  Great service from the guys in Manhattan. I purchased a Nikon D3500 DSLR for my daughter's birthday and the camera was faulty but with no hassle the camera was reordered and she has received another just before she went on holiday. Just a pity it wouldn't work currently first time.

  Perfect affordable lens. Ordering was very easy. The staff were more than helpful. Delivery was prompt and I was quite excited to receive my Sony FE 50mm F1.8 lens, I used it last weekend in a Family Photoshoot on a bright day and the results were very good, The autofocus was a bit slow, but I can't complain considering the image quality it offers for the price. Will certainly be back for more purchasing

  Always easy to order and great customer service. My Sony HXR-NX100 camcorder works better than I thought, I film Church events and classes and the camera works very well.   Order online at your peril! I ordered a Nikkor 20mm 1/1.8 lens from the Park Ave Video site, it was clearly available and the order went through. The following day, late afternoon I got a call saying that the lens had been "sold a month ago" and the website hadn't been updated!!! This might just have been acceptable, albeit disappointing and we all make mistakes, except that my last online order with them had gone wrong in exactly the same way. I don't know quite what's gone wrong but I won't be wasting my time placing a further order online with them as their system clearly doesn't work as it should. I have never had this problem with the other camera shops I deal with.

  Affordable,genuine but very slow They are very cheap and genuine. BUT the reason they only get 3stars from me is because the ridiculous amount of time it takes them to send you things and the amount they charge for delivery. So it takes them on average 2-3 days to even process an order before they even dispatch i don't have a clue why this is my order took 3days to even process. Next they charge $7.99 for delivery even when you have spent $180 like i did and not many company's huge or small charge for delivery over $100 and if you are going to charge $7.99 at least make sure its quick which in there case its horrifically slow. Bottom line is if you don't mind waiting 6-8 days for an item to come after paying $7.99 delivery by all means shop there but if you want your item quick don't bother.

  Defective camera. Just received my new camera in the mail. I've been using it today when I realized that the autofocus doesn't work. I tried turning it off and on again but it didn't make a difference. I will be looking elsewhere first before giving Park ave Video my business in the future

  Great tripod for video and still photos. I ordered and received a Manfrotto Tripod on time, The ordering process was easy. Customer service was very helpful and the tripod is a HUGE bang for the buck and fits the bill perfectly. I am using it with a Sony a6000 and have not had any problems with the stability of the tripod with the normal or telephoto lens. I am glad I purchased it through Park Ave video.

  Great camera and lens! My Fujifilm X-T4 camera📷 arrived as described and the delivery was superfast. I made the order on Thursday afternoon and on Monday noon I had my camera delivered to my address. I wanted to try a mirrorless camera with fully articulated screen and this camera meets my expectations. It's a Very good camera so far and everything is working very well.   Not Impressed No U.P.S tracking available despite Tracking number being given. Park' Email says they’ll supply tracking details if item hasn’t arrived in 7 days, what’s that about then ? Dispatch notified by PayPal not Park' who seem more concerned about sending their support team and asking for a Review than providing any useful information. Still waiting for my small item on day 5. If they’d used DHL it would likely have cost less and already arrived. Not impressed.

  Order did not arrived after almost 2 months I have bought a Canon EOS-1 35mm SLR on 3/1/2022(it was Cyber Monday). One of the reasons I decided to buy it from the site was that they had had a promotion for that particular item offering a free starter kit with the camera. After waiting for notice of delivery for about 5 days, as I have bought it as a gift, I decided to call them and found out they were waiting for the kit to be in stock but they agreed to split the order and only deliver the camera . After this, the SLR arrived very promptly. The kit never arrived and I am still waiting for it. Sent them an email about it (to which they did not respond), and spoke to them on the phone, they reassured me that the kit will arrive as soon as it will be available from their suppliers, but still no kit after approximately 2 months after placing the order. A bit disappointed about it, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

  Underwater housing it worked well beyond my expectations. But this housing makes your RX-100 into package approximately the size of a full frame SLR and it's fairly heavy, so mounting it on a moving object with resistance from water and wind is going to take some engineering. There is' fear of fogging

  The reason I've knocked a star off is I ordered the item before the cut off point for delivery the next day, Friday, but the item didn't arrive till Monday, missing the weekend for which the item was needed. Having said that the item did arrive Monday and the next day delivery charge was refunded in full but a little frustrating.

  Misleading Ad on Canadian "Free Shipping" Great website, fast delivery but I am still very bothered with the claims of free shipping to Canada on orders over $100.00.   Got this Axler Quick Release VCT-Style Plate for two new Sony FX9 cameras with a Tilta Cage Shoulder Rig Adapter and after only a few connections, the cheap plastic on the rear of the plate has already started to scratch and wear down. Disappointing to say the least. Have been utilizing Panasonic adapter plates for years and they are rock solid and durable. Going to send back and order the Sony VCT plate. $$$$

  Amazingly Crisp The 18-35mm f1.8 is a great lens for landscapes , indoor photography & street photography. I use it for newborns as it compresses some facial features (nose or forehead looks smaller and more natural) and better represents the human eye. The Sigma has been my go to lens since they I got it.

  In Love with Lumix Cameras! After my extensive research, I bought this Lumix LX10 II camera for African Safari tour. I have not used the product a lot yet but so far I have a very good feeling about this camera. Very quick focusing, clear viewfinder. The camera is made in Japan, so I expect this as a very high quality product.   Park Ave Video performs flawlessly While the Nikon Nikkor Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S Lens is as flawless as advertised and I would highly recommend this phenomenal lens, I also want to discuss Park Ave Video. I've been a Park Ave Video customer for decades. Bought a Nikon D3 kit from them back when the D3 was new! This time I decided to completely replace my kit (Nikon Z9, 14-24, 24-70, 70-200mm Z S lenses, 2 SB-5000's, cards, cases, readers, filters, etc.). Park Ave Video handled everything without any problems. It was a big order with several items out-of-stock, not yet released, or back ordered.   Another successful purchase Park Ave Video have just delivered my Canon RF 70-200 and I'm delighted.
