  I had a problem with an internet order placed via Parkavecameras, where the wrong spec of Pentax lens was sent. A quick phone call to the store and the correct size was sent for next day delivery, plus a discount on an extra accessories' kit order.

  First-rate service, I bought a GoPro for my son, one of the eyepieces had a manufacturing fault. They exchanged it with no quibbles. Sometimes there is a massive benefit from using a local store! It's a joy to walk into a store with professional and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help.

  I know Park ave cameras because of their super-friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very keen to help and advise without being condescending and pushy just to get a sale unlike many other stores. Would definitely be happy to return to make further purchases when we need camera equipment. Prices are as competitive as online retailers like Amazon and to top it ll specialized staff. The chance to research, ask questions and get nifty advice on products prior to purchasing made it worthwhile.

  My first visit to Park-ave-cameras today to buy some of my kit. Got a price I was happy with and no up-selling even when I asked if it was time to upgrade my CSC. He asked a couple of questions about what type of photography I shoot and he recommended that I stick with what I’ve got. Great service and will definitely be back when I need anything photography wise. Would recommend.

  Superb range of cameras (all price ranges), ancillary equipment and a growing product line. No.1 stop for everything photographic. Staff are knowledgeable in their field and are polite and friendly to deal with. The shop has secure payment and shipping mechanisms.   I ordered a Vivitar VT-6, camcorder bag and other items from Park ave cameras, the first time I'd bought from this store. I like their pricing compared to other stores. Not only was the price the most competitive I'd found online, the customer service was immaculate - friendly, professional and helpful.   Flexible pricing! True definition of award-winning customer service in this store. i successfully reduced price as i found the same product on BestBuy. they tried very hard not to give me discount. At first i had to argue with them for one hour and finally they reduced. next time i found another item online in amazon. they remembered me before selling that item saying although it was not available in store. they advised me independently without exerting pressure or forcing alternative sales.

  I've been in a few times in the last few weeks. Every single time I've had tremendous advice and help. I managed to get everything I wanted and managed to get better deals all thanks to the staff. It's quite unusual these days to find shop online with guts to help and even better that they know their stock and can elaborate with handy tips and hacks. I won't go anywhere else, it's just not worth the hassle of trying to find someone to help. If I manage to find someone I get "oh I'm not so, I'll try and find someone" or without checking I get "if it's not on the shelf we haven't got it" Grrrrr Not worth my stress, I just go along to Park Ave Cameras. Plus, easy ordering in the local store. Win win 😁

  Best Buy of Ushering 2020 Just bought Lenovo -4456600 Flex 3 2-in-1 Touch-Screen Laptop. The sales person spent a great deal of time explaining the significant features of the laptops. But they lack Apple’s MacBooks on their site. This was a great purchase ! I love how it collapses in to a Tablet , ultra-slender and the weight is perfect. You can slide it into your messenger bag or a tote. The price is a steal!! I am buying another for my son's birthday since it takes care of all her needs as a student ! Great buy !! Rather a great steal. Also, the customer service rep was so nice that she upgraded it to a two day delivery !!😀❤️😀❤️😀❤️

  Staff pitched in with tons of help. The store had everything but the kitchen sink, at a very budget-friendly price. Loads of product lines to amplify a photographic setup with lights and everything in between. Just do your research first, and be clear of your budget and what you want.   I brought a lens which was shaped in pristine nature and they were very helpful about sending it away for me. But I also got a side deal with a tripod stand I think its was one of the better ones and it works great and its not flimsy and best they were cheap than Amazon ones.   AWESOME! I browsed online and found this store today to buy a new Nikon camera for high quality imagery. When I placed my order, I was welcomed in a courteous tone of voice Victoria. I told her I wanted my camera delivered by Friday so I could use it on the weekend for a wedding event. Sure enough, they had the exact product I was searching for and she even rushed my order to Thursday! sHe gave me a very generous price on the camera and I left the store with a decent camera! She was very professional, friendly and obviously caring about her customers! After the service that I received, I bought a Parkavecameras camera T-Shirt because I would gladly represent and support the great business that they have. They secured my future business and I will not hesitate to spend my money here!

  Had my first experience at Park+ave+cameras just yesterday and could not offer up more praise. I sprung between a few staff members throughout the exchange, and each one was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The camera prices were very fair, and the cashier threw in as many discounts as she could find for me when it came to the new purchase. I have shopped exclusively online in the past, but Park+ave+cameras will be my stop for future purchases.

