  Unhappy 3rd round Customer This is my 3rd purchase from Park because of my great first experience. However, this time I was disappointed. I picked up a EOS R lens, but it had more blemish, chips, and lots of dirt on the body and caps of the lens. I would grade this down to EOS R level but I paid extra for EOS R . I felt a little ripped off.

  Needed a replacement studio light in a hurry. Overnight delivery form Park Ave Video and it was with me first thing the following morning. Unfortunately a part was missing but after calling the helpful staff at Park Ave Video, they had the missing item couriered directly to me within an hour! Brilliant service!! Thanks!

  The Lens was good but it would be better if they actually included caps on things that don't have the original caps. I read the description before I bought it said no caps where included but I didn't actually think it would be sent with zero caps at all. Surprised it was not damaged in the shipping but I would recommend to definitely send with at least some caps even if there not the original ones. Its kind of common sense thing to do.

  Sigma 14mm F1.8 DG HSM Art Lens for Canon EF Park Ave Video offered a great service, overachieved. I seem to have missed a Sigma offer by minutes, but they nevertheless still allowed me to benefit from that offer using a discount code. They shipped the product quickly, they had it in stock, even if camera lenses seem to be made of unobtanium these days. Thank you, Park Ave Video!

  Awesome Purchase. My Sigma dp1 Quattro Ordered a Sigma dp1 Quattro at a price point (few hundreds) lower than I could have got it from main dealers like Adorama, BH Video, etc. Received the Camera a couple of days later than I had originally anticipated and had to call a few times before I could get through (hence the 4 star rating instead of 5). When I did get through , they were very good and reassuring. My parcel got delivered via DHL, arrived well packed and Camera was brand new with the latest firmware. I am a pleased customer and will use Park Ave Video again

  Great company and customer service, ordered myself a new tripod via them and arrived in 2 days. The only issue that I do think could possibly be fixed is packaging such as a box, this is instead of the black bag that wrapped my new tripod. At least there was a large amount of bubble wrap around the box and the bag. That is the only thing that they could improve on; other than that great and will definitely recommend.

  I've been using this website for a while now and am always pleased with the ease of ordering. I recently ordered a Polaroid underwater housing for my Sony NEX camera. The housing was inexpensive but it worked great. The pictures were super clear and our camera was protected. That too arrived on time, might even be earlier. I have no qualms in recommending them and will certainly be using them in the future for any photographic advice and equipment.

  Nikon NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8 I purchased this lens online and wasn't exactly sure it would do what I needed it to do .but after speaking with a sales rep from Park Ave Video I felt better. I have to say I am more than impressed and very happy with the lens it is a great carry around lens that does it al.   Andrew and the team were excellent. The camera and all accessories arrived on time, and everything was ready to go, I took it on a week long trip and only needed to charge the battery a couple of times which was great because I had more limited access to electricity. I'm excited to take the camera on more trips and continue to test its limits. I wouldn't definitely use this store again. Thankyou
