PARK AVE VIDEO- the place for Olympus I recently procured a fantastic Olympus OM-D EM10 Mk 3 with a 12-40mm and a 40-150 zoom lens for about $750 less than some retailers were selling just the camera body for! It's a brilliant piece of kit; perfect for the level I'm at and it does everything so well. For such a small unit, the quality of the images it produces is astounding. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and I know if I'm stuck with some feature or setting, I can pop into my local camera shop and the staff there will sort me out. It's a real enthusiast-run shop and they've always been really helpful in the past.

  Popped in for a sensor cleaning, kept my camera for more than a week brought back home with even more dirtier sensor smudges all over Went to complain was denying that they don’t use wet swab etc etc, luckily I had before/after shot, hence they could not deny it.   I was initially disappointed as I was unable to try the cameras I wanted to see- because of COVID-19, there was not much stock and the lense I was interested in was not available to get separately. However the shop assistant was able to recommend an alternative, which is a better quality. I was able to buy a body but had to order the lens. I received some useful help about filters and camera cards. It is a shame that there are now so few shops in Arizona- I had a long drive and there was nothing on the website to indicate that you could not try cameras.

  Sensor clean on DLSR - what a difference! I used Park Ave Video store in Manhattan for a sensor clean on my Canon Eos 80D. The staff were polite and efficient. I spoke to Ryan(or Regan-) and I was confident that my camera was in good hands when I left it. When I collected it I was shown before and after photos and even on the camera screen you could see a marked difference. He also made me aware of some “bits” on the viewfinder which they cannot remove but as these don’t interfere with the photo, that’s no problem. I took some test shots of the sky later and imported into a full computer screen, the picture quality was excellent - all the little dots of dust, hairs and other specks which I normally spend an age editing out, had gone. Thank you so much for an excellent service. I hope I don’t need it again for a while but I know where to come if I do.

  This company sells used goods. Of course, they conceal this information otherwise there will be few customers. My order did not arrive immediately and came to connect the insurance company to resolve the issue. After a dialogue with the insurance company, they sent me a camera. It looks like a new one and everything is still working. I did not return it and asked for a discount for fraud. I was offered 200 USD and I agreed. Today, Sep 1, 2021, the money came to the card. I myself will not take anything else there. It's like a lottery and not everyone can win. But if you take something there, then you need to insure the deal.

  X100V While the lens is fixed to a moderate wide angle, it is a perfect focal length for street, family, events, environmental portraiture and a host of other genres. I've taken entire two to three week European vacations, mainly in cities and museums with only this lens (on a previous generation of X100). Never any complaints when I order cameras or equipment, quick delivery and competitive pricing!

  Sturdy, Lightweight & Tall Tripod This tripod is easy to use & comes with a nice carrying case. It comes with two quick release connectors. So, I can connect my camera to the plate and pop it on and off the tripod very easily. There is just a latch to take the quick release plate on and off. Also the tripod legs go up and down with a latch so there's now screwing & unscrewing. Great! I bought two.

  Amazing camera for Street Photography The Fuji X100V main improvements include the lens, focus, viewfinder, and ergonomics. It also is now equipped with a flip screen and is weather resistant. Battery life has also improved. These items only address only a few of the improvements over my X100T.

  Sweet Lensbaby I love the soft look that can be created with the new Lensbaby Velvet 56. I have used it primarily with flowers and am excited by the new creative possibilities. The lens is really fun to work with, easy to understand how to use and I am looking forward to using it in my studio work as well as for creating art work for my own walls.   I have been dealing with Ryan for well over 30 years and have known Neboja since he was a school boy. They have always been pleasant and enjoyable to deal with.   The young fellow, Neboja, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will not be visiting any other Camera stores in the future. Park Ave Video may be busy, but that's because the word is spreading and people are finding out you won't get better prices or service anywhere else. Best pro video shop in Manhattan.

  Very good on price especially with film. Terrible when it comes to answering the phone or calling you when your product is ready to be picked up. I would shop there but never again get them to order in for me. Try Fenway Photo because it gets there, when they say it will get there!

  I remember when I got sony16-35 mm lense for 7 days and I paid somewhere around 81 dollars , but now same lense for 2 days rental is 110 dollars. Not happy , looks like they are getting busy now , rates have gone up as compared to the day they started . Have to look new place I guess. Customer service is good 5* , but for rates 2* .

  They were able to diagnose and offer the only reasonable solution with regards to repairing my Canon Digital camera. I hate to throw away a piece of equipment that has served me well. They had a very reasonable turn around time considering they had to send away for parts. Very happy with this service and would go to them again every time!

  Sigma 150-600 We have shot the migrating eagles, snow geese, tundra swans, baby geese, nesting blue herons and various other birds with this lens on a D5300 with no problems. We use both hand held (shutter speed of 1/1000 or better) with no problems and on a tripod with superb results.

  Perfect for what I needed. The Sony a7C was already the camera I was eyeing and Park' made the process absolutely smooth.   I have never used a Lensbaby lens before. However when I saw some of the photos taken by others using this Lensbaby 5.8mm f/3.5 lens, I decided to experiment with it.I am very pleased with the circular feature especially for interior architectural photos. It provides a very unique perspective.

  PERFECT lens for photographing birds in flight I have used this fabulous Sony 150-600 lens (with the equally necessary USB dock) for many in flight Eagles and Herons, at 600mm (on a crop sensor Canon). I have MANY gorgeous photos of hummingbirds at 600 mm from this lens also...I would say it took about 40 hours for Park Ave V to deliver it to my doorstep, I'm ready to grasp the full potential of this baby. My FAVORITE lens, always handheld, beautiful shots.

  I wanted a telephoto for my D3300 Nikon that would work well with indoor events and out - Sharp people shots - taken manually or auto focus. Since this is an entry level DX camera i' was looking for a reasonably priced telephoto lens. Thankfully, Ryan suggested the Nikon 18-200 lens, I'm marveled by it's incredible versatility at a very affordable price. The picture quality is great even for macro photography which I discovered on a recent trip to Buchart Gardens on Vancouver Island. Unless you need a super telephoto I would strongly recommend this lens for Nikon.
