  Let down by delivery.......... Ordered a Canon EF lens on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery as I needed to use on Monday. I had confirmation that the lens would arrive with FedEx on Saturday, but when it got to 2pm I thought I better check with Park as I had already been waiting in until 2pm. Park replied saying that it won't be delivered now until Tuesday but they would refund the next day delivery charge. Out of their hands maybe, but unfortunately their delivery company reflects on their service.

  Good stock and friendly staff. Had a little difficulty finding the camera I wanted due to general shortages. However, the Park Ave Video NY were able to supply within a couple of days. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely be my first stop for any further photographic needs.

  Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a battery that wouldn't hold a charge so dragged back to the store to get it exchanged. No hint of an apology. Got that one home and again, it was faulty. Returned to the store and politely requested my money back but the guy in the store was so rude It's not the first time I have encountered poor service and shoddy products from this store . They don't deserve your business

  The Olympus battery grip arrived quickly, well packaged, as described and in very good condition. I am very pleased with my purchase it gives me an extra battery and better handling with a long telephoto fitted. In my experience you are better off looking at independent camera shops like Park Ave Video than B&H in Manhattan where prices are inflated. Thank you Park Ave Video.

  Good at resolving problems Excellent service, even though one of the two items was incorrect. An email advising of the problem was answered within 16 hours and the correct item dispatched forthwith. It included a pre-paid returns label, so returning the incorrect item was quick and easy.

  Quick shipping and delivery. I ordered my Canon EOS 4000D from Park Ave Video a couple of days ago, and it was a pretty pleasant experience. Everything was in excellent condition for such a high quality camera. It also came sooner than expected, Haven’t used it yet, but was going through the box & everything accounted for & in great shape. Very happy with my purchase! Would recommend to others!

  I was sold a faulty camera and told it was in perfect working condition. When taken back to the store owner the morning after purchasing, he refused to refund it even though he could see the issue. I wouldn't consider purchasing anything from this business again.

  The best camera store in New York, by far. Nebojsa has provided me with outstanding service and value for all my photographic gear over many years. Even though I live in NJ, Park Ave Video New York is my go to place for all my cameras, lenses and accessories.   Everything works as expected Purchased a camera from Park Ave Video several weeks ago and it was a great experience. The price was good and it included many accessories.   Excellent experience with the purchase of a Canon 50mm f1.8 STM lens at very good value for the money! I was skeptical at first that I would be able to get my hands on the lens on time for an assignment but I was wrong. I also decided not to take the risk of delivery so I opted to collect, and to my surprise and delight, it was ready for collection at the NYC CBD outlet within just a few hours. Fabulous!

  I love PARK but HATE FedEx shipping. Why PARK requires a signature is beyond me. They have just faked it in the past and refuse to leave it most times. There should be a way to determine which packages will need a signature so I can order from Amazon instead.

  You will not be disappointed We are a small rural midwestern Church and Park Ave Video has been a Godsend for us. They are professional, have excellent equipment knowledge, and are very prompt with shipping. They have helped us on several occasions when we did not think something could be done.   Product Fine but delivery and service poor On the positive side when I received the goods they were exactly what I ordered and in perfect working condition. The downside was they were over two weeks late. I contacted PARK AVE VIDEO by email three times and received no response. Had it not been for some personal matters getting in the way I would have reversed the transaction believing myself to have been ripped off ! They need to improve their communications and fulfilment

  could not reach store, yet alone someone to help me answer questions about camera and adapter. This is one of the great things about Park Ave Video and I hope I do not have any problems because of it.   After wanting a long telephoto lens to improve my bird photography, I purchased a Sigma 150-600mm f/5.6-6.3 Contemporary lens from Park Ave Video at a fabulous price! The cost for a NEW lens from Park Ave Video was the same as for a 'Very Good' (not Excellent!) quality Used lens from elsewhere. Shipping was prompt, the lens was well packaged and I have now used it and shot some bird photos with which I am well pleased. I can recommend this company as reliable, fair and having affordable prices.

  Not the Most Convenient to Do Biz with Phones cut off before end of stated business hours. Had to order online. Could not find a way to input my church tax exemption. Chat also said it was available, but never responded during business hours. CS reps are always very personable when I can finally get through the wait period and speak to someone, or else it would be one star.

  Prompt delivery, good product, good price. But after fully charging the Watson extra battery it would not hold its charge. After 10 exposures it was fully discharged and the camera turned itself off. When recharged for just 2 minutes it showed a fully charged state once more! Not a big issue and it is being investigated by Park's quality control. But beware cheap accessories.

  Park Ave Video experience Super excited when ordering my first item (Nikon Z7 ii body). Communication was perfect: fast and to the point. Received my camera after 4 days with FedEx. Box well wrapped up. Very good prices due to NY state tax differences. Ordered after the camera also 2 lenses. Minor disadvantage is that I did not receive a track & trace number (of FedEx or DHL), but after all delivered well

  Park was $10 cheaper on a hard drive that was advertised on sale at BH I was about to order an external Seagate hard drive from BH Photo since they had just sent me an e-mail flyer with that drive on sale for $30 off. I did a price comparison and Park had the same drive on sale for $10 cheaper than BH Photo. I'm glad that I did a price check and I have ordered from Park a few times in the past and I will definitely price check Park in the future before I order.

  Be warned Good price, but they don't tell you they are based in America. They try to make you believe you are dealing with a company in London. I ordered a Hasselblad 907 with a lens. It said it came with the wrong lens, it didn't it was the older version without image Stabilization. The items included also mentioned a lens hood. Didn't receive one. When you email to ask why You never get a reply. Do your homework and read the reviews online before buying.

  This is my second C100 that I bought at Park Ave Video. I shoot mostly corporate documentaries, event coverage, music videos, and the occasional commercial or film.   I got a Sony Z280 for fast turn around or live ENG/news reporting as an upgrade to my Z190. Low light performance and noise suppression is excellent. This camera requires SxS cards and they are all in a fairly competitive price range. I've shot in a fast-paced sporting or news environment. As an owner of this camera I can assure you that they're very helpful, and honest young guys! A great place to pick up advice as well as goods. Genuine service!

  This Arco V55G camcorder bag is a very sturdy bag and will protect your gear for everyday transport... but for me personally I do not use it for flying... I have to check any valuable equipment - cameras & video gear etc...in solid pelican kind of cases. Airlines routinely throw bags and stack bags 5-10 bags high. This bag, while very well built, can only withstand so much weight stacked on top. Once the bag is crushed it will be your equipment that is taking the brunt of the weight.

  Quality Product The Zacuto Gratical EVF is perfect for my RED DSMC2. Just as long as you have an SDI Module on your DSMC2 camera this will work well. Make sure your camera has a SDI output.

  I've always loved Olympus. From my Pen EE to my OM-2 film cameras and now this OM-D E-M5 Mark III, Olympus has always been my preference. This camera is light and easy to handle.
