  This company offers good prices, however their mail-order service is from the past - it took 72 hours to dispatch my order, no tracking, item arrived 6 days after ordering. It's a shame, but this is why Amazon, eBay etc are doing so well. Please invest in your website & mail order service.

  Fujichrome Velvia, as we all know, is a great film, and $93 l is a great price for a pack, even for slightly out of date stock as listed. However, the film I received was marked expired prematurely. I received 2 replacements and both were identical, with customer service telling me they have no way of verifying the age of their stock before shipping. I'll give credit to Park' for refunding me eventually, but be warned, what you will receive is likely far different than what is advertised.

  Sony RX 100 Great online store, great camera! I always have great experience purchasing in Park Ave Video. I do a lot of travel and this product was great. It arrived the day before I left on a two week trip to Europe. I was able to learn how to use the basics instinctively. Awesome product at really low price. If you have a Sony Camera, you will love this one it does everything. If you are undecided, watch Gary Fong's video Sony RX 100 on Park Ave Video.

  Fast and competent service For the second time i ordered a DSLR from Park Ave Video , This time was a Nikon D500 and they were one of the few stores with stock, two days later i had the package at the office, everything well protected for transport. I also got a 50mm 1.8G , the Special Edition, and Park Ave Video is the only store selling them! Excellent service, fast communication. Recommended !

  Absolutely awful customer service. Gave them a camera lens for repair; after two months I had heard nothing so went into the store. They had no answers, but stated they would chase the contracted repair service and call me back. After not hearing from them for another six weeks we went into the store to complain. Manager said he would get to the bottom of it and ring us.......of course.......nothing. This cycle repeated until I told them just to get me the lens back unrepaired. It goes without saying that they didn't contact me once it came back, I had to go in and ask. To cap it off, they would not even give me back my deposit after almost five months of shoddy "service". Avoid!!!

  I think with this current position we are all living with, waiting for lenses/goods /stress, i can relate to the staff not being able to be as efficient as possible, but things have to be done by the technical support depart, to understand the staff /customer service, to promote the business not demote it.

  Park avenue video was about as professional service as I could have expected, I have not had a tremendous amount of time to use the camera yet, however I have used it for some photos and I am amazed at the results of still photography with this camera. It is also somewhat of an adjustment shooting from aps-c to the new full frame format. I'm very glad that I spent the amount of time that I did shopping for the right camera as I feel I have gotten what I expected! Thanks Park Avenue Video!

  Another Happy P.A.V / Canon Customer I'm an amateur photographer specializing in dance and theater photography. I ordered the Canon EOS R6 and it's the best bang for your buck for both photography and videography. It was an upgrade for my old Canon Rebel T3i. I immediately noted the improvements in improved sharpness, detail and color depth and saturation. I have been a PAV customer, buying online and when I'm in the City visiting their store. They are simply the best for pricing, choice of equipment, knowledgeable/helpful sales staff and an intuitive, quick online experience. I won't shop anywhere else.

  Open Box is a Better Option After much research and talking to the Park' staff by phone I consented to going the open box way. Ryan, the proprietor told me that it was a new item and that is exactly what I received. The only downside of the purchase is that you do not receive the one year warranty from Canon USA. However, Park' extends an identical warranty that Canon does. The result is significant savings over a new in the box camera with little to no difference. I highly recommend it if the option is available. Having handled numerous new in the box cameras I was unable to tell ANY discrepancies between this open box item and a new in the box.

  Today my wife and I visited PARK AVE VIDEO in New York with a view to possibly purchasing a Leica SL2-S body. We were so delighted with everything that was experienced during our time in the shop. The staff were well informed and had a good grasp on the products that we were interested. We had Neboja as staff member who was most charming and made both my wife and I feel comfortable that we both bought a Leica each. It is the type of shop that would give you genuine time and information to suit your needs even if you did not buy at that moment, you would most certainly be back. We will be.   Excellent service, very helpful and the cheapest I could find. I bought a Panasonic Lumix DC-S1H and within a week I got pet hair on the focus screen. I blindly tried to clean it myself with a microfiber cloth and made things a lot worse. Took the camera back in them and they cleaned it properly for me at no cost. Highly recommend.

  Night Owl Optics NightShot Night Vision Riflescope This Night Owl scope jettisons all the overkill 'bells and whistles' of some digital-based brands, and just provides the basic night (and day) vision capabilities that I was looking for. A lot of great features and a design that works. So very friendly and not pushy but, most important, really knowledgeable about the product. Very pleased with my purchase.

  Awesome service via email. I applied for finance on a KOMODO 6K Camera Starter Pack but I wanted it delivered to my work address, not my home.   I am a professional real estate photographer and have dealt with Park Ave Video on several occasions. At the top end of the scale I bought a Nikon D780 from them, at the bottom end, a battery. In between there have been different items at different prices, some in stock, some specially ordered. I have bought in-store and via their website. Once I made a mistake with the postage, meaning to opt for 24hr but selecting standard instead, a chap called Albany sorted that immediately. In every case the service has been impeccable. Nowadays it is difficult enough to find such good service let alone receive it consistently over a period of time. I thoroughly recommend PARK AVE VIDEO to anyone who wants great products at a great price with second to none service. Just about everyone on the planet I would have thought!

  Viltrox AF 56mm f/1.4 So happy that I took a chance on this lens! I am extremely impressed. The autofocus speed also surprised me, it's better than what I expected. All round, a nice solid lens that seems well constructed. I don't have anything bad to say about it. And you can't beat the price. Nice one Viltrox!

  A lot of potential but these guys often place misleading ads online. Popped in and they claimed 15% off store wide but in fact it’s only some things.   Great basic filter! Protect your objective lens with this. I know that some professionals don't like or use UV filters to protect their lenses, but after buying an RF 100-500mm IS L lens, I decided that I didn't want to take any chances. I do not notice any loss of picture quality with this B W XS-PRO UV HAZE MRV-Nano 010M Filter filter, and have some peace of mind also.

  Fantastic service! I finally decided to upgrade my DSLR Canon and was very lucky to be assisted by Sally Turner. After providing a quote one day, the following day I went in, with my old camera and another, with various lens. Sally was superb. She dedicated nearly 90 minutes just to me (my trade-ins took a long time), she was extremely knowledgeable on Pentax cameras and most helpful making a few good suggestions. It’s been a long time since I have received such thorough, professional service!

  Got this Sigma Art 18-35mm for my Nikon z6. This lens is helping us dramatically with new found real estate jobs. As always, P.A.V was great with the return and we purchased the Tiffen 82mm. It fits our needs perfectly and is a dream of a lens to work with!

  Always compare the prices with the competitors before you buy. Some models are way too expensive. I bought a Sony Alpha a7R IIIA camera on Monday, and It was $500 more expensive than some competitors. But by paying another $100 I was able to exchange the lenses to a better one because they have a 14 day exchange policy. That is really good.

  NIKKOR Z 14-30mm is outstanding Of course I pored over numerous materials before I decided to purchase this lens. I am extremely happy with the lens. The f/4 is not limiting whatsoever.   poor information and long delivery time My order took almost 3 months before I received and the support on the website that it could take up to 14 days before the products were in stock. The date for when the products would arrive 14 days at a time and no information was constantly moved. Missed an interview because of this.
