  I've had to buy a lens to replace my favorite wide-angle. Spoke with three different people while I was deciding among the lenses. Each was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insights into the specifics of the different lenses. Great, solid service and a superb website for browsing.

  Hit and miss. I bought a completely useless handycam camcorder and wasted $399 on it. No one told me that the performance of this camera was horrible, any phone video looks better than that piece of junk. In other times Park Ave Video were very helpful, Buyers beware.

  I've been in desperate need of a Nikon d850. However, it has not been in the budget to purchase one. I've been on a few other sites, and if there was a camera, within the budget, it was not of good quality. I found the camera I needed here on PARK AVE VIDEO, for a very reasonable price. It is used, but in very good condition. I am pleased!

  Excellent fulfilment under guarantee I bought a Canon camera from Park Ave Video 18 months ago and it developed a glitch. Just to say that they sent it back to Canon, no questions asked, under the 2-year guarantee. Much of the camera was replaced. (Obviously, the fault was not the responsibility of Park Ave Video.) The excellent service under the guarantee was very satisfying.

  I received excellent help in deciding which tripod and head to use for my photography needs. The same for selecting an additional wide angle lens.   I Ordered a new camera via their website but the contents inside were wrapped up in crumpled wrapping. Nothing was sealed, not even the box. Everything had been opened. I asked for a return label to return it. For a couple of days I got "no refunds" responses and calling customer service was useless. I now shop online at Best buy which is less expensive and I can bring the return to their stores.

  The selection of both photography and hobby gear at Park Ave Video—and the knowledge of their staff in both area is impressive. I stopped in to look at used photo gear and walked out with a Nikon D7500 at a great price.   Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8- Park Ave Video had this lens on sale and included UV filters and free overnight shipping. Yes still a lot of money, but worth every penny. The shots I have taken have been nothing less than incredible. I was somewhat concerned about camera shake since the lens does not have image stabilization, but have found that not to be an issue. Very happy with the lens and delivery. Would have no hesitation in using Park Ave Video again.

  Canon EF 17-40mm f/4-Received this lens from Park Ave Video just before the photoshoot so I had a chance to play with it before putting it into service. Fantastic results with portraits, group shots, low light photography. This is a heavy duty lens producing professional results. I used it in the studio for some fun family shots and now the family all want package prints! That says it all. Since then I have been using this glass for product display and again I'm very pleased with the results. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Highly recommended

  Canon Battery Over a Third Party battery Any day I use the BP-A30 battery pack on my Canon EOS C70. The back is small and light, and it sits flush with the rear edge of the camera. This allows for gimbal use and helps with long handheld operation. Definitely recommend this product.

  Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K The image quality is unbelievable! None were in stock and the representative referred me to Park as they have them in stock.   I got this Canon 70-300 lens for shooting the grand kids on a park for fun. It fits AND is a very nice lens. I've used this lens as a walk around lens on my Canon 5D Mk3. It's like and compact, and not showy when used on the street. I always try to support these stores by buying my gear with them instead of solely online retailers or importers.

  I have now been writing to them for three months asking for a refund. They refuse to refund me and want to charge me $86 to fix the lens. Currently they have the lens and they have my money. Shop somewhere else if there is a warranty risk with your purchase.

  Except for inexplicable systemic arrangements between Park Ave Video and FedEx that complicate delivery in rural situations... the Sigma 100-400mm is an incredible lens. There is a bit of a learning curve for me, but I have had clear glimpses of the potential of what will be an exceptional macro lens.   Excellent home office printer Purchasing my new Printer from Park Ave Video was easy and convenient. The printer was easy to set up on our network. All devices have has no issues printing from IPhone to MacBook even PC. I wish the first page would print quicker but for the price and quality defiantly look at the Brother printer.

  This would have been a five star service but for the camera I ordered not being in stock . I received an email the day after placing the order to the effect that the camera was out of stock and that new stock was expected . i was given the opportunity to cancel my order . I'm glad i didn't. The camera arrived within three days of my initial order date. It was a great price and came with bonus free camera case and 3yr guarantee. Recommended retailer. 👍👍👍
