  Had some great purchases and great customer service and then, as well, some horrible times when purchasing a product with the wrong advice and got stuck with a product I couldn't return and Park Ave Video refused to take responsibility for it. This is why I've cut down on purchasing items with this company.

  Great service, great products. Their customer service, if you need to contact them for any reason is excellent. I would have given them 5 stars, but in the past their delivery wasn’t the fastest. Not slow, but not fast. However, my new order is coming free express delivery, so maybe they have addressed the issue! That would be a 5 star feature!

  Let me be clear, they seem a friendly ethical firm. The lens did not come however and i wish their communications were clearer. Probably their remarkably low prices mean supply did not exceed huge demand! Refund has come however but please improve your communications!

  I bought a Nikon Z9, really helpful advice from Dom when I called up, it was nice to talk to someone who was clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about photography and cameras.   Great service and great condition Ordered a canon m200 used. It came in new condition with a free sd card and all the accompanying parts from the box. I was worried it wouldn't turn up as there was miscommunication on the arrival time and dispatch time, but i was easily able to get in touch anytime, it did end up arriving in time for my holiday and I so far i have had no issues with the camera.

  Purchase a used teleconverter - Exactly as described. I purchased a Sigma Teleconverter from Park Ave Video online. Also used their chat service to ask a few questions. Was a significant discount over new, but wanted to be sure of condition. Received it and was extremely pleased with the condition and with the information provided.   I have been dealing with Park Ave-Video since I lived in Manhattan. In the store, pleasant, helpful, have lots of what you need in stock and will tell you if they are out of stock. They almost always have the lowest price. Online: Their website will show you what is in stock. You are almost always offered a free shipment option and shipment is quick. Online, it is rare that their prices are not the lowest.

  I purchased a camera for my sister's birthday but Sony is telling a lot of lies about it, the camera overheats after 10 min of recording and it turns off from one moment to another, it has the worst eye autofocus It never works. .   After shopping around I found that this website had the cheapest price on the camera I wanted. The camera arrived sooner than I expected and was well packaged with several layers of bubble wrap covering the outside of the camera box. On the day I ordered I was wondering about an estimated delivery day and emailed their support team, the response was prompt and friendly.

  I preordered the Canon R5 through Park Ave Video knowing they would get me a unit the quickest. Since then it has been my main camera. I have also recently acquired a Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8 which really works awesome with the R5. I've only had the camera for 3 weeks so my experience is limited, but so far I'm very happy with it. I would definitely recommend Park Ave Video to anyone.

  Easy to do business with and very professional. Received a great discount on a Canon EOS Rebel T7, with an EF lens. What a Super Deal and the Pros at Park Ave Video helped me with accessories and my questions. Their delivery speed is unmatched, I am still mastering the learning curve!   The company has yet to respond to my e-mail regarding the faulty camera sent a week ago. I tried talking to them on the 'phone, but have never been able to talk to anyone as my many calls never got through their answerphone system, despite trying over 2 days.   I found them to be extremely helpful. In fact, they were exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process right through to when I actually got my lens. The lens itself was exactly as described and I've been happily using it for a couple of months now. I will definitely be using this website for any future camera purchase I make.

  Satisfied customer, In addition my couple of phone calls were answered quickly and my enquires were dealt with very well. I also had over 5 emails informing me of progress and expected delivery times which turned out to be totally accurate. I'm still learning with the camera, but right out of the box it has been making me money. I've been experiencing great service from park ave video for over 35 years now and they make the buying and shipping process easy.

  Canon EOS R5 C This camera really is an incredible camera. With the amazing autofocus, improved color science, improved menu's, and low light capabilities you simply can't go wrong with it! Park Ave Video did a great job handling my order. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great service. I ordered my camera online on Tuesday morning and received it on the following morning. This is a family run business where your custom is appreciated. One part of my order wasn't a suitable accessory and they were quick to call and discuss an alternative. All in all, great service, would definitely use again.

  Quite best price and customer service I purchased twice from Park Ave Video and there was no issue! But the application on Wi-Fi adapter and JVC GY-HM250 camcorder doesn't work properly! The website needs to be more user friendly! I am a serious filmmaker and investing on basic equipment should not be a smart investment so I always go for higher quality ones and they are quite expensive! As a student I wish there was a plan for discount!

  I ordered a camera for a planned photoshoot, estimated delivery was 2-3 business days. Around a week after that I check the FedEx tracking number. Item has not been shipped to them, I am not happy that I cannot get any answers out which is very frustrating & disappointing. I am still awaiting a response from them, it appears they are not good at resolving problems

  Good price, great service. I ordered the lens on a Saturday, a day the Park' say they are closed. On Sunday I received an email saying my lens would be sent to FedEx on Monday, which they did. I then received the lens on Tuesday morning, brilliant service! The lens arrived well packaged and brand new. In addition to this, their price was the cheapest I found from reputable dealer.

  Good personal service I bought a camera and accessories from Park Ave Video. The website was clear and ordering was straightforward. Prices were very competitive.   Always an easy shopping experience I purchased a Used Canon 90d camera here and now adding a wide angle lens. Reputable company with free expedited shipping.
