  Great value product Due to several years as caregiver to a couple family members, I have been away from photography for some time. I gifted myself this Nikon AF-S Nikkor 85mm 1:1.8 G lens. Nikon supplies their equipment with a Limited 1-Year USA Warranty. Park has a 30 day return policy.

  Ordered a Sigma second hand telephoto lens for my Nikon. Lens was as described on the website and arrived in excellent condition, unfortunately it did not sync with my camera and auto focus did not work. Contacted Park Ave Video who immediately arranged to collect the lens and sent it to Sigma for a software update. I asked them to check it with the same model camera as mine before returning it to me, which they did. The service and attitude of the staff was excellent and should I need any further equipment they will be my first port of call. Well done.

  The Sony Alpha a7R IIIA has improved performance over its flagship in terms of its LCD resolution and faster USB 3.2 port. Due to the lower pixel density in the A7III, it has slightly better video quality (all modes) than my old A7RIII and A6600. The USB port has also been upgraded from a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C Port to a faster USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C Port.

  Sennheiser Windscreen I got this windscreen for my MKE400 twice now. The first , which was a few years ago, my only option was to order a replacement from Sennheiser. This cost me an uncomfortable amount for such a cheap item. Luckily, this time I checked Park and found it for much cheaper especially shipping costs. Product itself gets the job done. Just be careful not to yank it off accidentally because it gets lost easily on its own.

  Nikon d750 Overall Good Camera. This is the third digital Nikon I've owned. The pop up flash, however, is made of plastic. The first body that Park shipped out didn't work even though it was brand new. They sent me a replacement and it has worked for 9 months but stopped working last week.

  Helpful I purchased an Olympus Omd 10 Mk11 earlier this year from Park Ave Video and have been very pleased with it so far. I have been having a problem with the menu display and despite reading the manual and searching the web I have not been able to resolve it. This morning I took the camera into the shop and told my story to Ryan Smith, sales assistant and he could not have been more helpful. After consulting Google and trying various different settings he gave me a couple of options. Unfortunately it seems that the camera won't do exactly what I want but at least I have a solution. It's nice to see that they take their customer service seriously.

  Case Clip replacement I have never received such an incredible treatment: Yesterday I emailed the customer support saying my gopro4 case black clip broke up by opening the case and after less than 24h I got my brand new piece right at home FOR FREE with many apologies from the company! This is how you deal with customers! All this money for buying a gopro is definitely worth it!!

  Ordering was fine but the delivery had concerns The placing of the order was ok, the updates I got were ok but the condition of the parcel when I got it was terrible. It was delivered by DHL, one corner of the box was damaged and bust. It looks like it took a fall on the way, not great for a $1300 lens! Luckily the lens was fine. The box could have done with ‘fragile’ on the box. It may have been treated a bit better.

  Exceptional service Having bought a very expensive telescope It was accidentally damaged. Park's response was exceptional. They replaced the telescope within one week and said there would be no charge as the optics were not damaged.

  Simply Amazing! At this time Edelkrone products can only be controlled by Edelkrone software or devices. I also have the Edelkrone SliderONE and love both. Also, I have been a Park Ave Video customer for 9 years since starting a video production business in 2002.   I just purchased Meade Stella Wi-Fi adapter, for tracking the International space station ISS . Park promised to be able to track that with my Meade LX90 telescope, but I found out that the Stella access app doesn't exist in the store ( in not allowed to give the right name here, but you allow know where to find app for Android ) I write to them many time but no respond, then I called them and they say " ohh yes thats right you have to spend money on another app skysafari", I did that but skysafari are not able to track ISS 😢so I have bought a $199 equipment I'm not able to use as I have expected, that's not good enough Meade you have to fix your app asap

  Delivers everything as advertised! I am primarily a landscape shooter but enjoy photographing wildlife when given the opportunity. I tend to crop heavily in post so I did not feel the A9 was a good fit because of the significantly lower pixel count. Build is very nice and image quality is amazing! Accessories are expensive though!! It is a very expensive camera, but it's worth every dollar. But it deserves my 5-star rating without hesitation.

  Great customer service advisors - but nowhere near enough of them! To echo what others have said, I waited more than 30 mins on hold to get hung up on, then more than an hour in the queue for the web chat. Eventually made it to web advisor Alexa who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding with my issue and even offered me a free PTZ camera controllers as an extra gesture. The poor reviews here show a clear understaffing issue that must be addressed and unfortunately means the great staff are lacking the credit they deserve. For the sake of your staff, reputation and your customers please get more staff Park Ave Video! Not everyone has 1.5 hours to wait during business hours !

