  Sigma fp with 45mm lens The best product ever. Love in my pocket, super small, light and extra ordinary design. Made in Japan/US. wow super quality. Easy to use. High quality small factor.   Leitz Cine Summilux-M As always, great experience. I purchased a used Leitz Cine 50mm M 0.8 f/1.4 lens, its condition was exactly as described - pretty much mint ! It turned up exactly when expected and has been tried out already and it is cracking. Nuff said.

  Tiffen 58 mm ND filter kit, 2, 3, 4-stops The kit is just what I was looking for and Park Ave Video sent it quickly with no excuses, unlike other major online retailers. Was told by Amazon they couldn't get it to me for a month - even though it was in stock. Some lame excuse. Canceled that order and paid just slightly more here but have it in hand 3 weeks before Amazon would even ship. Excellent work Park Ave Video!

  Best budget widest lens for cropped camera Eagerly waited for this Opteka 6.5mm F/3.5 lens to arrive. Built is really good excepting the lens hood and the cover which are flimsy. Took this lens mainly for timelapse photography and it does really a good job. I choose it for my Nikon mount D90. I got a really good deal from Park Ave Video than amazon or eBay. The best part is I saved good amount even after paying customs. Thanks to Park Ave Video. This is my first time shopping at Park Ave Video and I will definitely comeback and refer others.

  Always purchase Photographic gear from Park. I started by purchasing a Nikon D600 for may wedding. Let family shoot the photos. They were excellent. (And didn't have to pay a wedding photographer. Park has quality products, excellent prices and exceptional customer service.

  I purchased a 16-35mm lens which came in it's original box. I don't think there was enough packaging inside the box as the lens was moving about. It didn't help that FedEx had damaged the outer box and got the package wet. They had patched up the parcel but the lens box was wet and damaged. For something that cost $700 I'd expect a bit more care.

  OK, service, but frustrating to deal with. My order has arrived safely (at last) and appears to be in good order. My view: 1. Park Ave Video's price was outstanding, so 10/10 for that. 2. However their customer service (related to their courier arrangements I suspect) was dreadful so 2/10 there. Hence my revised score of 3*

  Leica Summicron-M 35mm f2 I've had the Zeiss ZM 35mm f2 for a few years, I started checking out the Leica Summicron-M 35mm f2 lens and read a lot of great reviews on it, So I bought my own from Park Ave Video this month and it was everything I was hoping for.   Angelbird 1TB AV Pro MK2 CFexpress This card works perfectly in my Komodo. A lot of space so you can film for a long time without having to worry about changing. It's a little pricy but worth the investment.

  European charger couldn't plug into American outlet I am sure the camera is fine. It is too cold to go out and test it out right now! However the camera is imported. Despite Park's stating there is no difference in imported items, when I received the camera the charger will not plug in to an American outlet. So you cannot charge the battery without getting a different charger or an American cable that plugs into the charger. Be aware of this when buying imported items. The item may be the same but other essentials like the charger may not!

  Great Company Order - Canon 100-400mm Lens - Double cash back. I ordered this lens over the phone as I had a slight problem getting into my account online. No hanging around to get through. The lady that took my order was lovely, very friendly and professional. I asked for next day delivery and was able to track my order from the following morning. It arrived without any hassle that afternoon by DHL. The only regret is I didn’t get the customer agents name. Park Ave Video always a great company to purchase from. I have ordered quite a few things and on one occasion had a problem with delivery (nothing to do with Park Ave Video) but they were very apologetic and helpful on behalf of the delivery company. Would highly recommend this company.

  I bought my first used DSLR from Park Ave Video four years ago still using that camera today. My latest purchase canon 70 200mm L lens, is used, was a good price, in great condition in original box. It also comes guaranteed. Fantastic service!!   Damaged Photo Board, Rectified I ordered a photo board to be delivered to my local store. I was notified it had arrived and when I went to collect it, I found it to be slightly damaged. This was noticed in the shop. A replacement item was received a few days later. On the whole this was ok as I was not desperate for it. It could however have been checked before I was notified. Service was professional and swift. Just a small blip but would not put me off using Park Ave Video in the future.

  Manfrotto PIXI Mini Table Top Tripod The folks at Park recommended it with a specific thread attachment and it works like a charm. Perfect for on-the-go podcast set up. This is another great product from Park Ave Video, they have great selections, prices and services. I am really confident and enjoying it.   Excellent lens in a shockingly small package When I saw Sigma launched this 18-50mm f2.8 new lens, I immediately ordered one. After using it for several days, I found fun in using the a6300 again. PARK AVE VIDEO packed it so well that even though I get a lot of delivered packages I had to stop and admire their attention to packing and protecting my purchase. A completely happy shopping experience.

  Excellent Service I purchased the Sony a6400 online, I was a little nervous about the shipping date, but customer service responded immediately and it was delivered on time. The kit came in pristine conditions and complete, just as described. The camera is absolutely great and I highly recommend it.

  It is extremely difficult to fault Park' in any manner what so ever. Their pricing equals or is less than it's competitors but what really puts them ahead is the after sales, IF there is a problem however small it is addressed and remedied immediately. Delivery is normally free and next day. I wouldn't consider any other mail order company, especially when you consider the photographic $$$ figures.

  Brilliant Experience. I placed the order on Tuesday and I had my Sony FDR-AX53 camera delivered three days later on Friday, I've was able to track it step by step. Haven't had a lot of time to learn all the features but I tested the image stabilization and it worked flawlessly. I LOVE the camera and am altogether delighted, would recommend this company to anyone.

  Terrible experience. Even before the camera arrived I received a call attempting to sell me an extended warranty. Called customer services the following day but the guy i spoke to wasn't understanding at all....in fact he was kind of rude about it.

  Would have given it higher but I sought advice from you before buying and the advice was wrong and have had to send the item back with the inconvenience that causes. I am now waiting for the refund going to my account. Shame because overall the service was good. It would not stop me buying from you again.

  Goods as described and shipped very promptly. Very good service indeed, and the 40mm and 70mm lenses by Sigma are simply jaw dropping. I don't think I've ever used a better 'standard' lens than the Sigma 40/1.4 Art, even the Zeiss Otus 55/1.4. Used with the S1R's clever high resolution pixel shift mode, one has image quality up there with high-end medium format cameras.

  Great camera. got an open box. Great camera great price. got it fast too! BUT the box had obviously been open and the camera used. Checked the shutter count. the camera IS like new but I dont feel right paying full price for a piece of equipment that has been used by who knows who. I really need it noiw so i cant go through the process of returning it.

  Consistently reliable and excellent service. Park Ave Video has always been my first port of call for camera gear but recently I have noticed better deals elsewhere.   Very disappointing service. I was given a schedule for a delivery from 9am -1pm but the driver turned up half an hour earlier when no one was in the house yet. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced from both the delivery and customer service team.

  The Sigma 24-70mm lens was as described and well packed however the courier was disappointing. The delivery driver left the package on the front step and was already in his van driving off before I even got to the door to collect it meaning that any passer by could easily have walked off with it before I got there.
