  Pleased with fast delivery but product slightly damaged and very dirty. The collection of attached photo frames was crudely put together but looks very nice on the wall. We had to wash each frame and glass as it was very dusty.

  Great experience! First time I buy from Park Ave Cameras and I had a great experience. I bought a new camera and lens. Technicians were extremely helpful, and provided very useful information.   Alex and his assistant were really helpful in finding us a reasonably priced DSLR camera, and helped with explaining all the features and differences between the ranges they carry. Left with a 1 DX Mark III and Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT thrown in for free.

  I've shopped here since forever and Park Ave Cameras never fails to deliver the goods; the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they keep a good range of stock and are usually keen on price.   Incredibly kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. My rx100 vii had stopped working after an exploded battery and they immediately fixed the problem, free of charge, and gave me excellent advice on another camera of mine. Honestly can’t thank them enough.

  Nice staff but disarray in demos of their cameras. Prices of used are about 82% of new... and prices of new are more expensive than their competitor at KEH. Gave 3 stars because of the limited stock for new cameras counted as 1 star and good service counted as 5.

  I was a little concerned at first but Park Ave cameras has always been a superb supplier to me and they offered a 90-day warranty so I went for it. They did not let me down. The camera was delivered within a couple of days and was the best price I had found on Google. I would definitely recommend Park Ave cameras to anyone looking to purchase any kind of camera from everyday point and shoot to professional gear.

  Slightly Unreliable Customer Support This is an updated review. The product I ordered arrived and was at a very good price. However, I didn't receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking details and it was very difficult to get a response from customer support. When I eventually did they did give me the tracking number. So in short good prices but slightly unreliable customer support

  Better customer service needed I've checked availability of the item in my local store, and proceed to order online, (weekend). I though I could pick up the item on my way home after work during the week, but had to wait for it to be send from deposit anyway! No point of checking stock if it has to be send from warehouse, when placing the order I though it was from my local store. Wasteful way to do things. I think theres room to improve.
