  As usual Park ave Video continues to provide the highest quality service around. I have purchased from other well known retailers but the shipping process and packaging is always far superior with Park ave Video. I never worry about my investment being destroyed or not arriving in a timely fashion. I ordered my Olympus M.Zuiko lens on a Monday knowing I would need it on Saturday for a wedding, and it was at my door by Thursday...can't beat that type of service!

  As expected park Ave Video's service was excellent and delivery was faster than I anticipated. I Just received my Sony a6600 and it's the perfect camera for both photo and video. I'm a wedding film maker and was looking for a Mirrorless to add to my arsenal without breaking the bank and the A6600 is EXACTLY what I wanted. Am very happy with the purchase.

  Great customer service. I got an excellent Sigma 150-600mm lens from them at a great deal, Shipping was very fast and great tracking updates keeping me in the loop on delivery. I Haven't had the lens for long but so far very happy with how it operates and goes nice with my new Canon 90D. No reason to shop anywhere else.

  A Great at a reasonable price. I am more than pleased with the Canon 5D Mark IV camera. Having been a Nikon user for many years I can't say enough good about the camera. I am using it with the Canon EF 24-70mm lens and it's A terrific combination for my birding photography. Thanks to Park Ave Video for throwing in a memory card, extra battery with charger, and small camera bag, making it an even better deal.

  Small store with very limited product availability, camera open display is empty and cameras are not on display for handling, maybe because of Covid restrictions. Check in store availability online before visiting. Unless you know they have stock of what you want it probably isn't worth going unless you are in the area. Good current social distancing procedure in place.

  Only this photography venue left locally and round trip is 2 hours and the last time I was there they didn’t have what I needed (chemistry) and prices for processing of 4x5 was high.   Canon EOS 80D DSLR Camera with 18-135mm Lens I did a lot of research before deciding on the 80D.   Significantly scratched mount Purchased as new but received it with a significantly scratched up mount. Either it was a used item or Sony needs to do better quality check. This is not the first time I've had this issue with Park, buying something new and receiving it looking like it's been used or missing items that were supposed to be in the box.

  Park Ave Video has an amazing selection of electronic items which makes it my 'go to' store of choice! The main reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is that they don't always have the items I'm looking for in stock.   Most NY camera shops do not have good reputations. Park Ave Video is the exception. Never a problem. Everything as described. Fast shipping. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone buying photo equipment. It may be a bit cheaper on EBay or at other camera shops, but I am very leery of buying from them.   Absolutely shocking service from the part exchange dept. They offer to buy your equipment then wait 5 days to inform you your not being paid. So much for payment in 1 working day. They fail to speak to you on the phone and fail to respond to your replies to there emails. Sell on ebay or any other retailer, would advise to avoid this one.

  I was hesitant to use Park Ave video because of the low prices relative to their competitors, worrying it might be too cheap, but I've received an extremely high quality Vortex Spotting Scope, I gave it a test run in the yard tonight and I'm extremely pleased. It's easier to acquire the target and get it focused than I anticipated. No hesitation at all in recommending Park Ave Video.

  I finally bought the canon R5. This is my Second camera I've had from Park Ave Video and like the first, performance was as expected and no issues, I've had it for just over a few weeks now and everything is still perfect, After coming from a Nikon SLR system for many decades, I was apprehensive in making the switch to a Canon mirrorless system. After a few days of shooting, I feel comfortable with It. I am very pleased, so far, with the results and look forward to adding a telephoto lens soon.

  I upgraded my Sony A7II to the Sony a7R IVA at Park'. I was looking to strengthen the capabilities of my photography by improving the results of using a Sony Macro lens to track an insect such as a bee or butterfly flitting about the flowers on a shrub. My existing set up was an A7II, using a Sigma convertor and a modestly-priced Sigma EF telephoto. Ryan , the sales assistant, and I explored a range of options. He took me through the pros and cons without any pressure, respecting the various constraints I was working with. A very pleasant couple of hours .. and a (hopefully!) great purchase. And a chance to meet and exchange experiences with other visiting customers. An extremely well-laid out, clean, modern showroom environment. Sensible, unpressured, informed and informative discussions. Highly recommended.

  Poor communication I ordered a Lexar memory card from Park Ave Video. 128GB Prosumer. These were delayed, not Park's fault but they made no effort to keep me informed as to when I might expect delivery. I had to chase them to ask where my card was.

  I recently purchased the Canon EOS R Mirrorless Digital Camera from Park Ave Video and am very pleased with both the camera and my Park's experience. I had a lengthy chat with a CS rep here.   Very poor customer service. I ordered a Blackmagic Camera on Wednesday with express delivery because my old one was dead and needed one A.S.A.P. They were supposed to deliver within 24 hours to my address but they never did. On Friday i emailed them asking them about my delivery and they told me the camera i ordered was not available anymore. They Didn't offer anything else.
