  I was a very nervous customer at first, but having read other reviews, I felt more at ease. Whilst the delivery is slow and the communication was not always crystal clear, the equipment arrived and after checking it thoroughly, I was completely reassured. I had ordered a AFS-Nikkor 500mm f5.6 PF ED/VR lens, but in between times had found another. I returned the lens to a New York address, and was refunded without any time delay. I will definitely use them again.

  I bought a Leica SL2-S online, it took a week to arrive. UPS dumped the flimsy cardboard box in front of my door, disappearing instantly. It was raining. So it is luck I was there to take in before it got soaked. Despite the poor packaging the product seems to be fine!

  GoPro hero 10 We ordered the GoPro Hero 10 action camera ( black ) premium accessory bundle on the 17/11/2022 which arrived on the 23/12/2022 this was great, when we checked the contents of the package we found the Extra Battery & Dual-Battery Charger missing, we emailed you to let you know, you promptly replied, telling us they were currently out of stock and that it would be sent to us when back in stock. It is a long time and we have missed the summer months being able to use the camera to its full capacity underwater. It is now 01/11/2023 and we still haven’t received the items, please could you send the Extra Battery & Dual-Battery Charger to us ASAP, then we would be totally happy to give you a 5 star rating.

  I recently sold my old camera and lens and I was delighted with the service and communication. I was even more delighted when I was offered the full trade in value I was partly expecting it to be nudged down but it wasn’t, following this I purchased a prime lens for my camera which I am very pleased with.   Having ordered a camera with Park Ave video, we received it on Wednesday as promised, in time for my daughter's wedding, The camera is a dream. We haven't had the chance to use it too much yet but so far We are impressed. There's a great selection of lenses too.   I buy a lot of camera equipment as well as high-end binoculars and spotting scopes. I find the prices and shipping experience to be unmatched by any other optics retailer. I almost always check around, and come back to Park Ave video because they seemed focused on being highly competitive. 5 star service.

  I can't tell you how much of a pleasure it was to speak to people as passionate about photography as these gentlemen are. Superb atmosphere in store, they know full well that this is absolute heaven for film photographers and they will definitely have something for everyone. Got myself a great deal on a new lens for my Canon camera, I will definitely be returning.

  Having decided that I was going to update the camera I had, I did a lot of research on the camera I wanted. I found that, although Park Ave video were not the cheapest, I was attracted by their offers. I took the plunge and ordered my camera. A couple of hours after I placed the order I was contacted to say the camera I had ordered was not in stock but they were expecting a delivery the following Monday. On checking my e-mail the following morning, a Friday, I found they had sent an e-mail to say my camera had been dispatched and that i would receive it on Monday.   Easy ordering, effective return process, if needed Recently I have been searching for a selection of binoculars that will be suitable for different activities. Binocular can of course not be tested by online ordering. The company has an effective policy to order them, test them for a few days, keep them or return ones that did not suit my purpose with an easy return process, and no restocking fee.

  Excellent service from real people. Reliable description of products and excellent trade in process. I traded in a Canon EOS 90D that I bought from Park Ave 2 years ago and the quote was very reasonable and the payment transferred in 3 days. I then bought a Hasselblad camera and lens again for a very fair price and the condition of the items was, if anything, better than described. 100% trustworthy and really good range of stock from entry level to pro. Will certainly shop with them again.

  Fantastic Buy & Service After a let-down by Amazon, turned to an alert sent to me yesterday for the same camera, a Sony a7 IV at Park Ave video. Spoke to a very helpful salesman who reassured me it was 'Like New,' came boxed complete. And sure enough, have just received an impeccably fast delivery today, truly well packaged, and delivered bang on time by FedEx. Cheers! will definitely make another purchase soon.

  An item was sent to me with a vital part missing so I was not able to attach it to my camera and so had to return the item. For me to use it I would have had to have made an additional purchase of $150 to replace the missing part which should have been included in the first place. I was shocked that it had not been properly checked before sending it out which is a minimum expectation. They did however refund me within three days.

  Ordered a Nikon D3500 camera and lens from Park Ave video, was not expecting too much given the price and the fact that the kit is "used" even though it was described as mint, I just wanted to upgrade from a point and shoot. I found that the camera and lens were like new, I could find no usage marks on them at all, the accessories were likewise unused, I would not have expected more from new equipment. The website was informative even to a novice like myself, the ordering straight forward and the delivery spot on.

  I have always been pleased with the service provided, just a little slip this time. I was offered Saturday delivery free of charge, but the item was not in stock. It came into stock when predicted, but was not flagged for Saturday delivery; this was the only shame as it meant my neighbor was bothered unnecessarily.   Terrible shipping The pricing of the products are ok but shipping is terribly high cost and unreasonable long. I've ordered a phone and got I delivered after more than 5 days, No compensation for the delay. I will hesitate before ordering from Park Ave video again.

