  I had this mic on order when I decided to check with a Park' audio expert for advice. With my primary interest being indie filmmaking, I was directed to the Azden SMX-30, stereo mic as the better option. The Azden has surpassed my expectations. It's fantastic! Fast shipping and great purchase.

  Great prices, good service Great prices, good and fast service. Why not five stars? My package was missing some information and for that reason it was returned from UPS back to Park Ave Video which delayed the delivery one day. I paid for next day service however it took two days because of that missing information.

  Best online shopping experience for hard to find photography accessories! I live outside the US and sometimes I have trouble finding premium photography items in my country.   Great Value at a Reasonable Price I actually got a lot of items in this bundle and was pleasantly surprised with all the items that were included. The best is that they shipped to a FedEx store, so I didn't have to worry about the package getting stolen.

Cannot be faulted - ordered one day and delivered the next. Thank you - I've said it before and I'll say it again. I believe Park Ave Video to be the BEST US online photo and video supplier and they are always my first port of call when I need something camera related.   Great place for a hobbyist to up their photography. With a high variety from a lot of brands as well as a crowded used shelf to shamelessly experiment with your equipment. Customer service is simplistic and right at the counter. The store is very intimate so you can easily converse with a customer service rep from the other side of the store (Be polite, of course). Not much aside from cameras, lenses and accessories, it's a great place to apply your research if you want to get into photography.

  P.AV. gave excellent guidance to help me select this lens. I will certainly use them again. Can't wait to take this on our European vacation next week. I bought an extra case that has good padding and a shoulder strap so I don't have to carry a large camera bag. That too came from P.A.V. Save your money and buy this lens. You'll have no regrets and excellent photos.

  Great all-around kit! I did months of research before making the purchase & have been extremely pleased so far. I purchased the accessory kit because of the grip & extra batteries for a longer shooting time. The added weight and stability of the grip has been amazing. While the 18-135 lens isn't good for low light action shots, it's a great starter lens.

  Ryan and the team at the Park' store are truly great. They spend 100% of their time answering questions and teaching customers not only about the Red cameras, they advise their customers on industry trends and practices.   I purchased an EOS RP online. Whilst they responded quickly to any emails I sent I was a little disappointed to find my Camera had arrived and they hadn't informed me. Still I arranged to collect the camera from instore and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased to find a store local to my home. Prices so far seem reasonable.

  Leica Excellence Wanted one and when Park' ran a Leica SL2 bundle deal that was unbelievable, I made it mine!! Awesome camera, easy to pick up and use! Shot a wedding same day as I unpacked and haven't looked back since. Park' service is top notch, mad a special request for shipping and my request was handled without question or additional charge.

  Deceived into ordering item out of stock when I wanted it fairly quickly. i wanted the mic fairly quickly, and other sites advertised it but reported that it was out of stock. I ordered from Park Ave Video, went through the payment process, and they thanked me for their order. It was only after that they let me know that it was out of stock! I would be informed when it was available. Although it arrived some weeks later when in stock, It was delivered in a large box with 98% air, which seemed unnecessary. I felt deceived that I had not been warned that it was not available for immediate dispatch.

  These guys are great! I purchased a telescope and some accessories online through them. It was nice bc I couldn't find the accessories so I called and it was refreshing a real person picked up and was on the other line and was able to assist me. Even though I ordered online it was nice to be able to talk to a real person for any issues that arise.

  Park Ave Video epitomize the value and importance of shopping with an independent business. Sarah and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful and can usually price match the big companies. Even if they can't, it's worth the little bit extra for the top notch customer service. And the shows they put on are just brilliant. Always hugely informative and a great opportunity to catch up with photography friends I rarely see otherwise. I live near Brooklyn, but a visit to Park Ave Video is always worth the journey.

  I bought this LG C1PU 65" TV a month ago. It has decided to stop working. It has extreme ghosting on the left side that almost looks burned in. All across the screen are horizontal lines. We had some weird things with the TV coming on by itself but overall it was a gorgeous and smooth image. But, a TV should not break this quickly. I have lost all confidence in the quality of LG.

  I have ordered a used Panasonic GH4 and when it arrived the battery was faulty/damaged and sometimes the camera would just wouldn't start or shutdown halfway filming. Contacted Park Ave Video and they offered me a new battery replacement free of charge. Absolutely fantastic, thank you !

  Amazing DSLR package! Park Ave Video delivered this package that contained the widely acknowledged Canon EOS 5D Mark IV with 24-105mm lens, batteries and charger, SD card, monopod, and Ruggard case. I was shooting photo within 20 minutes of opening the boxes it came in and was amazed at the quality, texture, and detail of the images. I was also given excellent tracking information. Simply excellent service!

