  Could do better Purchased a drone last Thursday that said in stock with order confirmation paid $8 for Saturday delivery. Never happened. The order update has been stuck on processing for 5 days now. Rang this morning told it is out for delivery tomorrow and had it confirmed at 5 pm by live chat and what a surprise no delivery confirmation. Hopefully Park Ave Video have now sorted my delivery Well what a surprise no refund yet on postage but parcel arrived today at last

  Excellent Canon DSLR Got this camera about a week ago and I'm already love. Fast shipping, and everything was there and working! Ordered another lens to go with the camera also. Definitely would recommend this camera to someone who is looking for their first full frame DSLR. I upgraded to this from the Canon T6i to 6d mark ii and I do not regret it.   Please check their return policy before buying anything from them. I ordered a Canon EF 50mm lens and realized that the indoor lighting was very poor, I tried to return it but I could not because I missed the deadline of the return policy by just two weeks. I am extremely disappointed with their policy.

  I just received my Canon Mount Adapter from your company and I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. the adapter is relatively light weight and as easy to attach as an extension tube and now My lenses work really well with my new canon R6. Would do business with you again.

  Very helpful in sorting out the issue with my camera. The only issue I had was that on ordering a new battery, which had to be ordered I was informed that I would receive a phone call/ email confirming it had arrived. I didn’t and had to call.

  Top notch service As always my experience with your company is a positive one, On my recent purchase I purchased a Carbon Fiber Tripod and couldn't be happier! The Tripod arrived in two days via FedEx, the setup was super easy, and it's working perfectly. I haven't tried it on a windy environment but it looks sturdy enough and I am confident it will work best in any situation. Very happy with this purchase.

  Brilliant service. I bought a Canon C200 from PARK AVE VIDEO about 2 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade. The C300 Mark III was just what I was looking for. I have had it about a week and I don't have a single negative thing to say. I took it for a test run tonight and it performed extremely well in different variety of projects.   Very good service, thank you Park Ave Video 11 days delivery, think most of the delay came from Canadian customs, and DHL. Park sent notification delivery was on it's way, I tracked the parcel in post, and was told parcel was to be sent to destination on 4th day, and it was. Then all went silent until it arrived on the 11th day. DHL really need to up date their service.

  SmallRig Basic Shoulder Mount I like the concept, I think it has merit in terms of adding stability to a shot, but it could be improved straight out of the box. So, if you are planning on buying it, I would suggest getting the 18 inch rods at the same time, and finding some material to apply to the shoulder pad to act as a cushion and anti-slip surface.

  Park is a great shop. I have little knowledge of cameras and was buying a gift. The staff was attentive and not pushy at all.   Customer from Canada I live in Calgary, Canada and I depend on Park Ave Video for all my video production accessories requirements. The Canadian market is developing but I still struggle to find things like field mixers, tripods, rigs, camcorder peripherals and housings solutions among other things.   Took online order with 48 hour delivery when out of stock. Website said camera was in stock and took my order. I rang the next day to discover that the camera is out of stock. Apparently the online system doesn't link to stock system. I had to cancel the order. I recommend double checking if you order online.

  Ruggard Journey 34 This is a good bag and it comes with several dividers but it is too small for my camera. I have the Nikon CoolPix P1000 and it is a big camera. There is room for the camera and the charger, that is all. Other than that, it is a good bag with good padding. It just wasn't the right bag for my camera.

  I’m an avid amateur travel and wildlife photographer who for years has shot with Nikon DSLRs. I’ve started to migrate to Fuji’s mirrorless system using an X-T3. Nebojsa at Park Ave Video has been an absolute Star in helping me understand the Fuji system. It was a pleasure spending time with him and learning from his vast library of knowledge. I definitely recommend Park Ave Video. While you can buy online, you can not get the same level of service from online stores.

  Mini HDMI not working Really pleased with the canon M50 plus hot shoe flashlight. Camera second-hand , flashlight ex display. Equipment was like new at a fantastic price. 3 months after purchase discovered mini HDMI was not working. I've fallen in love with my setup and we'll work around it. Will definitely buy again from park but check , features I only used infrequently.

