  Bought a Polsen MVP-3 Micro but the mic breaks down, Park Ave Video is not responsible for it, but despite that they have set it up and fixed it even outside the warranty period, in addition, they have committed to finding a replacement mic that they sent free of charge for evaluation. Great company to trade with.

  waste surfing led to purchases I had never shopped from Park Ave Video, NY before but ended up on their website after wasting time surfing. By chance I found a real find that was too good to say no to, a 360 Camera that otherwise costs $999 was out for $900. The product came in super nice condition & delivery was fast!

  I love Park Ave Video. The price on my camera was more than competitive and the item was safely, but not overly, packed. It was shipped the same day. I paid for next day delivery and I wasn't disappointed. The only reason I'm not giving the a 5 star review is because I have had a few issues in the past with the condition of the gear that I've purchased before.

  I have bought a Nikon D810 camera in this shop, and received it just within a few days. Everything is good, I can recommend this shop, from my experience it is an honest store and they have good delivery time.   I ordered a Canon M50 which I needed for a project in a few days. I used overnight shipping and received it as promised. I love this camera. The reason I took a star away is the 30 min shut off. You can adjust your settings to delay the sleep mode but you cant entirely get rid of it which is terrible for a youtuber like myself. I record long segments of gameplay. But their services are cool.

  My Nikon D850 camera arrived on time and in excellent conditions. First of all, I have to say that this is my first camera. I have owned it for about a two months and I am still learning to use it. This camera offers many possibilities and it has a good auto mode for those who start using it without any time to read the instruction manual. The size is adequate for traveling it feels high quality and sturdy. Picture and video quality is top notch, and Lighting fast auto-focus no regrets so far. Park Ave Video Will be my first on line stop for future needs.

  Seeing my way to bargain binoculars Bought a total of 4 pairs of Vanguard 8x42 Endeavor binoculars, two via the website and the others from your store in Manhattan. At the reduced price I couldn't ignore them. Will be ideal Christmas gifts for some members of the family! The delivery via FedEx was not smooth. My wife waited in all day only to be told as the afternoon progressed that it wasn't coming. Not your fault. Thank you for refunding the postage.no problems with the customer support.   I ordered the Nikon Nikkor AF-S zoom lens 18-300mm F / 3.5-6.3 by phone and picked it up the same day. The handling on the phone was very friendly and competent. When I later picked up the lens from the store, I found the personal support just as great. A UV filter and a lens hood were prepared in advance, which of course I was happy to buy. All in all, it went really well. Very friendly and familiar atmosphere and everything went really well. Will definitely buy there again!

  On-line better than in shop Recently bought a lens online from Park' after saying they would never have my business again. Eighteen months ago their shop showed appalling service so I bought on-line and received a poor lens that had to be re-calibrated. The professional that does all my re-calibration work said that it had been dropped as even Sigma would not let this through their quality check. After sales service was "tough luck, we've got your money so you should have taken it to one of our stores to be re-calibrated" (n.b. this was not a service Park Ave Video offered so to take it back to the Amazon shop was a non starter. However, my recent experience on line was a lot better although I would not trust Park Ave Video any more.

  Great service and very good personal support in the event of problems in the delivery and subsequent exchange due to a defective product for which the provider is not responsible. In the end, I received the product that I wanted at no additional cost and felt that I was in good hands at all times in a difficult process that was not caused by the provider.   No one person is behind this company. I sent my lense on March 7, 2021, and then I did not hear anything. Now I only received my money, but only after a call.   Excellent place to buy Nikon DSLR and all things related! I've personally been going to the PARK AVE VIDEO store for about 15 years now. I drive about an hour and a half to get there so their must be a reason. The staff is a very knowledgeable group of people. You're almost guaranteed that there is someone there that is an expert in what you're looking for. I have gotten to know some great folks, that I value the opinion of, over the years. Excellent selection of product offerings in a wide selection of categories. I've also taken numerous classes at Park Ave Video store and those are always a good time.

  I am struggling to get in touch with these guys as I don't have instagram, the Fujifilm X-T4 I bought arrived today but the Atomos Ninja V 5" 4K Recording Monitor does not work (I have tried 3 different sets of new HDMI cables and inserted correct memory card) - there was no invoice in the package and there is no phone number of email on their website. I have opened a complaint sadly via Paypal but will not wait 21 days as suggested as in the original ad it said you had to return item in 14 days. I have the address so will send the item back - such a shame as these seem nice guys with good product options.

  Excellent Camera! This is my first ever viewfinder. I chose this Sigma fp L Director's Viewfinder Kit, because my father, a professional photographer, recommended it. I could not be happier with this purchase and this unit. I have gotten enough good shots, I mean shots exceeding my artistic expectations and hopes for expression, that I am thoroughly hooked on this viewfinder specifically and video in general. After a week, I bought the PL-L Mount Converter, and now I'm considering buying the EVF-11 electronic viewfinder. It's easy to transfer files to my phone. I'm looking forward to getting some archival quality prints of my favorites. This kit exceeded my expectations in every way!

  I bought this Samsung TV a month ago and I am very please of my buying. Very aesthetically pleasing outside and the technology is the best in the market. It's so modern and beautiful that I am still amazed of the performance. Everyone who comes to my home and sees the TV complements' it. So far I have no complaints.

  A seamless transaction I traded my Nikon D750 for the new D780. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous making it a seamless transaction. I was kept updated on my order when I phoned for details and couldn't have asked for more.

  Poor Service Placed order on website for next working day delivery. Order just showing as 'processing'. Phoned and was told it was definitely dispatched. Didnt arrive, phoned again to be told it was definitely dispatched, then to be told it wasn't dispatched and was actually being sent from a store. Wasn't dispatched until 2 days later then the courier sent it to the wrong depot so it was delayed again. When it arrived it appears to be ex-display stock not new as advertised. Poor communication, poor service, customer service staff dont seem to care. Between this and being lied to on my last order doing me out of a warranty I have now stopped dealing with Park Ave Video

  To be honest they were rubbish, messed my order up, had to reorder a different lens then they owed me money and had to email and phone several times before it was resolved. promised to let me know what was happening..Did NOT so not impressed .
