  I am a Regular customer and If I could give 10 Stars to Park Ave Video, I would since they are the epitome of professionalism and expertise. I Ordered a Canon XA40 Camcorder on Thursday night, paid via PayPal on Friday morning and had the camcorder delivered to my address on Monday.   Amazing Service. This was my first time buying from Park Ave Video and it wont be my last, I purchased a Canon C70 camera with absolutely no problems whatsoever, my camera was delivered in four days from the date of purchase which is a top class service, I was also provided with up to date tracking information all the way from dispatch till my camera arrived safely at my home.   So far so good, other than some damage to the delivery box, which I have reported, the Panasonic HC-V800 camera arrived in good condition and had been well packed. I got the camera for the purpose of taking home videos and capturing important events in my family and It does the job well so far, The video quality on the camera is great in the day and it's decent in low light, I've captured so many videos since then and am very happy with this purchase, absolutely no complaints.

  Canon Lens Cap I misplaced my lens cap for my Canon 100mm lens and ordered two from Park Ave Video , one for use and a spare. Of course, as soon as I placed the order I found the original cap. Now I have three caps and I will probably never lose another one. The caps were just what I wanted and are great quality. Park was great to work with.

  The rubber is drying in the sun The rubber part of the lens cap looks to be falling apart every minute. Getting dried in time. The problem is that although it is a cheep part it is not available in many camera store, otherwise I'd replace it long time ago. However, meantime it does the work

  No issues at all. I ordered a Sony FX3 camera from Park Ave Video knowing nothing previously about the website. The risk thankfully paid off; the service was extremely fast and the camera arrived in perfect condition. I even received a phone call to double-check my address was the correct one because I had supplied a different address for delivery from my billing address. The camera Finally arrived undamaged and in good working order. Having never owned a Full-Frame before, I found the camera to be a a real workhorse and am Super happy with my purchase. Am Looking forward to using It more in the coming Years.

  Great, and great for the price This Manfrotto 405 Geared Head is my second of these heads from Park Ave Video. The first was destroyed by FedEx (suggest you really pack your tripod well, in a well-padded case, and then some). This has become my go-to tripod head. Perfect for product photography or macro photography. Works brilliantly and can't imagine my workflow without it. Worth every penny!

  I had a problem with a Panasonic X1 which I purchased from Park Ave Video online. There was a problem with the camera which rendered it useless to me. I took it back to NY and spoke to a guy called Guy 😁 He sorted me out in 15 mins. New camera ordered from another branch and arrived the next day into NY. Ryan made this so easy. I'm so impressed with this seamless exchange. Always had great service from all the staff at this branch. Thx so much to all the staff here. I'm really impressed. 10/10

  Park ave Video is Simply the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Despite what the website claims, They do not have the item in stock. Be prepared to receive a cancellation email the day before your product is due to arrive. Support is also completely non-existent.

  I ordered a Sony a7S III camera on Sunday to be delivered the next working day and on Monday I received an email from Park Ave Video saying it had been dispatched and that I could track it on line, Having waited for It on Tuesday - the parcel did not arrive and when I checked, the parcel was still being shown as not picked up. I am currently waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order. Do not use this company.

  Great shopping experience. The site is easy to use and well designed. It's frequently the cheapest around. It offers a good array of payment options and seems pretty secure. However, for an online retailer they really need to do something about the lack of images and descriptive text on their site. As for the order, my Sony HDR-CX405 camera was delivered on time and well packaged. Customer service kept me well informed about the delivery after the purchase.

  Another order and another faultless transaction. Firstly, prices just can't be bettered. I wanted to dip my toe in the much acclaimed Fuji X system. and they had the X-E1 body for $209!!!!! This is technically slightly older technology but the item was brand new factory fresh. I teemed this up with the lovely 35mm f1.4 R, again at a fantastic price. From ordering to items in my hand was just 5 days with the reassuring photo of my order on the tracking email. Can't fault them. Fantastic company to deal with, long may it continue!

  Leica Noctilux-M 75mm lens Hi I've ordered a Noctilux-M 75mm f1.25 lens, everything was fine came in the original box only issue was the time frame 18 days. But i paid much less then in the US about $180 and in New York nobody has this lens in stock.

  History of bait and switch Ordered an LG HU70LA projector. Received a box for same, containing LG accessories and a TOPTRO TR81 projector!!! They say they don't sell this item. I looked it up and it sells for a small fraction of the one I paid for. They say they need to do an investigation before they can approve a return and refund. THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF DOING THE SAME THING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Look up Reddit &Quora. There's even someone else saying they got a cheap projector in the box for the correct item!

  I purchased a Tamron 70-300mm lens which I must admit arrived promptly. However when opening the package the box was not sealed and appeared to be already opened. I was not happy with this and began to question the fact that the lens was brand new. I emailed them and requested a refund to be fair they were prompt in their reply and let me have the details of the process for refund. I posted the lens back to the address they gave me and they refunded the monies back to my card with about 5 days of my postage

  Wide choice and great prices I got my DSLR and Lens kit (Nikon D7100 and 18-140) here. Shipped fast and arrived in no time. Very happy with the purchase, so again decided to purchase a few accessories this time. Remote, lens filter kit and a camera bag. Great experience overall.

  Misled me on despatch. Poor customer service I received an email to say my Tamron lens had been shipped. 4 days later they emailed to say they would provide a tracking number but after 8 days had heard nothing more. Eventually they advised that the stock was 'damaged' and had nothing to send me. So the first two emails were pure fiction and seems unlikely to me that they ever had the stock in the first place. Just wasted a lot of my time......

  Mamiya 77mm Camera Lens Hoods Looking for camera lens hood and your website immediately gave me all the info I needed. Purchased the Mamiya 77mm Camera Lens Hoods at this time. The Lens Mounting Ring (Replacement) for Bellows Lens Hood will also follow shortly. Then I can use this beautiful lens hood on all my RB67 and RZ67 lenses.   Canon 100-400mm lens The item was advertised at a bargain price which I could not resist despite having some reservations. I could not otherwise justify one at the site. It arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. There was no doubt it was new stock. I have only given it a limited test and it seems to work as specified. So far, I am delighted!

  Very poor packing Never answered a question i asked about monopods ,and camera had very thin cardboard wrapped round it - with no padding. For an expensive camera it seems to be working ok,but i expected alot more care to be taken.I also recieved no receipt for my purchase,which has never happened before with ANY camera company. The time to arrive was good and so was the price,but it seems lucky to have arrived with me in one piece.

  Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K I went with the BMPCC 4k to use it specifically for 4k and the Metabones speed booster and adapter for all my Nikon glass. I'm a die hard Panasonic fan however other Park's staff demo of this camera piqued my interest enough to buy one. This all came together perfectly as described, and is great quality for the value. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

  Just the right filter Very satisfied with this shop. One of the few that had a polarizing filter in the non-standard size of 40 mm. Filter seems to be of good quality, but I have to learn to use it myself. That's what it's a hobby for. Only point for improvement is the information about the delivery. Other stores often provide status updates. Delivery itself was well taken care of and within a few days.
