  I was warned that the Fuji battery charger was out of stock and would take a week or two to arrive. In the event it took several weeks but I was kept informed so I knew I wasn't forgotten and the delay was no doubt due to the supplier rather than Park.

  I just found out that a lens shade I ordered was shipped but it will not be delivered for 9 days. Considering I live less than two hours from the store, this is Unacceptable. It’s being shipped via DHL. Why not use USPS First Class Mail. I have changed my 5 Star review to 3 Stars based on this. .

  I have been wanting to get a the Sony DSC RX 10 IV and finally got it. Excellent bridge camera with high quality construction. The autofocus linked with the high fps makes birds in flight easy to capture. This camera eliminates the excess camera gear on safaris, hikes and more.

  This Sony a7R III is another great product from Park Ave Video, they have great selections, prices and services. I am really confident and enjoying it.   I love Park but HATE FedEx shipping. Why Park requires a signature is beyond me. They have just faked it in the past and refuse to leave it most times. There should be a way to determine which packages will need a signature so I can order from Amazon or BH instead.

  Excellent product! I love my Kenko extension tube. I use it with my M.Zuiko lens to get close up for food photography. I have definitely had to practice this method of photography, but the tube works great, it is easy to put on and take off. Park Ave V shipping was fast!!! I will continue to use Park's for my photography equipment in the future!

  Macro Photography Personally, I feel much more confident using the Canon Extension Tube as opposed to other makes. May not be worth the big cost over third-party versions but it is nice knowing I'm using all Canon products. And, of course, Park's service was excellent as ever. Highly recommended for wildlife photographers.

  Camera Price went up by 70$ while in my cart. Without any notification. I added a 460$ Canon camera to my shopping cart, I took some time to ask friends, after like less than 12 hours when I woke up in the morning to checkout and found out that camera price went up 70$. I am very disappointed. How come you put an item in your cart and less than 12 hours after the price goes up and no one tells you about that. Eventually I wanted the camera so I bought it anyway.

  Item ordered and delivered as promised. As usual, the boxed lens was contained in a much larger box with bubble wrap. Normally the bubble wrap would be wrapped and secured around the lens box, but on this occasion it was just loose pieces of bubble wrap thrown in, and when opened the lens box was up against an inside edge of the box, so not exactly ideal.

  Poor communication/service I have placed a "special order" item order. I have contacted twice for an update regarding a lead time. Twice I have been told a lead time could not be provided and I should wait for an email from purchasing. Communication from PARK AVE VIDEO is about as poor as any company I have ordered from. They have no automated process to provide a lead time on special order items. Having purchased special orders from other companies, I am accustomed to being emailed or called when the purchasing department has placed the order, to notify me of an anticipated delivery date. This has been the case with other companies despite the Covid19 pandemic. I am awaiting an email today with the lead time for my order and if it remains awaited come the end of business today, I will be cancelling my order and taking my business and support elsewhere. Disappointing given that having had good experience with PARK AVE VIDEO in the past I have repeatedly recommended them to friends and family.

  The Yongnuo YN85mm f/1.8Z lens which I bought is currently very difficult to obtain and I was in quite a long queue. However, PARK AVE VIDEO kept me fully informed of the position and delivered as soon as one became available. They were always courteous and helpful with my enquiries about when I would get the lens.   Bought a Sony alpha a6400 camera and got it after 4 days delivery. I was kept informed about the delivery process all the time. Excellent packed and all brand new, After using it for a week, I can say it's easily the best camera I've ever owned. Pictures taken in low light are amazing and detailed. There are a lot of features and things to learn about it but so far, everything I've tried to do has turned out better than I was expecting of my skill level.   Very good service. Recently bought a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 lens from Park Ave Video and I received the item three days sooner than expected and that made me super happy. I was impressed with the quick arrival of the product. Second, upon opening up the package and pulling out the lens I was impressed by the weight of it and the feel of it.   Great customer service! My DSLR was delivered the next day as stated on the website. The camera was easy to figure out and i was thrilled with the quality, I feel like I haven't really been able to test it out as I should, but from what I've experienced it was such a great investment for me. The quality of pictures I'm getting is just so amazing to me. Great overall! Would recommend park ave video to a friend

  Been in several times for darkroom accessories, they always have everything I need and all at very reasonable prices. Loads and loads of great cameras in there too. Only wish they stocked more darkroom chemistry so we did not have to rely on other sellers.

  Terrible service; do not buy anything form them! I have had the worst service and product form this company. They have poor customer service and they do bother to let you know about what is happening and product finally turns up it is damaged and wrong. Will never use them again!

  Excellent first experience. Found Park Ave Video Online while looking for a Nikon D850. Their website was clear and the prices very competitive. From ordering through to delivery the process was smooth and efficient. Communications were good and kept me informed as my order progressed. The camera was delivered within 2 days and matched the specifications from the website. I have only had it for a week but it is an amazing camera and does everything I want plus more. The quality of the pics and video is amazing. Would most definitely use Park Ave Video again.

  Great service and quick delivery Hadn't ordered from this company before but the prices were good & the descriptions seemed comprehensive. The camera bundle arrived within 3 days: a little wary as the packaging was slightly damaged. However, all components were there, the day it came I unpackaged it, took a couple test pictures and was amazed by it's quality. Very glad I purchased. will definitely order from Park Ave Video again

  The customer service is pathetic. They have a lot of attitude and argue for no reason. Went to buy a mic for a DSLR and one salesman showed too much arrogance. I'm about ready to start using another merchant for my photographic needs.

  Customer friendly. Went there to check out their Tripod stands. The salesman Named Andrew was very humble and explained all the features and pros and cons of the items very well, all the stocks were not available that time, will visit again next week.

  Solid tripod for lock offs, but pans and tilts are not very smooth. You definitely get what you pay for, but build quality on the legs seems pretty solid. All in all if you're a professional and are expecting a head with smooth movements spend the extra money and get a low level Manfrotto.

  Below average Slow dispatch of item. Product box arrived a bit banged up around the edges. Very slow refund after return. Probably wouldn't shop here again due to service, much easier companies to deal with such as BH photo, Adorama and even sadly Amazon.

  The primary problem with this product is the price for just one screen protector, which is often hard to attach properly, and cannot be reattached. I was able through Amazon to purchase a kit for less money with three screen protectors.

  Had forgotten my charger for my canon camera battery. Dylan and his colleague were very helpful, eventually finding a compatible charger in their well stocked back room. Would highly recommend stopping by if you are in need of any photographic equipment.

  Waterproof Quicksnap Camera Ordered this camera for my granddaughter’s birthday, (her request) unfortunately she will not be able to use it until we are able to travel. I placed the order yesterday, 14th June 2022 and received today at the allotted time, well packed and delivery driver very courteous, I am sure she will love the camera once able to use it.

  BMPCC6K PRO I shoot a lot outdoors and I'm using this as my run-and-gun camera. Very happy with the customer service the specifics on tracking and the shipping from Park Ave Video. Everything was exactly as described the camera works well with all the extra bits that you have to put on it but it's a very good platform

  Consistently reliable and excellent service. Park Ave Video has always been my first port of call for camera gear but recently I have noticed better deals elsewhere. In addition, I have recently noticed that a number of links on the Park Ave Video website are broken making it easier to use other Companies websites and losing Park Ave Video my business.
