  Avoid them at all costs. I've been trying to get my darkroom supplies delivered for a week without any luck. To add to my frustration, my calls to customer service get abruptly disconnected and customer service has been absolutely ineffective in actually getting the package to me so far. I will wait for few days but if you will not deliver the package I will contact PayPal for lost package and will ask them to return my money.

  Andrew was very helpful and patient with me. I looked at a few different Full-Frame lenses until I finally landed on one. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of each lens I was interested in. Entire process was smooth and as many other reviews have pointed out, the staff were very friendly.

  Nikon D3500 a Nikon NIKKOR 18-55mm lens Was skeptical that a DSLR at this price could deliver good resolution, but was very pleasantly surprised. The ergonomics are amazing it's so comfortable in hand. Button layout is perfect, everything is in the right spot it just feels right. I've only taken about 400 photos so far, but the camera takes much better quality photos than what I expected from a low end DSLR. Battery life is freaking amazing as well, Couldn't ask for a better camera! Highly recommend Park Ave Video

  Excellent product sold by an excellent store I have purchased multiple items including high end cameras from this store and they’ve always been more than helpful and attentive. Last week I ordered a Blackmagic cinema camera online and I was extremely surprised by how fast they shipped, camera arrived quickly and well packaged. The image quality is incredible and it is very easy to use. Overall great value for the price. I would recommend Park Ave Video for all your camera needs.

  Very expensive compared to other retailers. Used goods are generally O.K. Last time i visited i wanted some camera equipment costing $1500 but they wouldn't do a deal . I bought elsewhere.

I just recently bought a Waterproof Camera from Park Ave Video and I am still amazed at the quality of service I received, first I have to say I was impressed with how fast this shipped. I actually received the camera on the morning in time for vacation and it was very easy to use. the battery charges nicely. very pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend park Ave Video.

  Recently ordered a new Sigma lens from Park Ave Video, and the service could not have been better. Added to the fact that the lens was cheaper than anywhere else I could find on the internet (and this is not an import) , they emailed me with every step of the process and delivery. An excellent, professional outlet that I shall definitely use again.

  Most Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and are willing to help you out , however some won't give you the time of day if they feel that you are not a customer who's going to spend .... shame really a few times I've let the place and spent my money elsewhere due to the service (although again I add this is not from all the staff)

  Visited Ryan today to see if a clean would be beneficial for my camera as I was disappointed with my images from the last outing. What an amazing guy - he spent time examining and cleaning my camera but also gave me some great advice for future shooting. He is passionate about what he does and is very happy to share his wealth of knowledge. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be using Park Ave Video for all my future photography issues.   I have been trying to purchase a memory card for old Nikon D750 camera with no success but when I phoned Park Ave Video and spoke to Naomi she instantly solved my problem. Naomi gave me all the knowledge I required that other people could not. Well done Naomi, I will certainly use Park Ave Video again, it is a pleasure doing business with them.

  Unfriendly/unhelpful Staff: I went to the store today to politely ask if they can check my latest update regarding one order I placed on Park Ave Video official website. The Female Asian staff was rude, unprofessional and refused to offer any help. She told me 'you have to call the online team cause it's a online order'. Considering you guys are Park Ave Video , I don't understand why customers should know your company structure to get a tiny help. Won't recommend this place for anyone looking for quality customer service.

  Excellent knowledge of staff, no pushy sales, they focus on what the needs are of the customer to find the camera that best suits them. Good range of top quality binoculars as well as all the top cameras. Thoroughly happy with them - I will still contact and buy camera's through them despite having moved out of New York.

  Recently turned pro, I told myself that I had to get closer to a "real" shop for my equipment. After a first small purchase to take the temperature, I signed up in advance for a SONY evening in order to test the mirrorless equipment. Important evening for me who is all in A mount at Sony for several thousand $$$$. . In short, very disappointed since the evening took place, my registration is forgotten: No phone call, no email even in spam: nothing ... I go to the shop the next day to check the date ... The " responsible for "registrations which tells me that he does not understand why I did not receive the invitations. The bosses didn't even bother to come and offer me something: nothing to make up for their mistake.

  I was so disappointed because I ordered things I need to an upcoming trip - and ordered overnight shipping (which said it you ordered by 2 pm it would arrive next day by 1 pm) and it never came. Not the next day, not the day after, and then they tried to deliver it the 3rd day but I wasn’t home (my flight already left). I asked them about returning the goods (though I can’t even collect them now) and they didn’t even bother to respond.

  I bought the Nikkor 28mm 2.8 for Z mount from Park Ave Video. I asked for it to be sent to my local store in New York. As it was a pre order I had to wait which was no issue. But the reason I mention that is because the communication from these guys was fantastic. All questions were answered and my mind put at rest every time.   After having a problem with a Tamron lens which required repair outside the warranty, I dropped them off specifying that I will need it quickly, less than 10 days later it was repaired and functional again! Slightly expensive service, but top team! I recommend :)

  I took my camera with photo image for cleaning the sensor. This was done correctly, however, the device was returned to me without my SD card and I noticed it 2 weeks. So check out your equipment after they have said.

  Good strap, but sent used prod The strap itself is a 4 out of 5 star product as it is strong, durable, and easily adjustable. The subtraction of 1 star is for being sent a clearly used/returned product. This is the first time I've experienced a quality assurance issue with Park Ave Video as they are usually good about ensuring a good product.

  Ordered canon EOS 90D and 18-135 lens kit - $100 cheaper than the cheapest other supplier - arrived via FedEx - supposedly tracked 24 but didn't deliver at the appointed time leading to a full wasted day but that's not Park Ave Video's fault. Camera and lens in perfect condition - brand new. Can't fault them - Highly recommended.

  Came in to get my sensor cleaned on my Sony a7r iii. They told me that it wouldn't be attended to until the following day so I would have to come back for it, but after 2 hours I got an email saying it was ready to be collected. Had I known I would have stayed for sure! Other than that they handled it well, got it back in the condition I left it cleaned. Fairly priced and honestly it was still quick so I'm grateful. I'll definitely be using it again, 5* next time if they can get it to me same day :)

  Could not have been better Went to Park Ave Video for his morning for a Sensor clean for my Z7 ended up getting an outside Lens clean within the price. 1 hour service virtually whilst you wait.

  I was warned by camera shop that repair for quoted price then say something else is wrong and try to charge more and that is exactly true ... very disappointed .. good news is they will keep your camera for nothing and recycle free of charge! Forum status .. friends and relatives giving good reviews?

  I sent my expensive camera body next day delivery, had to ring two days later to get a confirmation as heard nothing from them. Had to press really hard to get it fixed in the time frame they gave me! I sent extremely well packaged, they returned very badly packaged, not really happy as I heard great reviews about them, won't be using again.

  I was after Ricoh GR lll camera but hadn't used Park Ave Video before, so had a few questions, which spread over three emails. Each time they came back to me very quickly with the answers. Ordered the camera on the Wednesday and received it the following Wednesday, which was great. All in all, a positive experience with a company who are upfront with everything. Also, received a three year warranty, free of charge, which is awesome.

  Love my new Sony A7II from Park Ave Video. The camera arrived in the original packaging with little to no damage on the box itself. All the wires were included wrapped in original Sony packaging with manual included. I couldn't believe the gold mine I struck for the price I purchased this camera for, Highly recommended I will definitely shop here again

  EOS R5 I am very happy with this camera. I am using the camera in Germany and have already gotten rave reviews of my photos. I credit to the clarity and ease of use of this camera. I am also looking at EOS R6 as a back up.
