  Speedy delivery & genuine product I was reluctant to purchase a 5d mk 3 from Parkavevideo.com after I compared the price on the website with high street prices in the UK. I decided to take a risk and placed an order and to my surprise my order arrived in 3 days from dispatch date and the item was original 5d mk 3. I look forward to buying one more 5d mk 3 from Parkavevideo.com.

  Untrustworthy. Ordered a set of second hand filters, described as Lee. One wasn't. One of the other items depicted wasn't there either. To begin with they said they would sort the problem. Then they changed their minds - I was told to return the goods, or make do. The two stars are for prompt dispatch.

  This company offers good prices, however their mail-order service is from the past - it took 72 hours to dispatch my order, no tracking, item arrived 6 days after ordering. It's a shame, but this is why Amazon, eBay etc are doing so well. Please invest in your website & mail order service.

  Purchased two Canon 5D Mark IV cameras, which were out of stock in many other places. Communication was first class and the delivery arrived in no more than a couple of days - quicker than expected. Follow up email afterwards to check everything was fine. This seems to be a company trying hard to deliver great service and so far I would recommend highly. Great price too.

  Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II Lens Just had my new Sony lens turn up today and looks brilliant. It was around $200 cheaper than most stores so hopefully if this is all ok I will buy more equipment from Park Ave Video. I gave it a 4 star rating because the delivery was made by FedEx who took 9 days to deliver it. How can it take so long.

  Panasonic HC-X2 4K Camcorder Excellent camera for Livestream broadcast. This is also a perfect camcorder for anyone that has to run and gun shoot projects without the need for color grading. The audio quality and image quality are both excellent. This HD camcorder came in at a great sale price on Park Ave Video.

  Disappointed as I had read good reviews but they had little actual camera stock to view, and were not interested to help me spend my money as I was looking for a replacement camera and lenses. They had 3 staff there on the day who stayed behind their desk and let me walk out their shop with very little engagement with me or interest to understand what I wanted or needed.

  Smooth shopping experience After anguishing over decisions, reading all the reviews on different choices, building my wish list, and still hesitating, Park Ave Video offered a special deal on a variable ND filter that fit the package I had built up in my wish list. Pulled the trigger and I estimate that my total savings are way over $500. Lots of work and worry on my part but once all the deciding was done, the final execution was so easy.   I placed order. Immediately I received a message that the sale could not be completed using the card on file. That card had been cancelled due to unauthorized use and a new card issued.   It's a great one stop shop. I love checking out the deal of the day. While I respect the time off given for management reasons it is an inconvenience to me as a consumer.   Thank you for being there for your customers! Always great support from Park Ave Video. Occasional shipping problems, but that is 100% FedEx' fault for beating packages to a pulp every once in a while, not Park Ave Video shipping people. You read complaints sometimes about holidays delaying purchase or shipping. No complaints here! I prefer shopping with honest dependable people.

  Excellent customer service! I originally talked to Ryan Lane over the phone, he more more than helpful discussing potential finance options and gave multiple options on how I could pay for what I needed. When I arrived I spoke to Jacob who was of great help, nice, chatty and efficient. I ended up not using finance but both employees left me feeling welcome and well looked after. Will definitely be back to Park Ave Video Manhattan for future camera needs!

  So I have been a customer for over twenty years before they were so popular. Glad to see the website looks better every year. I did have a bit of an issue trying to find a way to CHAT with someone about my account settings so I gave up on that. I did order a iPad after comparing with Costco, Prices are similar but Costco does not carry iPads with 4G. So Park wins again!

  Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Digital Camera The EOS M50 Mark II now offers greater battery life and Eye AF over the original model. I invested in the Canon M50 for macro photography, I wanted a wallet-friendly crop sensor mirrorless camera for my insect photography. I choose the Canon M50 over the Fuji xt30 due to it's outstanding battery life along with clean HDMI passes audio and video. Ordering from Park Ave Video is always easy. I haven't had very many returns over the many years I've been purchasing from them, but they also have been painless.

  Park Ave Video is probably the last independent photography shop in New York city and I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. In all those years the service has been excellent due to the very knowledgeable staff and nothing is to much trouble. Whatever you wish to purchase whether photographic or birdwatching optics their knowledge of the product is excellent. Service pre purchase and post purchase with someone face to face is worth its weight in gold,something you cannot get online.   Disappointing communications. I ordered a new c500 mk 2 on 6 August 2022. On 8 August I was told by e-mail that my order had been cancelled although no reason was given. On 8 March I e-mailed park ave video to say that the transaction was still pending with Paypal and asked for this transaction to now be removed. The reply was that this could take 1-5 working days. Today (22 September ) this transaction is still shown as pending on my Paypal account.

  I called about a genuine Nikon battery for my camera and was told they had one left, the salesperson was kind enough to physically check it was there, so it was ordered and delivered the next day. The plus point was it was cheaper than Amazon, more than happy to use them again.

  Park Ave Video is not an company I do business with! Park Ave Video advertised a product and I purchased the product. Several days later Park Ave Video notified me that it could not supply the product but did not immediately refund the monies I had paid it. I had to demand a refund of my monies. I will not do business with Park Ave Video again. The transaction I am referring to took place more than one year ago and as a result verified reviews will not publish the review.

  Olympus OM-D-EM1 mkiii - Excellent Service I really can't fault the service - I tried PARK as I could not source the camera anywhere in the South, delivery was stated as 5 - 8 days but arrived safe and sound in 3 days. The camera is definitely brand new ( not sure why some reviews have been saying otherwise ) and I have been trying it out during the past few days, I'm very pleased with it.

  Excellent service and price I needed to replace my old Nikon D5100. After market research I decided to go with the Nikon D750. I use the camera for my job and leisure. The service is the quickest I have seen. The price for the same camera was about $200-$250 less than any other place I searched. I definitely recommend Park Ave Video.

  Terrible, tripod ordered over 21 days ago and still not shipped. Customer services not helpful working on a solution to get camera shipped for over a week. Take your money and offer very little help. I had better expectations from them and now I am very disappointed.

  Lens finally arrived (20 ish days) Update 2: Lens has arrived today as promised, well packaged, outside of them dropping the ball on getting it shipped they were helpful in resolving it, I would probably use them again because of the prices but not bother with rush shipping on the expectation that it can take some time for them to clear shipping. Update: They genuinely seem to be trying to resolve the matter, been advised to expect it Tuesday so the score might improve still (I hope)

  Panasonic camera I waited 5 months for this camera to arrive and at last it's here!!! I just love it. During the long back-order process, I felt Park Ave Video was with me every step of the way sending me notices on the status of my order. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have dealt with them for many years and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is the best.

  My 'Go To' Business for Cameras & Drones I have been using Park for a number of years and have purchased 3 x Canon SLRs, a Canon compact camera, DJI Phantom 4 Pro Drone & Accessories & 6 Canon Lenses from them. All were at very competitive prices and delivered very quickly. I love them! I don't go anywhere else.

  I bought a beautiful Film camera from Park Ave Video and I couldn’t be happier, the camera has been a lot of fun. It looks way better than their previous brightly colored line of Instax cameras.   Great company and great experience, I actually ended up buying a great camcorder, and am very happy with my purchase.
