  Great prices, fast delivery and excellent support I was looking for a reasonably priced example of the Nikon D7100 camera. Ordinarily I would have gone to vendors I've used before but decided to have a look around for better pricing, delivery and support. A quick search found Park Ave Video and a few others, the comparison between them showed Park Ave Video to offer the best option. Ordered placed, and a week later the camera arrived, It couldn't have been any easier. Thank you.

  Best purchase I've ever made. I've been wanting for the Canon EOS R10 for ages, finally decided to buy it, and it's absolutely insane. Couldn't be happier. Works like a dream with the 18-150mm Lens.. AF Tracking is amazing. Park Ave Video delivered fast and I was also given free delivery as I had been a previous customer. Excellent company with very competitive pricing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone buying a new camera!!

  I am Still waiting for a delivery- I ordered an item which was meant to be delivered 11 days ago I have contacted Park Ave Video both via email and phone and was told there was a delay with the delivery company. I waited in five days in a row as each day I was told the item would be delivered I have now stopped waiting I don’t think I will ever get the item! I was sent information on the delivery delays which states my area having a delay of one day it is now been 11- I was told The problem would be solved by the weekend which hasn’t been the case. I’m now very upset I trusted what they said as it’s now too late to get the item anywhere else in time for my husband’s birthday, which is before Christmas! Great prices however not when you don’t receive the item-update, I phoned them today no help whatsoever - they won’t guarantee and said I could get a refund and they’d recall the parcel so I’ll never get it! Really upset with the lack of care - they refuse to resend the item!

  Stock and delivery issues - if you ask when stock will be received you just get 'asap' as an answer. Impossible to plan production Update 12/12/22 - was called by the company as a result of my initial bad review, who assured me they would take care of the problems we are having. In this day and age of pretty dismal customer service, I have to say I was impressed at their fast response and customer care. I am confident my delivery will be dealt with now.

  The JVC KY-PZ200 HD PTZ camera and RM-LP100 Remote PTZ Camera Controller set was great value as it comes with 3 BNC to BNC cables and not two,TecNec Visca Camera Control Cable. It work well with OBS and the NDI and PTZ plug-ins. This was a great price, great package. It's a shame that some items are not in stock when wanting to buy other than that Park Ave Video is very good. Very responsive to emails and calls. The items arrived in good condition as they were well packed. Well done. The prices are good overall for Park Ave Video than other places. The website works well also..

  Excellent service from order to delivery. I ordered a Canon camera body, L series lens and filter from Park Ave Video at a price that on the high street would have only bought the camera body. Delivery time was as stated at time of order, I was advised by email of dispatch and delivery was then next working day. No phone calls, no hassle, just excellent service. This was the first time I'd bought expensive camera equipment in this way and will certainly be buying via Park Ave again.

  The website is easy to use and informative. I ordered a package of equipment and spoke to the team over the telephone. I had several telephone calls and Park Ave Video phoned me back with the answer to a question. At all times the sales service was prompt, helpful and accommodating. Emails were sent to inform me that the order had been processed and dispatched. The order was delivered by a courier in the time frame that they stated and had to be signed for. I felt that the dispatch day could have been speeded up by 24hrs. Overall, everything worked and went to plan I would certainly use Park Ave Video again and would recommend them to others.

  The battery grip ordered in excellent condition arrived dented and unable to be fitted to a camera. The camera store I visited told me it was useless and shouldn’t have been sold. Return process has been straightforward so far.

  Best price I could find I searched around many online retailers and Park Ave Video was the best price for exactly what I wanted. I would definitely have given 5* if it had arrived quicker - I had to wait 5 working days with no email updates until I received one from the delivery company saying they were delivering today. All in all a good company to deal with.

  I was looking to buy my first DSLR to take aircraft photos. Park Ave Video gave some genuine and helpful advice by e-mail. I phoned them to enquire when delivery was due and they said it would be here on Friday morning before noon and it was. Would have no problem dealing with them again.

  Extra mile from FedEx Really easy to place the order, however after them saying shipped within 1-2 days I had to chase the order for an update after not hearing anything in the fourth day, also Although the courier apologize for the state of the parcel box all battered and torn he insisted we checked the contents before he left it with us he did go the extra Mile thank you FedEx

  Sigma 70mm f2.8 macro I have the lens for more than a year.I use it for portraits pictures ,mid tele and naturally the classic macro pictures of flowers ,insects and objects. I phoned Park Ave Video this morning and spoke to an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly member of their team named Ryan. He spent a great deal of time talking me through the technical details and benefits of an array of kit, cameras and lenses(Nikkor and associated lenses). There was no hard sell involved, just simple great advice.   Ordered and paid items do not arrive even after a month. Although they are said to be coming "next week". My recommendation is not to buy in this web shop because there is a high probability that they do not have the goods at all but order them after your payment. There is no phone number you can contact regarding a web order. Unfortunately, I found out only later. We paid for the goods on October 16, 2022. and to date has not come 20.12.2022. Do not buy and avoid any cooperation with them.

  I own the BMPCC6K and BMPCC4K, this is the perfect upgrade I had a BMPCC4K since 2018 and I needed a renewal. The 6K G2 is a great option that I was carefully analyzing and I am happy with it. I purchased 3 of these because the price was so reasonable for what you get. These cameras are great! Park is easy to deal with and very fast delivery on orders.

  Quite a cozy place, no matter the age, the staff will offer you help. There isn't that much cameras to see/touch other than the DSLRs and bridge Compacts from Canon, but there is a load of Canon and Nikon cameras packed and ready to be bought. Love it!

  Trouble with shipping - issue resolved quickly! As a long time customer, I've had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately, my previous two orders with Park Ave Video have been shipped with no bubble wrap and my brand new camera body and lenses were left to shake around in the shipping box.   Just simply awesome! Found the camera I wanted for less than anywhere else, and was able to get an awesome camera and a 16GB SD card for less than I sold my used Nikon D3100 with accessories and 70-300 Tamron lens. Very Happy with the purchase and looking forward to buy more in future

  Impressive Customer Service Every transaction has been exactly as I have expected it to be. I did have an error in one order, due to misinformation provided by a telephone rep from Park Ave Video.   I bought a camera and was offered many excellent upgrades for the necessary accessories such as battery packs, memory cards, and warranty. The folks were so pleasant to work with over the phone and after all was said and done I was even offered an expedited shipping service for free!   Always a pleasure shopping at Park Ave Video. A while back 1 called to ask about trading in my mirrorless and some lenses.. They made a very reasonable offer and I took them up on it. I have had several conversations with the employees and have always found them obliging and knowledgeable. I then bought a Sony a7 IV from them which included a useful accessory package.   I love their return policy and knowledge. Currently, I am changing out all of my Nikon gear to Sony gear. That comes at a very steep price, yet, I am always assured a good experience with Park Ave Video. I had 1 bad experience with a local company and will never do that again.   The shipment was faster, the machine is working very good. The only thing that I did not expert was the cable connector from the transmitter to the camera, it did not have the metallic screw that is use to tight the cable to my camera but rather plastic type and that is not what I saw on the website demonstration I do like their customer service. They will call you if you have a concern and what they can do to help
