  Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 I found Park Ave video extremely efficient to deal with. Their website is user friendly and they kept me updated of all aspects of my order and its status. I have used the Lens for several weeks and to sum up my reaction to it, all I have to say is that the lens has not left my camera since it arrived. I am pleased with all aspects of it's performance. I would definitely use Park Ave Video again and would recommend to friends.

  Canon RS-60E3 Remote Switch Works great while photographing moon and macro pics. Great value for amount paid. I bought longer wire from local electronics Shack to make this just about perfect.   DONT BUY FROM PARK AVE VIDEO. OUR CANON 5D MARK IV HAD A FAULT AND STILL HAD WARRANTY. HOWEVER AFTER THE REPAIR THEY STILL HAVENT PAID US FOR THE COST OF REPAIR. THE REPAIR HAS COSTED MORE THAN $300 NO MONEY NO SUPPORT NO RESPONSE IGNORING OUR EMAIL TOO

  Panasonic HC-X1 pro camcorder I've done mostly documentary and educational instruction videos for the past 25 years. Excellent Product!   Brief review of the RED Komodo 6K After waiting 3 months for my Komodo I was excited when it finally came and I have to say the wait was well worth it. Love the small form factor of this Red Komodo 6k camera. The image pairs well with my production setup. I have been using RED cameras for 10 years now and absolutely recommend to anyone wanting durability, versatility and quality.

  Terrible service A month ago, I purchased DJI Avata Pro View Combo drone kit from park ave video store (Manhattan). After 1 week of use, I noticed a malfunction - the remote control stopped working, namely the right stick left / right. I am very outraged by this attitude. This is not how the service should work. I think that this spoils the reputation of both the store and the DJI brand itself.

  Good bit of kit The reviews on the Park Ave Video site as well as others from both amateur and professional photographers were quite positive. Bought Sonya1 online & collected it in store, absolutely no problems with that process. Park Ave Video doesn't disappoint.   EZ shopping experience After anguishing over decisions, reading all the reviews on different choices, building my wish list, and still hesitating, Park Ave Video offered a special deal on a variable ND filter that fit the package I had built up in my wish list. Pulled the trigger and I estimate that my total savings are way over $600. Lots of work and worry on my part but once all the deciding was done, the final execution was so easy. Looking forward to years of enjoyment with new gear.

  I feel let down by the poor service I received a notice from USPS informing me that I had postage to pay on a package addressed to me. I received my package only when I had paid the post office $1.74 for the unpaid postage. The package had been sent without any postage fee paid. This meant that I had to wait an extra several days for the package to be delivered once i had paid the fee. I guess it was an oversight but I ended up paying more postage than I anticipated.

  Nasty surprise in the box, but Park Ave Video makes good, as usual I'll never understand how Park's Used dept could pick and send a crushed, filthy, almost unrecognizable step-up ring as Open Box, but they did. Only time I have ever received an item at lower than described condition, and boy was it! Return for refund was easy and uneventful, though. Park Ave Video re-phrased my more colorful description of the item's failings to "appears used." Meanwhile two succeeding orders have gone through with no drama. Thanks again.

  Poor packaging I ordered this lens as part of a combination package. The package the lens came and other pieces came in was fine. However, whomever packed the box tossed in ONE SINGLE piece of padding. It was very, very inadequate for the contents of my order. Due to life I have not used the lens yet but did verify it did work on my camera.

  Excellent Customer Service and Product We had a problem with the first B W 82mm Variable ND Filter delivered being very damaged. Park Ave Video customer service responded excellent to resolve the issue and we received a new filter. From original order date to delivery of new replacement took less than 3 weeks.

  Excellent quality, great service For my type of photography, this is a one Tamron 150-600mm Lens does it all solution. It works beautifully on my Canon 80D.   It was almost perfect service when we received a defective battery charger (or battery?) with our new camera, but in the end, Park Ave Video got it right and I trust them to do the right thing. It took them slightly longer than they said to get back with me and to send the replacement, but it got taken care of. That's the only reason they don't get a perfect score. I will be buying from Park Ave Vdieo again with no hesitation. Trustworthy company.

  The battery seems to charge OK, but when running on the freshly charged battery, Windows says something like: "The battery charge is 99% please connect your charger" After a couple of minutes the computer shuts down. On powering up again on battery, the machine runs OK, but there is a red X against the Battery icon on the task bar. I am waiting on a replacement battery. It is currently out of stock. Your assumption is that my battery has some sort of chip fault.

  ND filter order and delivery I ordered an ND filter at very short notice for our trip to Iceland. Didn't expect to have it in time as we live in the LA.   Bought item online that said it was in stock but then received a message 1.5 days later that it was backordered. This was a bit frustrating. I reached out to customer service. This was a sale item with a very good price and was popular. My item was fulfilled within a few days though with a lot of responsive follow up from Park Ave Video. I would buy from them again.

  Great service and a good quality used Nikon OEM genuine battery. I recently purchased a good s/h Nikon DSLR elsewhere and needed a second battery and a Hoya filter for a new standard zoom. Having purchased a number of pro bodies and lenses and flash guns from Park Ave Video over the years I did not hesitate to use them again this time. The second hand OEM battery is showing as nearly new in my camera and is in a better state than the one which came with the camera. Thank you Park Ave Video for another fab product and service too.

  Fantastic on price, quality and delivery Unbeatable on price (I've bought big ticket items several times and they're always considerably cheaper), and bearing in mind they come from New York, the delivery is pretty speedy too. The Canon 100-500mm lens I bought recently was scheduled to take up to 10 days and it arrived in 4! Always well packaged and delivered securely by courier who let you know good time slot info etc. Highly recommend them!

  Not a great experience The Good: Very good service, staff is knowledgeable and the website is user friendly. Like the finance option it offers. The Bad: More often I have found that the prices in other websites are cheaper for items and when I have asked them to match the cheaper price on one occasion they have and other two they have not. (I wanted to match as I tend to be a loyal customer but not at the cost of bad deals). Another time I ordered a item paid the price and got delivered. Noticed on the packaging the price displayed is a lot less than what I was invoiced. Brought to their notice, they are reluctant to pay the difference. The Ugly: The staff is very rude when meeting in person. Conclusion: Will I shop there again? I would like to give their staff one last chance to set things correct before writing off this shop.

  We love the lenses, though I feel like I overpaid as I saw the same set on Amazon listed by Park Ave Video and tried to buy them and kept getting error messages and so I feel like I was being forced to order them from Park's site and pay the higher price. Now maybe Amazon was having tech issues with their site despite my multiple attempts to buy them through Amazon. But the lenses are great never the less.

  Always Good I've always looked at Park Ave Video for photographic equipment and never had an issue (good price and quality service).   Buy a course not more kit Have used Park Ave Video for kit in the past but more recently, a series of courses. Thoroughly enjoyed them and have the next one booked for October. For me, the price of the courses is worth it as I can take better pictures with the kit I already own; it's cheaper!

  Recently purchased a telephoto lens from their online store, and they were knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't have the model I wanted in stock so they ordered one for me and reserved it for a further two days thereafter to allow me to pick it up over a weekend.
