  I have just purchased a Ricoh GR IIIx from them. I received it the next day, the service is simply fantastic and they are the cheapest. They even threw in some accessories for free. I would recommend them just for the customer service , second to none!!!!😀👍

  Park Ave Cameras' are one of the heap (Amazon-like-efficiency and fulfillment) online suppliers of photographic equipment, mainly new but they have an extensive used collection too.   Canon 90D is awesome. Great technology for photo and video. The kit is fantastic, with canon 18-135 mm lens, a set of batteries and accessories and, a great memory card and Lumina 4 software. However, I didn't receive one the Lumina 4 software. I think it was a mistake of the store.

  I am New to photography and Christopher was an amazing help. The location and property itself are astounding. The staff are eager to help. Christopher even checked equipment I had bought elsewhere.   Fast and efficient service from Park Ave Cameras. I have used Park Ave Cameras a few times now to research products via their informative online videos and reviews plus Park Ave Cameras have a comprehensive website and range of products. This last order was straightforward. Both deliveries I have received from Park Ave Cameras have been well packaged with the goods arriving undamaged. I encountered so difficulties in setting an online account up with Park Ave Cameras, but all seems to be fine now with this second purchase. I will certainly be back again in the future.

  Ordered a Fuji X-T5 silver camera a while ago, been an awesome camera, great service when delivered, I needed a comprehensive kit with a XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS lens and TG-BT1 tripod grip! Once again executed with great service, I’m due to buy a Fringer EF-FX Pro II lens mount adapter at some point and I’ll definitely be ordering it from these guys! Cannot recommend enough!:)

  Excellent and quick service. I ordered a second hand Canon A-1 35mm SLR camera, quality was great with moderate wear without any detectable scratches, the next day it was shipped out even after they emailed me I then got it the day after it was shipped out.   Bought a Pentax 645Z medium format DSLR Camera through Park*ave*cameras, as a complete novice. Didn't know what to expect really. They answered all of my queries pre order.   I’ve bought 2 cameras now from the Park Ave Cameras in the last couple of years, firstly an Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III and just recently an M.Zuiko 45mm f.1.8 lens. The ordering on line for both items was easy and straightforward and delivery was punctual. A very friendly and knowledgeable team of people and nothing is to much for them.

  Purchased a Panasonic DMC-G3K body from the Park Ave Cameras' online, I must admit my initial experience was very positive to begin with. Unfortunately for me I didn't check the camera over thoroughly expecting a high standard from Park Ave Cameras, a few months later I noticed the viewfinder on this camera is much more usable than my upgraded Olympus and the menus are easier to use. I often bump the ISO control, so end up mistakenly shooting at 8000 ISO (or something wacky like that) instead of what I want to use. I contacted the shop highlighting this and after a couple of emails that didn't go very well and then being forced to leave a negative review here I was offered to contact the shop by a Alex Kaufmann who left his telephone number. I must admit Kaufmann was a perspicacious problem solver and seemed to display a good grasp of good customer service and the phone call went very well resulting in a positive outcome and resolution which we were both happy with, however the phone call that I was expecting on a Monday in order to update me on the resolution failed to materialize! and it was only when I chased it up the following day did I receive a call back, anyway as a result of Alex I have now left a reasonable review accordingly. 2023. I am now in the market for an additional new mirrorless camera, needless to say I won't be going back to Park Ave Cameras, if they had treated we better when I made my initial complaint they would have got repeat business from me...🤔

  Alex K. was very attentive, helpful, and on top of the brass. The variety of products they offer is unparalleled as is the quality.   Excellent DSLR Park I believe are the only ones now offering this level of 1Dx Mark II camera at an insane price. I gladly paid $4300 with instant savings of $3,000.00 for the same body. As always it was shipped super fast and the way it was packed, it could of fell off the FedEx van at 100 mph and still unscathed. Thank you Park for being so awesome!

  Used Canon 5D Mark III with 70-200mm F2.9L as described and dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered it to me in New Jersey despite best efforts of Park Ave Cameras to get them not to. Not the fault of Park Ave Cameras- they went over and above to resolve. Park Ave Cameras remain my first stop when looking for gear, new or used.

Do then I open it thinking, “Oh this could be all bad.: But when I seen everything was just like describes. And yes they were real live rounds! Super ecstatic! I got such an awesome deal. Paid less than $10 shipping. I love you Park Ave Cameras. So very happy and I will continue to purchase all my photography equipment and anything else that I need from only Park Ave Cameras from now on.   Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera I choose the P950 instead of the P900. The EVF is much better on this camera than on the P900. It shoots RAW. Its burst mode is longer. This camera is the result of the feedback Nikon got on its P900. It's worth the difference in price. Nikon Coolpix P950 offers an excellent choice for birding and wildlife photos due to its long zoom range. Best if used with monopod/tripod, especially at 2000mm shooting raw images. excellent quality products at a very reasonable price. a great buy, thank you so much 10/10

  Just got delivered Sony E 11mm f/1.8 lens. From the very beginning I had no issues with communication with the store! They have professional and knowledgeable customer service. Park Ave Cameras' always comes through when I need something, and it is not available anywhere else (as in this case). I shop with confidence, knowing that I can find what I need, when I need it.
