  Terrible service, ordered 2 spare video light battery packs. One was fine, the second was the wrong one, then I was sent a replacement one without the accessories to mount to my tray that the other one had. Have been going back and forth for over a year without a resolution. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone after my experience with them. 👎👎👎👎👎

  Average website - good products and prices Just placed my second order for a product from Park Ave Video. I like the products and prices, but find the web site average at best. The filters sometimes do not respond to the selections, make brand comparisons difficult, and sometimes exceed the price limits imposed.

  Great marine binoculars As an amateur astronomer and an optics aficionado from childhood, I know good optics and Park Ave Video holds out some of the best. Magnification eats light, detail and field. i bought this Minox 7x50 binocular to use on my boat sometimes near or in heavily trafficked commercial waterways. Mine came with a bulletproof leather case and tripod mount. Overall, a great binocular at a great price!

  I am a beginner level DSLR photographer. I think canon XSi is the best entry level DSLR camera. Park Ave video offers it at best online price. Has all the bells and whistles!

  I'm an amateur photographer with several years of experience. Park' has been an excellent shop to work with. They are competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant. When I was shopping for an underwater rig for my D800, they worked with me providing clear, balanced views on the options. Their service afterwards has been top of the class and I've always felt that they were reasonable and on the level. Highly recommended.

  Great Price for excellent gear kit Taking Pics with this camera is a cinch & love the Printer that came with it. Love the options and quality.   Fantastic optics and service! I have a pair of Ranger binoculars from Park Ave Video that I think are fantastic. I purchased them about 7 years ago and have taken them out on many adventures. They perform as well or better than binoculars costing twice as much. Also I recently dropped them in the sand at the beach and Park cleaned and serviced them for free.

  Fantastic Nikkor Z 85mm f/1.8S It's an excellent lens, protected by the filter. It arrived promptly, in fine condition, although the bubble packing had deflated. Combined with my Z6, it produces fine photographs. I highly recommend it. This is definitely a #1 in my bag!! Thanks Park Ave Video!

  Mostly excellent This experience was nearly very good - but marred by an inexplicable phone call telling me I had to pay $45 customs duty (it had been sent from New York). This was very annoying as the website had said no extra charges and I was kept on the phone about 10 minutes as I could hardly understand the person on the other end of the line. However this was salvaged dramatically by the customer services department in this country who a. spoke with me over the phone. immediately reimbursed me the $45 and apologised very politely. This sort of thing makes such a difference.

  Issues with availability I purchased Sony a7iii bundle with Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 lens. Camera arrived promptly, unlike the lens. It was "available for order" (usually takes 2-3 days as per their website). Took them a week to say they won't, post be able to deliver due to lack of stock. Because of that I couldn't bring new gear for holidays, which is disappointing. They could've let me know earlier, I would buy the lens from somewhere else.

  Wasted $16 on next day delivery which arrived a week later. Ordered on a Wednesday with next day delivery. Parcel didn't arrive. FedEx tracking said new address had been added. Phoned Park Ave Video to query on Thursday. Very unhelpful. Said they would look into it and contact me. Never heard back from them. Turns out a line was missing from my address. I contacted FedEx via email. Parcel finally arrived Tuesday.

  Lensbaby Creative Bokeh Optic I am glad that I have the optic because it is actually a 50mm lens itself. I think this is a great optic for a specific range. It delivers exactly what it says but you have to be an informed buyer and realize its intentions. Quickly becoming my favorite Lensbaby. I love it.

  I’ve no problem with Park Ave Video themselves: their prices are competitive and they’ve always been very helpful when contacted. Unfortunately, they use DHL as their delivery courier, hence my 3 * rating: a company entirely incapable of delivering anything even vaguely on time, and one that doesn’t care in the slightest that it doesn’t. Lens ordered on a Saturday from Park for next working day delivery. It turned up the following Thursday. This is typical behaviour for Parcelforce, so I won’t be using Park until such time as they offer other means of delivery.

  Good honest advice, but check availability first! Good and honest advice from them and placed an order being assured that everything was in stock. Only once I had paid I received an email telling me that one of the main items in the order was actually out of stock and I would have to wait for this. Not very impressed with this, but generally ok. Would recommend just check everything you order is actually available first!!