  Great Product A few weeks ago I bought an Atomos shinobi, this monitor is super crisp! User interface is very intuitive and functional. Best portable monitor.   Amazing store! It has everything I need as I have moved from amateur photography, into podcasting, and now as I continue getting closer to pro level cinematography they continue to shine.   Blackmagic ATEM mini a solution to several problems in video I am thrilled with my Atem Mini and my Atem Mini Pro.. as a music technology student, I was not expecting soo much from a little box like the Atem mini or the pro until I purchased one for our church zoom setup. I quickly added the mini pro to the system as it has a recording options. What you get is an endless features of a pro TV studio/ broadcast quality.

  I had this Hoya 77mm ND filter for a couple of months. I used it on Canon 17-40 and 16-35 IS F4. I have trouble cleaning the filter. There are just dots on it that do not come off with anything! I used different cloths and wipes and no luck. other than that the filter construction is robust. Pretty much same as other Hoya filters.

  The Sony a7s III is almost the perfect I film wedding, events like festivals, concerts and social media contend for brands (commercials for social media) and this is the perfect camera for what I do.   Longtime Elinchrom user I recently purchased an Elinchrom ELB 500 lighting setup, enjoying the portability and quality of this system. I have been an Elinchrom user for many years and I was all set to to jump ship to Profoto until I saw this. My BRX 500s just did a job where they were on for 8-10 hours a day for 8 days. Great quality. I hope these are as reliable. I have will stick to Elinchrom.

  Popped in to this store on the prowl for a gift for my mom on Mother's Day. We waited in a queue. Found the camera and lens I wanted, but there was only one staffer at the counter. She served the person in front of me and then took a phone call and kept me and others waiting for 15 minutes! Poor customer service. Park should consider re-hiring

  The Canon XF300 is very flexible. This is the very best camcorder I have ever owned. I have been in the video production business for 28 years and have never seen anything like this FX format. I run a local access TV station and use this unit a lot to say the least. Great camera straight out of the box can't wait to clear up some editing so I can play with it! Fast shipping!! Had it here the next day

  I did not get the camera I ordered and when I called the shop, I was told that I actually got a better camera than the one advertised. As I have no way of checking up, I have to take their word. This should not happen. At leased they should have got in touch with me to tell me before sending the camera out. I haven't had a chance to test the camera yet, but I'm looking forward to my first shoot.

  The new JVC GY-HM250 allows direct stream yo YouTube and I have used this camera with Facebook. It has the capability to generate lower thirds, titles and watermark bugs directly in camera. This camera is really good for sports as you can create your own scoreboard graphics. Scoreboard is updated using any cell phone or tablet that has a web browser. Overall, great service from Park Ave Video. Beyond grateful for that service I had. Thank you:)

  The Sennheiser MKH-50 is another industry standard mic that I came across at Park Ave Video. Everything sounds very smooth, love the super cardiod response. A and will add another to the kit. I've tested it outdoors as well, and with proper wind protection it performs amazingly well. All in all, it's a 5 Star mic that will last many years.

  Park Ave Video decided to change my delivery address without me asking them to, or telling me that they had done this. They attempted to deliver the tripod to the wrong address and then couldn't offer re-delivery on the promised day, despite this being their error. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

  Highly recommended. Park Ave Video provided excellent service as always. I ordered my Canon 90D at 8pm on Wednesday night and selected next day delivery and the camera arrived about 4pm on Thursday, So far, I have tested the camera extensively with a lot of lenses and the Results were a lot greater than my expectations.   Nikon D850. This is an amazing DSLR - Wonderful color rendering, super metering, and film-like dynamic range. A lot of camera for the price. Requires a very, very steady hand, very fast shutter speed or tripod/monopod. Simply a superior product. Can't say enough positive about Park Ave Video- superb! Best deal; best service. I received my order in a timely fashion and I will use them again.

  I decided to buy through Park ave Video rather than amazon for a couple reasons. Park Ave Video was slightly cheap but primarily, I thought if a problem by chance would arise I would be better off dealing with Park Ave in getting results in correcting the problem.

  Great tripod at a very affordable price! This is my second purchase from Park Ave video, and the service was exactly the same as the first time-excellent! The Phone Tripod arrived as specified in good condition due to excellent packaging. I have only used it for a few test shots, so I cannot say how durable it is, but it is easy to set up and use, I'm pleasantly surprised and I would recommend Park Ave Video to anyone.

  I am thrilled with the Sony A7iii. I've had it less than two weeks, but I am very impressed with the camera matched up with the Sony 24-105mm lens. I've always had a crop sensor camera so this is my first full frame camera and I've glad that I made the jump. I absolutely love the new Z battery as well. I was able to get just over 1,000 pictures on my first charge of the battery, I will be back for future purchases.
