  I rang Park Ave Video to enquire about a camera I wanted to buy. I was told by a member of staff called Julie that they did not have the camera in stock, (very honest) but could get it for me and deliver within three days - and true to her word it arrived as promised. I am very pleased with the camera and the bundle i purchased.

  Sony 90mm f/2.8. Got it from Park Ave Video on first day of release. I'm using my new Sony a6000 to do my test shots. So far I am thrilled with it. Worth getting if you have a need, or like me just like the fun of it. All round positive experience. Would recommend.

  I ordered my Blackmagic design camera on Thursday afternoon. I could have had it delivered on Friday but as I was out all day I asked if it could be delivered on Saturday, to which they replied "yes", and It duly arrived at 9am this morning. This is a brilliant company. The staff are helpful and courteous and when given a delivery date, it is adhered to. Absolute first class service and I will definitely order from them in future, and will recommend them to friends.

  Purchase a used teleconverter - Exactly as described. I purchased a teleconverter (Sony FE 1.4) from Park Ave Video on-line. Also used their chat service to ask a few questions. Was a significant discount over new, but wanted to be sure of condition. Received it and was extremely pleased with the condition and with the information provided. I was looking for a Panasonic camcorder on a Tuesday evening, as I needed the camera in hand for the Saturday morning. I managed to speak to someone on the website live chat, then explained to a colleague on the phone. I ordered Tuesday night at 6.20pm - arrived on Friday morning, 10.30am. Even had a follow-up call to ensure everything was great and the camera was how I wanted. Great service, would highly recommend the staff, and will be a returning customer.

  Great company I bought a second hand Sigma EF lense it was great. Swift service and excellent customer service.   Lost a star because when I did the price matching exercise at $2,999 I was told this was the lowest price Park could go, however, the next week it was $200 cheaper. Fortunately for me I had waited and noticed the price drop but it was still an annoying experience.

  Rated 3 as after placing my order I received a confirmation of the order but wasn't advised when the order would arrive. Unfortunately, it arrived when I was out for my daily exercise so had to book a redelivery for w days later. The camera was well packaged and survived the postal system well.

  Very good & knowledgeable service. Problems finding a particular battery used in piece of equipment. Checked various suppliers they were unable to assist. They had no knowledge of this battery. PARK AVE VIDEO found the battery in question and supplied it in a fairly short space of time.

  Danger beware. Paid for a camera on line. Told should get it in about a week. A week later phoned them again, told again about a week. Phoned again, lost confidence when I saw this camera was still being advertised. Canceled the purchase and had to go to credit card company to dispute. STAY-AWAY. Also now see NET reviews has been removing some fake reviews.

  Park ave video Canon 58mm Lens My canon 58mm lens recently got some sort of sand (ocean photography) stuck inside of the zoomt part and it. will. not. come. out. after several months of failed camera useable attempts, i had to cave and give up. Park Ave Video made it easy to get a new lens quickly and inexpensively. my lens works perfectly and it’s like my camera is brand new again!

  Amazing experience I purchased a Fuji x100v, and it was basically brand new at just lower than retail when you can’t find them for less than 50% over.   Grey Market Products "Was a loyal customer. They are selling Grey Market products in the United States and not telling the consumer. I went to register a lens with Nikon and they would not except it. I've tried to get an answer from Park Ave Video on their policy regarding this and have been ghosted all three times. I've spent lover 15k here previous and experience has been great. Just be warned to ask for serial numbers and do your homework before purchasing because they are not.

  They Didn't Send Me What I purchased. I just made my first purchase from them, a lens with a hood, that came without the hood. I emailed them asking them to send it and they replied that it was listed incorrectly and they could refund me $25 for the hood, or I could send the whole lens back but they wouldn't send me a hood. Since I'd already left town with the lens and needed to use it, I had to have them credit me $25. Now I have a wide angle lens with no hood and I've found out that they aren't available to buy alone. I wouldn't trust them again.

  Great prices, easy ordering, reasonable shipping time! This was my first purchase from Park Ave Video but it won’t be my last. I was looking for a battery grip for my Fuji X-H1 and found Park Ave Video to have the very best prices. The order process was easy and I love the fact they photograph each item so you can see what you’re buying. The shipping time was reasonable and when it arrived it actually looked better in person than the photos. I’ve noticed the US site seems a bit low on overall inventory but I’m sure that will improve with time. I’m sure I’ll be back!

  This was my first purchase of a mirrorless camera. After extensive research of makes and models of a variety of cameras I chose the Panasonic Lumix S5 and it was delivered promptly. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The camera came in a generic box, but was very well packaged. It looks and feels brand new.   I bought a Manfrotto tripod last month because it was on sale unfortunately it has not yet delivered it is still on processing. I emailed them and tried calling them but no one is responding. They responded twice only telling me that their supplier has not given them an update and told me that I can just cancel my order if I can not wait.

  I was after a Godox flash kit, nobody had them in stock except Park Ave Video and at a very good price. I made a phone call they put it aside for me and I went up to collect it. They Definitely have a new customer in me!

  Park Ave Video has been and continues to be my go to camera gear store because there are no camera stores locally. Fast, trustworthy service. Which is hard to find on the internet. the staff, as usual, were all friendly and I'll definitely use them again.

  Worst experience ever. They shipped my package with incomplete customs documents, shipment was returned to sender. They immediately issued a refund without contacting me or explaining what happened. No response to my emails either. I had to wait for a backordered lens for over a month, and the result is still 0. Avoid this company at all cost!

  Preowned Nikon Lenses Have bought 2 preowned Nikon 1.4 primes from Park Ave Video. In both cases service has been superb and lenses immaculate. Pricing very competitive too so overall highly recommended.

  I photograph real estate and architecture for various company's and my camera died with three shots left. I went to Park Ave Video and had a new Canon EOS R7 in a few day's, and my job has been so much easier, my pictures are better and I love the Camera, thanks park ave video for making it so easy.   I was worried based on other experiences and reviews. I certainly had a nervous feeling right until I opened the box!! But my worries seem to be unfounded so far! I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars as I feel they could have made it clearer about how long delivery times were at purchase. It may be that these products come all the way from New York when ordered. Mine took 8 working days. But everything seems top notch :)

  When I got the product in the mail I was super excited to put the new SC Focus Wheel in my DJI Ronin-SC. I was putting it in and following the directions and it didn’t even work. I called the tech support and the person on the phone didn’t even know what was going on either he told me to do somethings to troubleshoot but nothing worked. Just upset that I spent over $300 for something that didn’t work now waiting for the next one.

  No issues with Park Avex Video. The kit we ordered had limited instructions and didn’t really accomplish what was stated. The doc. camera required EXTENSIVE modifications that we were unaware of until it was taken apart for install. The kit should have had the warning and instructions in the description.