  This is the last staple camera store with the original DNA of brick and mortar stores phased out by online retailers. Their customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond. You can test camera equipment, purchase and probe gear, they have free consultancy and a vast product selection that is available to buy. Lastly, if you have curious kids, there is a toy product line set to keep them on their toes and runaway. Brilliant store and staff.

  Outstanding! First visit was today. Im new to the DSLR TECHNOLOGY or top-end equipment. Considered buying a Canon 80d. I know enough to be lofty in photography; and still really reap from exchanging knowledge and learning from others. Even though I was getting more accessories, they chatted with me as if I was a customer of many years. They took a lot of time and showed me all sorts of cameras I can use to paint my work with a more professional tinge... I will def be going back. Pricing was mostly on point with Amazon when I checked; but they give every American free shipping for higher transactions. Superior quality, top end merchandise in stock FYI. No frills and cheap $5 mounts that last 2 weeks can't find a place on Park Ave Cameras shelves.

  Park+ave+cameras will now be my go-to sweet" spot for camera tech. They have such a vast range and at discounted prices, too. So many people came while I was shopping to invest in top end equipment that's now something all consider as well.   Staff @ Parkavecameras seem to be knowledgeable of photography and widely know what they are talking about. Not pushy or obsessed with selling you something. You can expect to get everything broken into digestible information without condescending jargon. I really haven't seen much on sale, but they sometimes have all types of equipment at good prices. It's amazing to have specialists to advice on different lenses in great detail.

  One of my favorite places to go for lucrative pieces of equipment in Photography Have always had great customer service, from shopping small items to lenses and / or buying an expensive camera for a regal shoot. Camera department has always been spot on and all guys are an amazing resource. They carry a good balance of pro and beginning equipment. No problem recommending them.

  I love Park Ave Cameras because of their affordable prices for average MUST-HAVE photographic equipment. Compare with Amazon if you've a plan to shop in the cheapest stores around. I bought a powershoot CANON G9 X 20.2 Megapixels. Dudes, I have a couple of reasons to advocate this product: This is a great little tech toy. So which camera should you get? If money is of no concern and you want the highest quality pictures, and don't mind a camera that's 1/3 deeper, get the RX100 IV. If you want only one camera and you'll use it often when zoomed in, the G7X will be better. But Park Ave Cameras stocks it all.Recommend!

  Bundle of Joy I bought my first digital camera 6 years ago for a trip we were going to in Africa. 3 megapixel with a 3x optical zoom. Worked fine for me and was satisfied. It finally gave out and I purchased this package deal (Canon PowerShot SX420 IS Digital Camera (Black)). I've become amazed by the quality of pictures it captures. I'm a newbie in photography so I can hardly adjust the image to reflect my needs. All the bells and whistles in the package were more than I could have wished for. And it costs way 70 bucks less than Amazon.Two 64GB memory cards, Two batteries with two chargers and a card reader I can plug into my Mac USB port. I don't need extra lenses and having to relearn how to use an SLR Camera again, this camera has all I need and more. Plenty of features to learn if need be, taking great photographs suits me fine now. Totally would would invest in this store again for a decent pieces of camera equipment.

  This place is always super-cool. I've never been to online photography stores but Ian was incredibly helpful and polite. He advises in detail about all kinds of lenses with my camera and told me all the prices. He was very transparent with the business and very honest about his thoughts about gear.   The Park ave cameras employees were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions for cameras steeped in vintage cameras and modern concepts. They gave me quotes on the cameras and were even polite enough to throw in a few gifts for my gear. I ended up buying all nuts and bolts, no issue in set up, they giv e advice on instructions etc.. If you need help just understanding a cameras functions or how to work a specific lens, they are very brilliant and willing to help. The prices are a little expensive, but, that is going to be the case for much of the photography business.

  Great place to sell and buy camera equipment. I had to buy a lens from these guys. The turn around for selling and getting my new lens was very fast. The only hangup was it took them almost 2 months to send me a check for the remaining on my account. I had to call 4 times to check on the status of the refund check.

  This place is definitely more of a camera store. They have some pretty neat accessories though as well. There stuff is pretty close to the MSRP on most items. They also had some things that you wouldn’t find at places like Best Buy. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely take a look at this place if you are any type of photographer.