  Park Ave Video is an iconic business in East River Plaza. I have bought cameras and lenses from the shop for many years. The business is adaptable and always puts the customer first. In normal times, it is well known for its twice yearly trade shows including talks on photography by experts. During the pandemic they adapted the show talks to an online format.. A very impressive firm with excellent customer service.

  Great Camera I am a beginner, but I did a lot of research and I love this E-M10 camera! My sister lives in Manhattan and also bought her camera at the Park Ave Video store and we both love them. The pictures are vibrant and have a lot of depth. I would definitely recommend this camera and Park Ave Video.

  When I first opened the box to the Rode VideMicro I was blown away by the quality. Great microphone for camera at a good price. The body of the microphone is metallic. I recommend it to record audio for amateurs.

  The Godox Ving V860llN flash with X1t-N TTL trigger kit is amazing. This flash kit is a life saver for my photo shoots. I would totally recommend this for your camera. Recycle time is very impressive!

  D750 is an awesome compact package! I had a miserable experience with a certain other outlets due to national mail-order company and finally gave up and returned their cameras that were defective right out of the box, possibly due to non-existent packing around the camera box during shipping. In selecting this camera I spent some time talking with a Park Ave Video rep who was extremely helpful, so I ordered the camera. When this camera package arrived from Park Ave Video it was well packed and worked great right out of the box. I have so enjoyed the wonderful pictures and ease of use of this camera. Park Ave Video will be my 'go-to' store for my future camera needs.

  Tenba Solstice 24L Purchased this for a trip to Iceland where I needed to be able to carry gear while hiking over ice and snow. Wanted something lightweight but stable, and also wanted front opening due to placing bag on wet ground. Lightweight, Good Volume, Front Open, Steady Definitely would recommend any photographer looking for a backpack to go here as they’d be happy to help

  One of the legs on my Manfrotto 055 tripod became misaligned and I failed miserably to repair it myself. I took it to Park' in Manhattan where Neboja repaired it while I waited without making any charge. The is the kind of excellent service that keeps me returning to Park' time and time again and recommending the company to others.

  Love my new camera! My mother is a Park Ave Video fan and helped me pick out my camera. i went through number of reviews on Sony alpha6000 before purchasing it and fortunately everything seemed so positive about it.   Godoy V860IIF Neboja helped out a lot with choosing the best flash kit for my photography kit and I'm obsessed! Godox ecosystem seems very robust. The build quality is excellent.   Sony Alpha 6600 Very good camera, I love purchase on Park Ave Video website. The package deal is perfect, as quality of product and additional accessories were perfectly what I was expecting. Even after couple of research I have found that the extra WATSON battery which comes with this deal is awesome as compared to other brands. also, to mentioned class 3 memory card is really good with fast access. Overall, perfect product to start photography!

  Such a great camera very impressed! such great guys to deal with their business, they also scheduled delivery if you are out of town! which is very impressive very understanding helpers! I had to choose between Best Buy and PARK AVE VIDEO, the price of the camera was the same but the difference was that PAV was offering the accessory kit and also a better price for the extra coverage warranty for drops and spills.

  Love these guys! They clearly have a passion for photography and great fountains of knowledge, Anne especially as she's always helpful with suggestions. Just picked up my new Sony FE 20mm f/1.8 lens (which was cheaper than on Amazon!) and they have a range of items I could use to test shoot. Ordering was easy and I got a call one it was in stock. Rental prices are competitive too, so great for testing stuff before final purchase. Favorite camera shop in New York:)

  Hoya 77mm HD3 UV Filter The Hoya HD3 series of filters are amongst the best filters money can buy for mirrorless and general photography. I use this filter on a quality Fujifilm lens I seek to protect from dust and damage. The toughened surfaces and excellent optical qualities of the HD3 filter are perfect. PARK' offered excellent prices and fast dispatch and this is one of several filters I have bought from them. I highly recommend Hoya HD3 filters, and PARK' as a great source for buying them.

  Excellent Ultra Wide Lens This Venus Optics Laowa 7.5mm T/2.1 (ft) lens arrived 2 weeks ago. I have used it on a few video shoots now. The color reproduction is true and the corners look sharp. This place is fantastic. Prices are excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the selection of Digital Cine Lenses is great!

  My Lumix DC-FZ80 camera mirror malfunctioned. The Lumix DC-FZ80 didn't have great video onboard. Since I had 3 other Panasonic lenses already and other supporting equipment, Park Ave Video's staffers recommended the DC-S5 as a good upgrade path without breaking the bank. I'm really happy about it, especially the video quality and clarity. It's a big timesaver.

  Park' did a great job. The laptop arrived on time and without any damage. I would order from Park' again without hesitation. The laptop is amazing. I am very happy with the purchase . As this took very long time to get it delivered . But the team actively provided an update with the reason of delay and provided the timeline when it would be delivered . After all of the hype, we were excited to see how the MacBook Pro performs. So far, it has been fast! Very satisfied all around.
