  When I finally decided to buy Leica SL2 with 24-70, P.A.V was back-ordered! I looked around but for a purchase like this, I really only trust P.A.V after years of dealing with them and never being disappointed. When I finally saw the were in stock, I called and within 2 days I had my sl2. It arrived in perfect condition and little by little I'm learning all the vast capabilities of this fine camera. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

  I used this Sony DSC-RX0 II in the ocean and it still works and takes much better photos and video underwater than I expected. The size makes it very portable and easy to take everywhere, but still large enough that it is easy to handle. The best customer service I have ever had. They are honest, competent and most importantly, they do not try to steal your money selling stuff you do not actually need. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS PERFECT!

  Great camera, everything I expected. I primarily use this SONY A7R IVA camera for video and it has been incredible. Especially in low light. So far I cannot think of anything I don't like about it.

  The way the staff's communication is a bit weird.Maybe he was tired. My lens broke in its guaranteed period. The repair service took well over 3 months. He gave me a wrong one which is more expensive and i told him it was not mine.

  Service & Product top notch! Ordering was easy and product arrived within a week. I haven't tried the Steiner Commander C binoculars as they are a gift for my son but it appears to be of nice quality. I'm very happy with my experience and purchase from PARK AVE VIDEO!!

  First time buying a Chromebook. It is user friendly but I was not impressed with the quality of the images. I'm a photographer and I think I'll use the Chromebook for everything EXCEPT for videos and photos. Other than the quality of images, it works well.

  Fantastic Lens at a Great Price. Love Panasonic Lumix 25mm F1.7! Autofocuses fast and images are sharp and beautiful! Build quality is a little cheap, but that is to be expected for a lens at this price. A must-buy for all Lumix owners!

  Great Find The 645D is phenomenal. The Pentax DG-80 WC Focusing Screen simply gives it a touch of class that makes it stand out among the rest. This was a hard to find unit on the web and Park Ave Video, NYC came through again as it is a gift for a teen who doesn't even know this exists.

  I do commercials locally and regionally. This Blackmagic G2 camera is amazing I have been using it on a big filming project and have found it to be absolutely amazing. My next purchase will be the 12K edition. I always buy cameras at this local, little shop. A world of knowledge you can't go wrong.

  Very friendly service and excellent quality in choice. Found the process of ordering a Hasselblad X1D II 50C difficult but in stopping by a asking a few questions, I found the process a little better. I have a GFX 50S and purchased from Park Ave Video and it had never failed me. Any medium format cameras you want, this shop has it all. Mostly importantly to me is the service, they look after their customers no matter what age.

Not only did they hold the item for me for several days, but they were able to discount it further with a military discount. Very friendly and helpful on the phone, bright and helpful in person also.   On the Fence... Was torn between Swarovski EL 8.5x42 and Zeiss Victory SF and tried the duo. But Swarovski was the emergent winner in terms of optics quality and feel, and was slightly less encumbering. We are very happy with the purchase.

  There are many more expensive cameras out there, but I don't need all that fancy stuff. This Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 III is perfect for what it is used for. The picture, and video quality rival the more expensive brands. A big plus was the hassle free ordering and shipping with Park AVE VIDEO camera. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camera.

  A great shop, very well stocked, I had hardly begun browsing before I was offered a coffee. I only intended browsing and canvassing opinion on the new Panasonic HC-X1. I left with a AG-UX180 and a reserve order on the HC-X1. A friendly bunch, great service very knowledgeable and a pleasure to stumble upon. I am now planning my jobs around being able to pop in. Edited 07/07/2021 Bought a new HC-X1 from Park Ave Video and there was an issue with the product from new. I can't fault this shop, they took total control, dealt directly with the importers and resolved the issue with a camcorder that is still on a waiting list in a matter of hours. Outstanding!

  MSI 15.6'' creator. I purchased this after chatting with multiple people online from Park Ave Video. I'd been researching for a computer that could handle some light editing work. The screen in this laptop is not good I have to attach to external monitor for better quality picture and resolution. No overheating issues at this moment. Metal solid body. If your budget is in this section I will recommend this electronics store.