  When paying for the camera I made it clear I did not want the 77 mm filter but unfortunately some days later you posted it to me and charge me $129 for it. As I am on shutdown I have just put it in the postbox and sent it back without registering it at the post office hopefully you will refund the $50 you all me soon

  I was very impressed with Park Ave video. The first camera that arrived was unfortunately faulty. I phoned them on Saturday and on Tuesday a new camera arrived with a return bag for the faulty camera. I had previously researched the price of the camera and I had an excellent deal as it came with a free 4gb card, case, mini tripod and a 3 year warranty.

  I ordered a Nikon camera at around midday and received 2 emails, one saying the order was being processed and another saying it had been dispatched about an hour later - The camera came next day at 2pm, it was great, as described as it stated on its listing it would come with a free Case, high speed mem-card and tripod, everything was there so I`m really pleased with the service, would recommend - no problems, good communication, fast delivery but most importantly, Genuine product! as you have to be careful nowadays when ordering online!

  Excellent service. I found the whole online ordering process clear and easy to navigate. Once I had placed my order I received a confirmation email almost immediately. I was emailed on dispatch and as I paid extra for Saturday delivery I was also contacted by USPS of a 1 hour delivery time slot. Excellent service from start to finish.   After much research I ordered my Nikon D7500 from Park Ave video. They offered the best price for a bundle and had the items in stock (many other suppliers didn't) I ordered at approx. 12:00 noon on Thursday; received instant confirmation followed by further e-mails advising on dispatch and delivery slot, together with tracking details. The camera arrived on the following day at 13:45 within the delivery slot quoted. Excellent service.

  Good service and web site Ordered a Rode wireless go 2 and a very reasonably priced follow focus and it arrived the following day. I especially appreciate the quick shipping which some AV suppliers seem to lack. I think Park Ave Video have a good grip on their stock levels and the website informs you well.

  Service was great. They were prompt in responding and the lens is in great condition. I gave 4 stars because of the delivery company they picked to deliver. Delivery left the lens outside my house on my flimsy shoe rack and did not inform me. The lens could have been stolen or dropped off and become damaged. Thankfully it did not happen.

  Called Park Ave Video before hand as just had a bad experience ordering from somewhere else so wanted to make sure I was super certain before parting with my money. They were brilliant and answered any questions I threw at them. No problem at all. Camera arrived a little later (2 days) than estimated, but still pretty quick and they were really apologetic. Really glad I ordered from them and will definitely be buying more kit from them in the future.

  I initially contacted the company by phone to place my order, I spoke to a very nice lady who was polite & informative, she explained the returns/ repair policy and the 12 month guarantee. I was quite happy with all that, so I ordered, My lens came about a week later in perfect condition by courier. I will use Park Ave Video again when I want to make another purchase.

  Shopped here on and off for a few years for equipment and needed a question answered so I checked in with the web team, they managed to confirm a quick release plate I was looking at would fit my studio's tripods and saved me a small fortune compared to some options out there.   First and last time to use Park Ave Video. Lack of communication was key problem the camera and two lenses sent for trade in rejected. 2 days later all 3 accepted by Park Ave Video sorry but last time for me. Could do much better. Park Ave Video's response is misleading. One lens was rejected. The camera and other lens were deemed to have problems and no quote was made. I was told I needed to let them go to a repairer for a quote before Park Ave Video would quote for them. Robert's Cameras saw no problem in either the camera or lens.

  I ordered from Park Ave Video for the first time and all I can say is wow!! they did an amazing job! The camera is absolutely incredible and I am so excited to take my photography and cinematography to the next level. I was really conflicted on what camera setup to get and torn between 3 different ones, but I can say now that I definitely feel I made the right decision and I couldn't be more happy!   Ordered a Nikon Z50 with lens kit. It was ordered on Wednesday afternoon, and delivered the following Wednesday. I did let them know I needed it for the following Friday, and they marked it urgent. But it came after 5 working days which is what they stated. The price was unbelievable. I will be buying another lens in the next few weeks.

  Special Order I asked if you would be getting a particular Meike product in stock, and you got it in specially for me (and I believe just four others), and at a very favorable price as compared with buying direct from Meike.   They delivered package when business was closed - no signature was required - took several days after to locate as fortunately someone I guess was working that day or picked it up if they left it by the shop door. Definitely going to be rethinking having delivery through FedEx and will now require signatures on all my packages!!

  Absolutely fantastic customer service. I purchased a Nikon Z50 camera and am delighted with the product and the price. The camera works very well digitizing the slides; equally as well as the D7500 but I am now able to more accurately manual focus when auto focus is not producing the best results. Very happy with it.   I bought a Canon R from Park Ave Video when they had a Christmas sale. I already have an RP and love it but the R is even a better camera. I have had a chance do take several pics and they are clear and crisp. Everything works as it should and I am very happy with my purchase.   I ordered the Panasonic Lumix GX85 which I was told that it was in excellent condition. While the customer service was great I don’t know if I would necessarily consider this camera to be in excellent condition. The exterior is perfect but unfortunately there are little black dots scattered all of the screen.
