  Highly recommended I would highly recommend this Canon Rebel T8i camera to anyone considering buying it. I've only had this camera for 3 weeks and have gotten some very clear and beautiful pictures. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.   Super quick service at a great price! I was looking for a Canon 70D and Park Ave Video were $70 cheaper than the competition. I ordered my camera in the early afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. The cost of delivery was free too. I don't think you can ask for better.   Very good customer service After much humming and haring, I took the plunge and purchased a very expensive lens for my Canon EOS R5, attracted by the fact that the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than any other recognized supplier. I called and received an informed and knowledgeable answers to my questions about the differences in guaranties relating the where the product originated from.   Excellent Prompt Service I used Park Ave Video for the first time the other day to order some photography equipment and I have to praise them extremely highly for the very professional and informative service that I received.   I bought a battery grip for my Nikon Z6 II from Park Ave Video and still no parcel, I've not heard anything back since, still waiting two weeks later, still no refund And have now ceased trading. Sent two emails and got automated response: I tried to ring them, as requested to find out why this had happened, for a good 20 minutes no answer to the phone. Sadly this will be my last purchase.

  Worth the purchase! I recently purchased a Nikon D850 from Park Ave Video and although I could have made the purchase online, I chose to deal with them by telephone. The man I dealt with in the Sales Department was most helpful and friendly, spending time with me giving advice and technical information. The following day, I rang again with a delivery question and spoke to a different assistant; he too was very helpful and polite and was able to answer my enquiry efficiently. The camera arrived, as promised, the day after ordering and free of charge. The packaging was very good and the camera arrived in perfect condition. I am delighted with both the company and the camera. Highly recommended.

  Ordered a camera from Park Ave video showing as in stock, was emailed 4 days later saying camera had been shipped, waited a week and nothing had arrived! Tried to call them but couldn't get through, emails go unanswered apart from a message now saying they've temporarily ceased traded. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced during several years of frequent online buying

  I bought a 35mm Film Camera. I was impressed by the prices and the promises of extended warranty advertised by park Ave video on their website. The camera arrived in the promised delivery time. However, the packaging had been badly damaged in transit - it looked as though it had been crushed under something heavy. I would not order from them again.

  I am truly speechless with the service this company provides to its customers, My last order arrived in only 3 days after ordering, Not to mention that I chose the 'Free Shipping' option, and got the best prices of components I could find on the internet. Correspondence was very prompt and easy. The package arrived safely secured in multiple bubble wraps; the original boxes were virtually invulnerable to transit.   I'm a little disappointed After having done some research for a new DSLR and having looked at a few websites I plumped for the Canon EOS 800D on their website. I ordered the camera and when it arrived I opened the package, all the seals were already broken, the warranty card was filled in with someone else address and it was scratched. I will not be shopping here or recommending this company anymore.

  I bought a camera from this website, cheaper than anywhere else i could find. A few days later FedEx contacted me for an extra $40 VAT. Revisited the website and could not find any mention of these extra costs. I sent an email to report the issue but it went unanswered. Avoid them at all costs!

  Monocular purchase Very good service when we went into the shop to view monoculars. Very patient with us as we didn’t know anything about them other than that we wanted one. Easy to order on line and came within a day. My only criticism is that the eye cap didn’t attach to the monocular and we lost it on its maiden voyage out.

  Yesterday I bought a Tamron lens from them. They phoned at about 9pm last night to confirm the order and told me it would be about a week for delivery. I await with baited breath. I was also offered lens filters at a so-called ‘discount’, to which I said no. I then looked up the price of their filters and they are about 3 to 4 times the price in this country on B&H , a total rip off. Be careful of their after sales ‘discounts’.

  I always enjoy shopping at park ave video. Their customer service and shipping timelines are excellent.   It was a joy to go into the shop to discuss in person my plans to upgrade to mirrorless, and the kit I had up to now just been researching on-line.   Manhattan's resident. Lumix GH6 user. Bought with 12-60mm f/2.8-4 lens. I'm local to Park Ave Video store. I initially wanted to come into the store in person but I received incorrect opening times over the phone and arrived when they were closed.   I use these Angelbird 1TB CFast cards with my Red Komodo and they work great! They will handle anything I throw at it. I also ordered an Angelbird card reader, and everything is running perfectly. The customer service I received from Park Ave, Ryan, and especially Nebojsa was stellar. I'm now purchasing another 1 TB Angelbird here with confidence.

  This place compared to to Amazon and Park Ave Video shop in terms of staff and customer service is mad I've been going to this shop for all my stuff my mate who was with me who's a photographer was shocked too cause they were all talking between each other another customer in the store you could see needed help but no one came to helped and not once asked us if we need any help but I can see from other reviews they had issue with staff too so I'm not the only one like but as an owner you have some mouth which is funny cause I do have a problem with my brain thanks for reminding me Ill be making a formal complaint 🤷‍♂️