  A Great Photographic Business I am a long term, repeat customer. That speaks for itself. Recently I bought an Olympus OM-D E-M1X camera body in immaculate condition for a very reasonable used price - a real collector item but also a great camera (I use three of them). When I received it and tested it, I noticed the auto switch between viewfinder and screen had a fault. I returned the body to Park and they arranged full repair in a couple of weeks. When I got the camera back, the repairers had given a 12 month guarantee for the whole camera, not just the fault they repaired. The excellent way Park dealt with the entire process was efficient, friendly and completely helpful. That is why I keep going back.

  This is at least the second time I have used Park Ave Video and both times received the goods promptly, well packaged and in good new condition. There was a delay of a day or so due to the courier so can't blame Park for that and was kept informed at every step. Bought an M.Zuiko ED 100-400mm f/5-6.3 IS lens.

  Canon RF 800mm f/11 IS STM Lens I'm using the RF 800 lens/R5 combo to shoot perched shots of the short eared owl here in Hawai'i. Some might be able to have great success while hand holding this lens, but I just bought a gimbal head from Park Ave Video to help me with the lens. The weight,size,compact storage size and handling makes it a pleasure to use. Very satisfied with this lens and the customer service at Park Ave Video is always great1

  Mamiya 7II camera used The Mamiya 7II camera and 65mm f/4 Lens are fairly indestructible. This purchase was described as “good” and although mechanically/electrically fine, I would have described it as “well used”. I know some folk like their Mamiya well worn with brass edges, but I think I would have liked to have been aware of this before the deal was done. I love Mamiya cameras and have had several over the years. This one will join the family but I must say I was a bit brassed-off on opening the box. Otherwise Park Ave Video have always been fair with previous purchases.

  Pretty dissatisfied with the service. It’s 10:30 am on a Tuesday and after multiple calls nobody is picking up the phone. I’m trying to buy my girlfriend a Red Dragon-X, Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8, DSMC2 Universal Handle, etc to get her a functional shooting package and I can’t even speak to anyone. Also your website is no help. Ok well I guess my business is going to B&H Photo or another store. Not a good way to treat people who have supported you for years.

  Excellent photo store Very good communication throughout by email. Delighted with the mint Panasonic Lumix G X Vario 12-35mm f/2.8 lens. It looks brand new !   My order was not in stock. The general advice on the website was 7-10 days. In reality it was a lot longer. After a month I started to make email complaints which were ignored. Eventually I rang and asked to speak to a manager. He agreed that they were not delivering a good service and he personally kept in touch with me for the next two weeks which it took to get delivery and ensure I was happy. It is a shame to have to complain to get basic information, but the service after was exceptional. Down to one person going the extra mile and wanting to prove they can be good..

  In February I purchased the JVC GY-HM 170 new. Right out of the box I could record good video. Great value for the price. Using it as a third camera for cut away shots at weddings. The price $$$ for a 4K ,semi pro camera like this one : CAN'T COMPLAINED ! JUST LOVE IT ! The price makes this camera an excellent to choice for people on a budget. Good price, good postage price, packed well. Recommended.

  Very poor trade in value I asked for a trade in price for a camera I had purchased just 2 weeks ago from another retailer for $4050. Its essentially new and they offered me $2350. KEH.com offered me $3000 and B&H $3150. I have had great service when purchasing, but be aware it looks like their trade in values are substantially lower than their competitors.

  Metabones T Speed Booster XL They were super behind (Metabones) since everyone was buying these for the new GH5, so I was pumped when ours finally shipped, but they may have rushed to get them out. The back-focus on ours is off, and following the directions online, I am unable to adjust it myself. We will have to send it back in to get it adjusted.   I had scoured the web for mirrorless cameras and found Park Ave Video to be the most competitive for the Nikon Z7 II camera I was after.   Leica SL2 used Leica Vario Elmarit SL 24-90 f/2.8-4 The camera body is an open box one so essentially brand new and the lens is in excellent condition. With a few days of initial use it seems the camera is excellent with the depth in colours. Park Ave Video was quite fast in shipping the product.

  darkroom student I have been taking a darkroom photography class this semester at college, and this is the Arista Ultra 400 film we have been using. The grain in these negatives looks really nice printed on RC paper. As a beginner, I have felt really confident using this film to learn technique and experiment. I ordered multiple rolls, and they were shipped fast with a great deal of care. I definitely recommend using this film if you are just beginning or just getting back into film and if you are wanting to experiment.