  I drive all the way from Newark just to come to Park' and I will continue to do so for all my church PTZ camera needs. By far the cheapest PTZ Cameras suppliers in the country and a really nice bunch of helpful blokes to. They won’t sell you something you don’t need or want and they’ll let you try out a 2nd hand equivalent in there Used Video depart. before you buy. I wanted a hard to find Filmcraft Director's Kit I couldn’t get anywhere else and amazingly they had one in stock 10/10 👍🏼

  My Go-to for top-end SLR lenses! I use the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L for close up photography. Has the best image quality for a floral photographer like me. The other advantage to the new lens is the Flourite lens element that makes this lens so sharp. Enjoy more beautiful petals.

  Firstly staff have been very friendly and helpful, and perhaps this is more directed at their suppliers, so this may be a bit harsh but I haven't had a great experience at the time of writing. My new E-M5 Mark III broke within 2 days, but the shop is too far away to get to with ease, and due to work i was unable to send it away. It was returned as soon as possible (within 28 days), however it was then refused a direct replacement. Which wouldn't of been too bad, however It's now been sitting at the repair centre for over a month. It's just really disappointing to of missed a family Party and many other opportunities. I suspect it will be near to 3 months since original purchase of the camera before I can use it. Perhaps if the camera was cheaper I'd be less annoyed, but it cost allot of money at time of purchase and so far that money is all down the drain.

  Over the years I have used PAV NY many times. Always with high satisfaction. The assistant was very understanding when I needed advice on choosing a cinematography camera as my Red Dsmc2 Helium 8k S35 & zoom lens became too heavy for me. He knew just what I needed. Also very helpful today when I had to return a faulty battery charger.

  I went to PAV but not completely sure what kind of product was best for me. Having explained the type of photography I was in to, I was shown best fit for me.   Took our 9 year old daughter here as she loves photography as an art. Welcomed into the shop with a warm smile and the exceptional customer service carried on from there. Total newbies to more complex full-frame so we had explained in detail the differences and what would be suitable for our daughter. Lovely family run business, will be back for some accessories for the Ricoh GR III we bought.

  I purchased this Sony HXR-NX100 camera in 2015, and have used it happily for 6 years for live band events, parties, and weddings. Great run and gun camera at a great price. Nice prices, fast and smooth delivery and friendly staff - that's what made this store so special for me. I've ordered here several times already and never had any problems with my orders. I totally advise Park Ave Video to my friends :3

  Not the best experience but sorted in the end Had a few problems with the order which did end up causing a bit of inconvenience and additional expense. However, when the customer service team took charge things were out in the end.

  Great Dependable Service! 1st, thank you to Park Ave Video for seeing that the camera & lenses were secure and protected during the shipping. A couple weeks later I ordered a lens hood from another well known camera shop, received a smashed box cracked lens hood, in an ENVELOPE!!! I repacked it, sent it back, and ordered one from you! Quite confident it will get here in new condition.

  I was a total novice when I first chose a TG-6 from Park'. Since that time, and having tried other camera shops, I would not buy waterproof camera gear anywhere else. Every member of staff is a knowledgeable photographer always ready to offer help and advice in a very friendly way. Their range of cameras is impressive and ranges from budget starter packs to high end bundles and everything in between. But if they don't have the exact camera that you want they will get it for you always at a fair competitive price.

  Quick but not perfect Item was dispatched on the same day which I ordered. Brilliant, but unfortunately FedEx couldn't leave my order in the safe place. No option to upgrade delivery for weekend (I was keen to pay extra). After contacting FedEx they informed me that seller is not allowing to make any changes. So I waited for my order whole week as I work long days and my only day off at work is Wednesday

  I looked at so many models and so many vendors for the camera kit I wanted. I came across Park Ave Video from Google. After placing my order. i received all necessary info about the order and shipping almost immediately. I then received updates while in transitu. I was amazed at the amount of communication as they had this to me in less than 2 days. The packaging was extremely secure and pricing was very fair for what you get in this kit. I will be a life long customer of this company for my camera needs.