  Very Good Customer Service - Smooth transaction - Fast Delivery I recently bought a Leica S3 Medium Format DSLR camera with Leica Summarit-S 70mm f/2.5 ASPH lens. When I called them they responded very quick. After we checked the stock I placed my order and in two working days my order was delivered as they promised and they called me when they shipped my order instead of sending an email which is a rare costumer service these days. The only downside is their web page design, which looks a little old and makes you think twice before you purchase something but after experiencing their service, I would definitely advice Park Ave Video and will always check them first when I purchase something.

  The best Pentax-Ricoh retailer in the US This is the only place in the US where you can buy Ricoh/Pentax stuff in confidence, knowing that Ryan and Thomas are very knowledgeable about what these brands can and cannot offer. Park's service is impressive: they have been attentive to my needs and provided competitive pricing. I couldn't be more satisfied. This is not one of those camera stores where they look down on you or one of those massive chains where they couldn't care less about what they sell. This is just how a camera store should be, mixing expertise with excellent customer care. Well done!

  Always like shopping on Park Ave Video. I can usually find what I want and a number of other things. Unfortunately, I picked a day where they closed early to buy, but that's okay. I can always call them the next day. One thing I do like, is that they have a 30 day return policy where the local electronic store only gives you 14 days and doesn't have everything in the store. I'm a happy shopper today!

  My original post had to do with film. The owner told me that it was inbound in the current shipment. He took my name and number but he never called back. I called a few times when they said that the shipment was going to arrive, but they never got the truck load. Went in a few weeks later and they said that they hadn't received their film shipment. Now a few months later I'm waiting for a call since they seemed bothered from my last visit and asked about that ammo. The rest of my comments from my original post is still true. The owner was knowledgeable, they do have a decent inventory on point n shoot and SLR used cameras. Wish you luck in your business.

  NIKKOR 200-500mm F/5.6E ED VR I ordered the 200-500 f5.6 about 2 weeks before it was supposed to be shipped originally. . I also ordered the B W 95mm UV filter to protect the lens. I had read a few articles from Asia and Europe that liked the lens. I thought if I pre-order at Park and didn't like it I could return it and if I liked it I had it and didn't have to wait. I love this lens and Park.

  Not worthy of Nikon Quality I purchased 2 of these SB-5000 speedlights at Park on Black Friday. Sent one back for repair with only 8 months of use after it just stopped working. The other one is getting loose at the base to the point that it feels like it is going to break of the shoe mount. I will be sending in this one in for repair once I receive the other one back. I suggest sticking with the SB-910!!

  Manfrotto Master Stand The Manfrotto Master Stand was as good as I expected. Well made, well finished, good design. Strong stand, extra reach compared to smaller stands- Large footprint for stability. Compact when folded- Flat when folded-Assuming it won’t roll around when I put it in the boot of my car. I only have one. However, the clip lock facility looks like a good solution for storage and transport, should you want more than one stand. PARK AVE VIDEO delivered on Saturday for me- The item was well packed and arrived on time in good condition. FedEx are the best- in my opinion-PARK AVE VIDEO use good carriers. Regards .

  Next day was a day late I purchased a very expensive PTZ Church camera with next day delivery. Unfortunately the printer didn't arrive until the day after, which caused church to miss a deadline for a very important project. I did however get a sincere apology from Park Ave Video, and it turned out to be ups post that did not deliver on time.

  The informative staff The staff are very friendly. Helps customer with any questions they have in a way the customer can decide what is best for them. The only drawback is they are so busy that they are not able to take the phone calls easily, thus the customer with an inquiry over the phone has to be very patient and wait for a long time.

  Ordered a new Sony Alpha A390 Digital SLR camera on Christmas Eve and it was delivered a few days later. They even gave me a $25 voucher towards free prints - which allowed me to print a over 200 photos that were long overdue to be printed. Also, when I wanted a taxed invoice for the Sony cashback, the Park CS person sorted this out within an hour. Thanks! And the camera was the cheapest anywhere - even Amazon or other stores!

  The RODE Wireless Go is great, easy to use, but finding a decent affordable lavalier mic was not a easy task. Now Rode just made it easy, but they should have had a package with this lavalier mic from the get go. Park should offer this as a kit, not everybody has a lavalier mic lying around.

  I recently purchase a Manfrotto tripod and geared head. Tripod excellent. Geared head received initially had issues with a couple of the adjustments. Service team performed excellently with a quick response to my email where they said they would replace it. Replacement received next working day and prepaid postage received for me to return the faulty unit.

  This is my second purchase from park Ave video. The Fujinon lens was shipped overnight, and arrived in great condition. Purchase was excellent and perfect, I upgraded from my previous one and now & the sharpness is a huge jump.
